I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! I had a rest in September 2022.
Terribly not tasty food, there is no choice, boiling water for tea, coffee only for breakfast and dinner, lunch is not allowed, disgusting omelette and sausage for breakfast - every day!, meager lunches, dinners - soup, buckwheat, rice,pearl barley,pasta, stewed cabbage,chicken liver,chicken stomachs,hearts(the fried chicken wings and legs were delicious). Although they said at the entrance that towels were replaced every 3 days, and bed linen every 5 days, towels were changed only for the 5th day and then when we asked, but I am already silent about bed linen.... The territory is beautiful, well maintained, the pool is not heated! there is a cafe on the territory, where I had to go when on the 5th day I was sick of eating in the dining room. A beach with unpleasant stones, I advise you to enter the water only in special shoes, the entrance is rocky, then sand, if the waves are muddy. Near New Athos in 5 minutes by car. By the way, Parking is paid on the territory of 100 rubles a day.

Good afternoon! We rested at the Anakopia Club hotel. The rest turned out to be short, only 5 days, from 30.04-05/04/2021. What do I want to tell you? The hotel is on the 1st line, the beach is pebbly, the coastline is not wide, but long enough. A small embankment. The staff is responsive, all issues are resolved quickly. The rooms are clean, TV, 5-6 channels, air conditioning, shower, toilet, balcony, refrigerator in the room. The food is good, we had 3 meals a day. Daily delicious concoctions- buns, casseroles. At Momnet, when we were there, a swimming pool was being built on the territory, a playground and a mini water park were being restored. But this construction did not bother us. A green area. Calmly. There are 2 rabbits living at the hotel, all of them are fed bread. Excursions were booked at the reception. A wonderful person is the administrator Julia!!!!!! Responsive, kind, competent in work matters. I really recommend the hot springs in Kyndyg! This is an hour and a half trip, with an excursion to Sukhum. It's worth it!!!!!You won't regret it!!! And porogulki on Mount Athos, parks, waterfalls, restaurants with local cuisine - this is something!!!!!! In general, the hotel is decent, I recommend it. Sorry for the confusing information, but there are a lot of impressions from Abkhazia!!!!!

It's hard to think of a worse vacation. Anakopia Club is a complete lack of sanitation, abdominal pain and hunger. They pour all the shit into the sea!!!! As proof, the 1st photo. Right at the main entrance to the sea, this steam is flowing from the pipe. If you go further, 50 meters, you will run into 1 more puddle of shit, the smell is such that you want to run. Upon arrival, on the 2nd day, the whole family fell ill with an intestinal infection. I think it's clear why. In general, everyone gets sick who you don't talk to, everyone has been ill or is still ill. We spent 3 days with a fever and all the ensuing consequences. The room is terrible, the mattress and pillows are already decomposing. There was mold on the wall, and the smell of sewage was in the room. I asked to change our room, because I received a rude refusal. The pool was dirty, bloomed for the first 5 days, the water was muddy. I made a lot of comments, and lo and behold, the water finally became transparent. The food is of the lowest quality. It's not possible to eat, so we had to look for other nutrition options. There are no shops really, the cafes on the territory are very expensive, the food is specific. But it's better than in the dining room. It's generally trash. The dishes are all broken and greasy. In general, the memories make me shudder.

We stayed at this hotel in September. They settled in a cottage, some kind of hut, where two people cannot separate. The cleaning is disgusting, Uzbeks scurry everywhere, they are cleaners, janitors, laundresses. There are also eco-houses, it is located behind a fence, next to a garbage dump, in the evenings there are such smells... The territory is not bad, there is a swimming pool in the center, there can be no question of any blue water. Dirty and green. And of course the dining room! Beyond the edge... A hotbed of infection and intestinal infections. Breakfast consists of porridge, frozen sausages, cottage cheese instead of cottage cheese. No coffee, 3 in 1 bags, lunch is even cooler. Almost every day offal with an incredible sauce. In general, a spoiled vacation and wasted money. The choice is yours, but we don't set foot here anymore.

