I contacted this service station a couple of months ago to replace the struts and springs of the shock absorber, as well as repair the window lifter of the driver's door. When I picked up the car, I was confused by the fact that the woman at the counter refused to give information about the serial numbers of the installed parts. Upon personal inspection, it turned out that the cost of installed parts is half as much as stated in the form. Regarding the window lifter, the master said that it was necessary to buy a new used mechanism, because the old one could not be repaired. As a result, after 1.5 months, the window lifter broke again. At a normal service station, it was established that nothing had changed there, but they just forged a little old one. As a result, complete stripping and non-compliance with the declared repair.
