Not a bad, budget, quiet hotel.
There is a swimming pool, there are sun beds and a private beach. There is a shop on site, but there is not much product in the store (water, juices, beer, chips, cookies, sometimes fruits, a small selection of cigarettes). You can pay in the store either by transfer or in cash. There is also a private cafe on the territory, I do not know what is there and how it is there. I haven't visited. The staff is polite, the cleaning is constant, towels and bed linen are changed. The rooms are equipped with a kettle, refrigerator, TV. Wi-Fi is available. There is a dining room on site. The price includes two meals a day. Honestly, I'm not thrilled with the food. There is an eternal queue in this dining room, the same thing is served every morning and every evening, horror, there are rare cases when they can cook something else, as they say for a change. But this is terrible!!!
The territory is well-groomed, they do not have any entertainment programs. If you want a quiet and relaxing holiday, purely enjoy the sea and nature, then yes, you can choose this hotel.

The food is very tasty, a fact. Great territory. Comfortably. Comfortable. Nice beach. The pool is clean, taken care of. The sun beds are fine.
Among the disadvantages: you need to be driving, or use a taxi (far from the villages), the situation in the rooms is not the most familiar (something is always missing, then a glass, then a fork), there is no coffee table in the room. And the boiler is strange (it works flawlessly)....you need to do a lot of great work to heat the water, not overheat the boiler and adjust the temperature of the water in the faucet.
Bottom line: I definitely recommend it! There are disadvantages everywhere, and for this money, it's a charm!!!

The hotel is located on the beach. Private beach (pebbles) with sun beds. The sea is clean, there is no intrusive trade. The territory is small, but there is a place to walk, the landscaping is taken care of, everything is as in the picture. The pool is clean, heated. The cuisine is varied, in the morning there are 2 types of cereals, cottage cheese, casseroles, sausages, sausages, cheeses, kefir, yogurt, children's breakfast cereals. For dinner, you must have meat, 2 types of soups, 2 side dishes to choose from, vegetables and salad, sweet pies and compote. Satisfying, delicious, everything is always fresh. Special thanks to the cook. There are also cafes and shops on site. All rooms have balconies. Cleaning every day, water for free 2 bottles of 0.5 each. For children, animators conduct entertaining daytime and evening programs, outdoor and intellectual games every day. For adults in the evening there is a disco, a bar with drinks and dishes on the grill. The location of the "evening fun" near the sea, music does not interfere with those who relax in the rooms.
Within walking distance of the village there are 3 shops, 1 of them is round-the-clock, a small market - fruits, vegetables. There is a balneological resort, therapeutic mud, and a hydrogen sulfide spring in the village. There is a tour desk on site, the prices are affordable. The distance to New Athos is 4 km. It is easy to get there by hitchhiking, the local people are very friendly. We are having a rest together with my husband, we really like everything. The hotel is for people who want to enjoy nature and the sea. Suitable for couples with children, and for the adult generation. We are satisfied.

We were in early June. I liked the privacy of this place. The territory is fenced. The staff is wonderful. Special thanks to Mika for her friendly smile. The room is small, has everything you need. Cleaning every day!!!) Bottled water. This is also a nice bonus)
A spiritual atmosphere, the sea is close. The store has chilled wine for a reasonable price. I recommend trying trout and vegetables on the fire! You'll lick your fingers. Nutrition in general is normal! Not once did the hungry leave the dining room. It takes 7 minutes by taxi to get to Mount Athos.
The hotel undoubtedly has something to strive for), and it must be said that they are trying), they are updating the furniture, for example.
The pool has warm water, it helps out a lot in bad weather.

Wonderful guest house on the first line, by the sea! The rooms are cozy, clean, linen is changed on time. The complex has a heated swimming pool. There is a cafe-restaurant, a shop, a bar on the territory, everything for a comfortable stay of tourists. The staff is friendly. A complex for relaxation. There is a great playground for families with children. We were very satisfied. However, for better service, I would like to suggest: a coffee machine for breakfast instead of 3/1 coffee. A relaxing family vacation. The beach is small, sometimes the waves wash away the entire beach... There are sun beds for free. A big plus is the pool, which is quite large and clean. The children's slides are purely for show (small, the pools at the slides are not cleaned).

Children's workshops and discos are held.