I am writing a review for those who are just going on vacation and choosing a hotel. Especially if you are planning a vacation with your children- do not try to go to Anakopia.
Despite the fact that our family had a good rest anyway, since there could not have been any other mood, we had not been on vacation for 5 years, I would have chosen a hotel at least in Gagra, if I really wanted to go to Abkhazia - and that's why :
1. We had a direct plane to Adler, from there we drove across the border, it took three hours to get to Anakopia, and it was lucky that we drove at night - there were few people at the border. But when we were driving back, the road along with the border took almost 5 hours. The children had been shaking in the transfer without breakfast since 4 a.m. until they gathered a bunch of people from other hotels.
2. Food is just disgusting. We wanted to go home as soon as possible, because there was nothing to feed the children, and neither in the hotel nor in new Athos. Broth is their bouillon cubes mixed with water- salty cabbage, porridge on water only, spicy stewed cabbage, vegetables are generally rare guests on the table, pasta stuck together, sausage and sausages of the lowest quality are impossible to eat. The children spent the whole vacation just drinking 3-in-1 coffee and nibbling crackers.
3. The cafes that are on site cook delicious, but again, only pizza for children, and for example, my son has not eaten pizza for 2 years.
4. It is necessary to take cash with you, otherwise you will have to run around looking for a work bonkomat for half of the vacation.
5. You need to buy drinking water yourself, if you're lucky, you can grab it at a local stall that is on site.
6. The playground is in very poor condition. Dangerous without exaggeration, there is no side on the slide, the distance between the stairs is huge, an adult can easily fall off, not like a child, there are metal pins in a circle for some reason, the children's pool is icy.
7. The cleaning is conditional, the floors are wet and goodbye, there is dust and remnants of rest of the previous tenants under the bed, chest of drawers and bedside tables. Towels were often changed here.
8. The stench in the eco-cottage of the sewer, combined with the intense heat, it seems to me that it is possible to inhale before poisoning, we covered the drain and toilet doors with napkins.
9. The territory cleaner burns the grass so that you can suffocate right on the street
Of course, nature is a thrill, a huge plus is that the sea is right under your nose, the view is cool from the windows, your own pool, free sun beds, the air smells of eucalyptus, etc.
In general, personally, I don't set foot in Abkhazia anymore. For the average person to pay off 150 thousand for a vacation and get everything that I wrote above, well, it's too much.

We returned from the Anakopia Club on September 1, on sick leave with an intestinal infection, we also had rotovirus there, like all the guests of this hotel! The food in the dining room is three minus, the dishes are washed with their hands, the trays frankly stink, there is mold on the table with the appliances, the garbage stinks next to it too! It all covers up the positive aspects! A terribly tedious transfer! The food in the cafe at the entrance is terrible! The smell of a smokehouse and smokes instead of sea air is the norm from five in the evening until night! We have been staying at the hotel since 06/25/2022. Reading the positive reviews about the hotel, I hoped that the negative ones were written by people "sophisticated abroad". Not at all, even the patient will have to be patient. Exhausting queues in the dining room. For breakfast from 7 a.m., vacationers stand in line. Moreover, they tried to come later or before closing.. Everything exactly has to wait a long time. There is a lot written about the quality of food, I can confirm: soups are good, everything else is bad. Porridge without milk, it's not enough, it's on the water.The sausage is questionable, the side dishes are complicated.. It's hard to eat.
But there is cleaning, and every day!
We arrived in rainy weather, the room was damp, water was flowing from the street under the front door. The administration helped, they gave me a rag. Nothing can be changed, neither the room nor the damp blanket. They say there is nothing superfluous. As well as towels for the pool. The pool is great.
The territory is well maintained and beautiful. The smell of cypresses, the view of the sea, the singing of birds and the absence of fuss. I think that's what many people come back for.
Maybe we were just unlucky, but many are outraged. A cloudless holiday did not work out, both literally and figuratively.

We had a rest in early June at this hotel, for 3+ hotels out of 5. You can go for adults and patient. It is better not to torture children. And preferably if you haven't been abroad yet))) Because the service and cleanliness will upset you ... you can understand everything from the photo. Children are hungry and dirty, short and clear. I had to buy shish kebab in the evenings, or dumplings, since there was almost nothing to eat in the dining room, there was also not enough. In the morning breakfast is from 8 to 10 if you come at 9, there is no omelet and coffee (3 in one, cheap) there is only porridge on the water, a little milk is probably still added for visibility)))) two more pieces of soy sausage, the same cheese and butter with bread. Of course, an adult will eat it, but the children only ate bread. Lunch is more or less delicious, the soup is delicious, for dinner the same parsley from 18 to 20 dinner at 19 you will not get buns you will eat pasta with sausage))). The whole trouble with this hotel is that there is no good manager, the staff is at full rest at 1800. they are already eating with the guests, drinking beer and what is stronger, relaxing in general, although the floor was washed once in the room for two weeks, the linen was changed a week later and then upon request. Window sills and windows have probably never been washed at all. There is a toilet in the dining room, a landmark))) the towel hung black from dirt for 2 weeks ..the children were happy when, 3 days later, the soap appeared in the dining room. Cleanliness is very lame, tables are always dirty, they don't wipe them at all, it feels like napkins are a luxury in general. The queue in the dining room is constantly, since there is one girl at the distribution, she also delivers food and appliances, in general, does not have time. In a good way, there should be another person to serve the appliances, food, wipe the tables, and they save money, so people are unhappy. The playground for children is the only place where children play in the evening and it is covered in mud... every day they washed their shoes from dirt and washed their clothes, and at the end of the rest

Pros: the sea is nearby, small buildings, nature, kind local population, driving in a Caucasian, but not aggressive style (calmer than in Turkey). There are always free sun beds. Cons: rotavirus (everyone was sick, and the children 2 times, the youngest for the last 3 days just lay flat around the clock), the kitchen does not shine with variety, fat and tomato paste everywhere (so that they take less and eat faster). The kitchen made my stomachs ache all the time. The sea was clear for 3-4 days out of a total of 14, the rest of the time it was waves with sand, then some foam, then branches, then the smell of hydrogen sulfide. Drain the sewage system into the sea. In the same Pitsunda, the sea is much cleaner. They don't give water for free, you have to buy it, and there were interruptions, i.e. you just can't buy 5 and 1.5 liters in the store, there were only 0.5, which turns out to be much more expensive. Caucasian pop music in Russian with a Caucasian accent is played all day in the restaurant. Moreover, there are only about five songs in a circle, at the end of a two-week stay, I already wanted to give them a flash drive with something more up-to-date and more striking. Location - isolated, 15 minutes walk to Primorsky, 300 rubles taxi to N. Athos. We rented a car and visited most of the sightseeing locations on our own. It turns out to be much more profitable this way. You need to arrange a rental with an aunt who sells excursions. On the border with the Russian Federation, you can stand from 1.5 to 4 hours, as you are lucky, there is no queue for transfer, everything is handled in a Caucasian way according to local concepts and prioritization is discussed by drivers in raised tones and the one who has higher authority at the moment will win.

The prices in the tent are twice as expensive. The barbecue on the territory is a separate topic. We took a barbecue there, everything by grams, but that's okay. We used to rest in many cities of our country. They cheated on 300 grams. If there is a choice, then definitely not here!!! Think about it when you come here . This is my last visit here.

The dining room is a separate conversation. I even like to eat in the hospital, but I have never encountered this before. Good afternoon. We stayed at this hotel in June 2021. And they were not very satisfied
1: kitchen. The food is monotonous and not tasty. There was no fruit at all, fish 1 time a week.
2: The room needs renovation. The toilet tank does not work, old and rusty plumbing leaks onto the floor.
3: service. During the week there was no cleaning in the room, I asked for a rag and washed the floors myself, the towels were changed after my request.
4: water. In connection with something, there was no hot or cold water for the whole day and the next two at regular intervals. Because of this, the cafes did not work, the guests went hungry and unwashed. We had to buy water ourselves.