We stayed at this hotel in July 2023. We were pleasantly surprised -cleanliness, order, very tasty and varied food, cleaning and changing towels every day, a bottle of water for everyone every day. The sea is nearby, the pool, the view is beautiful. There is a shop, a bar and a restaurant on site, they also cook very tasty food and prices are lower than in New Athos. We were very satisfied! The only drawback is when you turn off the highway to the hotel, the territory is not well maintained at all, although this is the case in many places. But it is good that Abkhazia is changing, it is very encouraging. I rested with my mother in June 2023. I liked the place very much, it is secluded, there is everything you need, but there are few people, the rest turned out to be calm, as I wanted. There is a restaurant on the territory where they made simply magical khachapuri, I have never eaten such delicious ones anywhere. Prices are surprisingly affordable, lower than in cafes in New Athos, and the quality and taste are excellent. The staff is very friendly, the girls at the reception are always ready to help. In general, the impressions are only positive, I recommend it.

Porridge on water with the addition of milk, frozen sausages, boiled in a shell. If the sausages are not finished in the evening, you will be given fried in the morning. From fruits - one apple cut into 20 pieces. Not very clean dishes (no dishwasher), dirty tables. The only kefir milk and bread are delicious.
Good territory, greenery, but far from N.Athos (only by taxi for 350 rubles), and the local store has a small selection and a margin of 1.5 times.

I don't know how, but we had a great rest, just super! Breakfast-dinner buffet, sitting on the outdoor veranda enjoying a pleasant breakfast and admiring the sea, which is twenty meters away from you! The staff is perfect, polite! If you don't like the sun, you can hide under the trees. You need to go somewhere, well, for example in Sukhumi, you call a taxi through the reception and you are on the spot in 20 minutes. They organize wonderful excursions, just top class!!!

The location is not very convenient, because you need to take a taxi to the city or catch a passing bus. But we initially knew about it, we wanted to relax outside the city. We had a rest at the end of August with a large group of children! We were afraid to go to Abkhazia according to reviews, BUT! This hotel surprised me! The first line! Gorgeous clean area! A clean pool! The sea is gorgeous! The beach is also very clean, cleaned every day! New Athos and Sukhum are nearby - incredibly beautiful cities! Everything is very inexpensive, which pleasantly surprised me! The food in the hotel is for 3, they would add lunch in the main restaurant, the son of a picky man almost did not eat - that's the trouble, there would be French fries and a microwave - perfect! Vacationed with my husband for 32, 35 years. From 19.09 to 27.09.2023.
The hotel was specially chosen with a heated swimming pool, on the 1st line, closed territory.
We were very satisfied with the rest!
Room: we had a 2-bed room in a wooden house, you, a small refrigerator, air conditioning. Everything is clean, cleaning every day, 2 bottles of water are put.
Meals : 2 meals a day, breakfast + dinner.
Breakfast - sausages /sausage/cheese, omelet or boiled eggs, cheesecakes, sweet bun, always cottage cheese, milk, kefir, cereals. Porridge. Tea bags, coffee 3 in 1.
Dinner: pasta/potatoes/ buckwheat or rice, chicken in nut sauce / casserole potatoes with meat / vegetable stew / goulash / pollock. Soups. Fruits : oranges, apples. Salads- vinaigrette / carrot in Korean / olivier.
The husband never stayed hungry.
The food is fresh, they cook quite tasty. Can be compared with a normal Turkish troika)
Sun beds are free. The territory is well maintained.
There is a mini grocery store.
There is a cafe. The prices are adequate. The menu is not big, but everything is delicious. We ate pizza, khachapur, dumplings, khinkali. I especially liked the trout on the grill. The staff is nice, hostesses ✨
It's very cool that the 1st line - out and the sea, huge eucalyptus trees, fluffy palm trees.
The first service is dinner. We arrived at 8 am and waited for the cafe to open at 10 to eat. They settled in quickly because the room was ready. Someone waited until 14:00, as expected.
The receptionists are responsive and nice guys!
There is a laundry service. 50p is a thing. Very convenient. In buildings 1 and 2 there are massage chairs, 100r -10 minutes.
WiFi in the rooms, near the pool. Stable, good. It doesn't catch on the beach. We bought a sim card aquafon megahit, for 1200r (there is a cheaper tariff) The Internet is everywhere with it, convenient - in the city you can see the map, the rating of the cafe.
From the hotel to New Athos is about 4km. There is a bus stop nearby, there is a regular bus - 50p per person. Taxi 300r. You can also catch a minivan for 100 rubles / person - they offer to slow down themselves.(They just usually have a side job on the way)
We got from the border by transfer (minivan) in an hour.(Yandex wrote 2.5 hours)
Our room for 8 nights with 2 meals a day, cost 41,000 for 2, with transfer and insurance.
I think it's gorgeous!
The budget vacation was quite a success.
Let's go back to the hotel again - 100%!