Good afternoon! I want to share my impressions of my stay at the Anakopia Club hotel. We rested from 08/06/2021 to 08/15/2021. The transfer brought us to the hotel at 17:00, so we checked in right away. The room on the second floor in the administration building is quite normal: a view of the sea and the pool, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, TV (did not work), we were not particularly upset, since there was no time to watch, the furniture was a little shabby, the linen was clean, but the room was not cleaned: dust, hair on the floor the shower and toilet were also dirty – they wiped everything themselves with wet wipes. There were no animals in the room. During the rest, no one cleaned the room, they took out the garbage themselves, but in principle, if you asked, they gave you a wash basin and garbage bags and probably would have washed if you called ... The staff is friendly, but not all. Wi-Fi was available everywhere except in the room. They took three meals a day – without frills, but everything was edible, they did not go hungry. A watermelon was given from fruits every other day for lunch. The pool is good – the water is clean. But the sea pumped up a little – the water was dirty, brought huge logs, branches, etc. to the beach. We went swimming to New Athos (10 minutes by taxi – 300 rubles one way). There is also a market, a lot of shops and cafes, so we didn't come back for lunch, we ate there. Cafe "Sea Breeze" - I recommend it, everything is very tasty. There is also a cafe on site, everything is also delicious. Excursions: we took New Athos (with a visit to the caves) and evening Sukhum, we went to Gagra and Gudauta by taxi ourselves – very atmospheric everywhere. We didn't get to the Ritz, the weather turned bad, but so we visited and saw a lot of things. The territory of the hotel is huge, more or less well-groomed, but a lot of things require repair. Like a bee, only one grandfather works, the administration for vacationers is "exactly". Departure from the hotel at 12:00, the plane was at night. But we were lucky, there were no arrivals that day, and we were able to extend the stay in the room until the arrival of the transfer – 200 rubles per hour. So, we also managed to swim and sunbathe, and not sit on suitcases. It will be boring for young people, there is no entertainment in the hotel, if you need a party, it's in Gagra. There was a bar on the territory of the hotel – it was closed. Overall, the impression is good, Abkhazia impresses with nature and responsive people, but we probably won't be going to this hotel for the second time. I think it will be enough for 4 out of five points, we rested body and soul!!!!

We had a rest in May, the impressions are one negative:
1) first we checked into a room at a price category lower than paid for;
2) the pool on the site is positioned as heated, in fact it is not;
3) during the week of rest, the room was cleaned 2 times and then not yet asked;
4) there is no embankment, repair work is underway;
5) the beach is a mess;
6) very boring, vacation for pensioners.
There are no complaints about the staff at all, the guys are trying their best. I do not recommend the hotel!!!!

The hotel is a terrible, spoiled vacation. They lived in a wooden house, there were spiders in the bathtub, the bathroom was dirty. The food is disgusting, at first the child was poisoned, although he ate very little, then I. All the dishes are unclean, it's unpleasant to take the plates in your hands, you choose which one is cleaner. There is no shop in the hotel itself or nearby, only by taxi or minibus to New Athos. We didn't expect much for that kind of money, but this hotel is beyond the limit.

We had a rest here for the second time, last year we really liked everything. This year, the menu in the dining room has deteriorated very much, but it is not possible to have one chicken with rice or buckwheat for lunch and dinner, and every day, just cooked differently. The soup was always chicken too. At the end of the rest, they simply did not go to the dining room, because they could no longer look at the chicken. The pool was clean, but icy, although it says everywhere that it is heated. We were unlucky with the weather, so it wouldn't have hurt if it was warm, but it was so cold that I couldn't even go in there. Last year there was at least some animation, cartoons on the big screen in the open air, European cuisine that could be ordered for a fee in the dining room, where did everything go? The location is great, the sea is very close. The rooms are normal, they were rarely cleaned and so-so, they rather pretended. The staff is basically all very friendly, except for the girl at the reception, always looking unhappy. We lived in a cottage, but on the second floor, the view was beautiful. Whether I will come back here again is a big question.

We are currently resting at the hotel. We stopped by on May 12th. The hotel is under active renovation, a lot of things on the territory are neglected, but it is clear that they are trying to fix everything. This does not spoil the impression, because the staff are very responsive and try to help with any request. The location is very good, the first coastline and the beautiful beach more than compensate for the disadvantages. The food reminded me very much of school, quite dietary and tasty. We booked a wooden cottage for two. If you close your eyes to minor flaws, the room is wonderful, who does not like close proximity and frequent meetings with other vacationers, it is the most. The room has everything you need. Three towels including beach towels, fine clean linen, all new. All appliances are in good working order - air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, seven TV channels. The only wish is to put a kettle in the room, even the smallest one. But this issue also turned out to be solved, thanks to the responsiveness of the staff, they gave an electric coffee maker. There is no animation as such, music is turned on in the evening and those who wish can have fun. The store is not functioning on the territory yet. We went to Primorsky, the most necessary things can be found. We walked to the silver hydrogen spring, about 2.5 km away. The entrance fee is 200 rubles. For those who find it difficult to walk, you can hire a taxi, about 200 rubles. We will be happy to walk more. The overall impression is good, I can recommend it for people who are looking for privacy.

I'll say this, everyone goes for something of their own. I've been waiting for this vacation for a year and went for the benefits. We had a suite, but only because there were no others. The room service is no different from the others, it's just bigger. I'll start with the minuses (for me, there were a minimum of them). Ants. They're everywhere. It is impossible to leave even a small piece of bread in the room, as in a minute there is an anthill in its place. But there is a plus, they are not biting like ours)) Bedbugs! Huge! And they fly into the light in the evening. The Council. Don't kill me. The stink will be long)) Of the advantages, there are no mosquitoes, from the word at all. Cleaning. We cleaned three times in 11 days, changed the bed once, and towels too. But if you come up and ask, they will remove as much as necessary. We didn't get dirty with our son and that was enough for us. Territory. Big and very beautiful! There is a place to take a walk, take a photo. Minus: they do not have time to clean up garbage and repair defects. But it wasn't difficult for us to pick up the wrapper and throw it in the trash. Kitchen🥘. This question worried everyone the most, both in the reviews and those who are just going to go to Anakopia. On the first day, we arrived late in the evening and did not find the dining room. We ate for a fee at a local cafe. A delicious barbecue, and a beautiful girl Victoria served us (say hello to her, who will go) On the second day we went to the dining room. The porridge for breakfast was quite satisfactory. And at lunch they gave 🤢😲 But after contacting the hotel management, an emergency meeting was called and everything changed by the evening. After that, we ate in the dining room every day and there were no complaints. Yes, without frills, but satisfying and homely. The pastries and cutlets are beyond praise! Only add friendliness to the girl at the distribution and in general there will be beauty) Let's move on. There is a shop on site where you can buy from souvenirs to watermelon. The prices are the same as in Athos, something is even cheaper (for example, pumice stone). Wine is more expensive by 100 rubles, but cheaper by 300 than at home (Lykhny 🤤). There were no interruptions to the water supply. The lights are turned off at night from one to three o'clock or during heavy rains. It does not depend on the hotel. This is the case throughout Abkhazia. There is a railway right next to the hotel. But trains rarely run and almost never at night. There is a sauna, massage, but we did not use it. Dogs and two cats are walking around the territory. But they are absolutely harmless and we even liked it, we love animals.
The sea is nearby, almost in the palm of your hand. The beach is a little dirty after the storm, but this is the situation all along the coast. We used to swim in the pool more often, but with the sound of the waves. The pool is a greenish shade, but the reason is the pollen, in which the filters can not cope. The water is filtered constantly and there is no foreign smell. And the color resembles the sea, it did not bother us at all. Timur constantly cleans the bottom and tries to clean the color of the water as much as possible.
Strangers do not enter the territory. There are always guards on duty and everyone knows by sight.
The excursions are sold by the girl Julia. We caught her for several days, and eventually we managed it ourselves.

I rested with my son for 8 years from 08/3/2019 to 08/23/2019
I really liked it. Gorgeous, clean sea nearby, delicious and full-fledged food, Playground, large and cozy territory. Everything is on site, I didn't want to go anywhere. We visited a couple of excursions and were happy to come back!
But I especially liked the organization of leisure activities! Everyone was busy. Yoga on the embankment in the morning, creative classes with children in the afternoon, dancing on the roof of the building at 17 o'clock, karaoke in the evening or a good family movie under the tent!

We had a rest in August 2021. The advantages are the first line, the surrounding nature, friendly staff. Cons: change of linen and towels only when you ask, you change them yourself. Cleaning is also available on request. You go to ask for toilet paper yourself. We rested for 12 days, learned about the rules of cleaning by the end of the vacation from vacationers. The territory is being looked after. There is a delicious barbecue in the cafe. The dining room has a homely kitchen, but somewhat monotonous. Vegetables for dinner, vegetable salads for lunch, pastries for dinner. There are not enough tents with fruits, the one that has very few and expensive ones, as well as pharmacies. Everything is nearest in New Athos. In principle, we had a good rest, but there is no desire to return. I would like a better attitude of the staff on the quality of cleaning and linen change.

The picture of beautiful houses in a cozy green area hides a serious problem of this hotel, it is simply life-threatening.. getting there to rest, you run the risk of not returning home.. acute intestinal infection is a constant phenomenon for this institution.. according to doctors from New Athos, they constantly complain that such an unfavorable institution lacks an elementary first-aid post or at least a first-aid kit.. the thermometer was taken from the seller at the store on the beach.. This is also taking into account the fact that pharmacies are simply not within walking distance and there are no ambulances in Abkhazia either.. Merzsky beach is littered with garbage.. Vomiting children on the territory is a normal constant phenomenon, and every second adult has known an intestinal infection while dying in the room..the owners just don't care about it.. do not risk the health of children, just avoid this place

We had a family vacation in August with four children and a grandmother. The rooms are dirty, I bought the products myself and washed the sink, shower and toilet. The towels were stained and as if they had been used before us and they were not washed. I took mine well. Sewage drains into the sea on both sides of the hotel. So rotavirus has not bypassed us. There is no animation. The playground is covered in mud, it is impossible to enter. No one cleans the pools, there are slimy greens at the bottom. The dining room is unsanitary, the tables are dirty, no one wipes them, the glasses are cracked. There is not enough furniture, in one room for three people, except for beds, there is one bedside table for all. In the second one, there is one dirty bedside table for two people and a small refrigerator instead of a second bedside table. Not a vacation, but one disappointment. I was very sorry for my children that I brought them to this place.

I had a rest from July 9 to 17, 2021. I can say a few advantages:
The first coastline, its own beach, few people, a pool that constantly circulates water (self-cleaning)
Of course there are more disadvantages:
Disgusting food (pasta, overcooked rice, cucumbers, lettuce as if they had been seasoned in a week, sausages are not possible!!! I didn'T think it was possible to spoil food like this, the cafes on their territory almost sold us burnt chacha, which tasted and smelled like nail polish remover! The staff behaves as if they are owed everything. Especially the cook and the receptionist. There is no need to wait for cleaning in the room throughout the rest. The lights and water were constantly turned off. We went to collect water from the pool in the balconies to flush it in the toilet. And one more wonderful evening, the administrator and his friends were talking very loudly near the hotel and did not let the neighbors sleep. The neighbor indignantly shouted to be quiet, and they responded by firing their weapons. And most importantly, the whole family picked up an intestinal infection there and took turns vomiting with a fever for 2 days each. So I do not advise you to go to this hotel under any circumstances!!!!