Meal... well, the dining room is without frills, the distributors themselves are setting up. Porridge of 2 types on the water. 2 types of sausage, cheese, egg (on different days, then an omelet, then just boiled, there was no glaze), cottage cheese every other day, casserole. It's breakfast. For lunch there are 2 types of soup, one side dish, two hot ones, one salad. For dinner, one side dish, two hot ones, pastries (tasteless sponge cake with or without jam). They gave me watermelon a couple of times. In general, the hungry did not stay... but of course we got used to something else, by the end of the second week it was already hard. Wi-Fi is rotten like everywhere else in hotels. There was almost no room in the room, the area was normal. Cleaning at the level, every day, change of bed linen and towels every three days, beach towels at the reception can be changed every day. There is a sale of excursions on the territory, we took them to the caves, we liked it. The guide is great.

After reading the bad reviews, I was afraid to go, but my fears were not justified.I liked everything.The territory is well maintained and clean.
The room is excellent, in the second building. Cleaned daily, towels were changed regularly.
The refrigerator was constantly replenished with water. There is a kettle with tea and coffee bags in the room.

The pool is gorgeous, there were enough sun beds.
James (the beach worker) is a hard worker!!!I cleaned up the garbage from morning to evening. Trouble-free-you need to bring a chaise longue, it will not refuse.

The owner of the hotel is young, promising, cares deeply for the hotel and the staff speaks well of him.

A wonderful response. Closed territory. The sea is very close. I was vacationing with two children . The territory is large, but closed, you can be calm for children- observation at altitude.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, air conditioning, refrigerator, bathroom, comfortable beds.
The rooms and grounds are cleaned daily and thoroughly.
Large swimming pool, very warm.
Wonderful home cooking, the service is very kind and understanding, There is always something to eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
The shop on the territory, with the sweetest wisest aunt, is open from 9 am to 21 pm.
Jogging in the morning and "good morning" to all the staff who woke up is a special pleasure.

We had a rest in July 2023. First, I got a room on the 1st floor in a cottage. We found it very uncomfortable, cool and damp. They asked for a change and we got a beautiful room on the 2nd floor with a sea view. It was nice to spend time on the balcony admiring nature. The beach is clean, but there are no lifeguards, at least they are not visible, the pool was very clean when we arrived. The food is of course simple, but very very modest, but delicious. There is practically no diversity. There is a shop on the territory, but wine is 3 times more expensive there than at the market in Sukhumi. There is a railway nearby, a passing train is always buzzing. Children aged 11 and 13 were bored.

The food is quite monotonous, the cleaning also leaves much to be desired. Part of the territory is well maintained, there are fittings sticking out on the shore, pieces of concrete. There is a good play area for children, but the boards have rotted there and it is dangerous to let them go alone. It's a long way to Mount Athos.

One of the disadvantages is the lack of a playground, it seems to be there, but it doesn't seem to be there, it's all broken and not safe for the child as much as possible. Nutrition is a separate topic. It's dirty, it's not tasty as much as possible, we're not picky, but we couldn't eat there. Even the pasta was disgusting. I do not understand why you should sell a ticket with food if it is impossible to eat it. Rotovirus.... all the vacationers were sick. The sewer drains immediately into the sea, respectively, all the ensuing consequences. As a result, we went to a nearby hotel to eat, thank God that it is nearby. For adults, I would say the norms, nature, wine and the presence of a nearby hotel are taken out. And I probably wouldn't recommend it with children.

We had a vacation in July 2023 with our family. I really liked the place. Its own separate territory, greenery, access to the sea, a nice swimming pool, a shop and two cafes on site. It reminded me of a vacation in a Turkish hotel, but without the "all inclusive". For Abkhazia, this is a great option for recreation. I recommend it to families with children.

The territory is full of cats and kittens, dogs and puppies, There is no animation, but there is a playground and 2 cafes on the territory of the hotel, there is a shop, prices are affordable : wine 370p bottle, beer 100p, ice cream 100p! Walking distance to Mount Athos is 5 km, taxi is 300 rubles. There are places to walk and see in Athos. There were always sun beds and a place on the beach, as well as by the pool, there was enough space for everyone. The hotel is family-run: many with children or already elderly couples. In principle, I liked everything, for families with children, the most important thing is that they just want to relax, sunbathe and swim. The only disadvantage is to take a taxi to New Athos and the cheapest price for a 10-15min drive is 350 rubles, and there are few cars. Install the taxi of Abkhazia applications right away, you can link a card, which was very pleasant. There are a couple of cafes on site, you can spend a pleasant evening with a glass of local wine and national cuisine, not intrusive music. Bottom line: solid 4, I recommend it))

We are currently resting at the hotel. I like everything. Holidays for older people and for families with young children. There is no animation, there is nowhere to go outside the hotel. Very clean, everything is comfortable. The staff try very hard to maintain order. I've read a lot of bad nutrition reviews. Well, I don't know what people cook at home, maybe crabs and steaks, of course not here, but we are very happy with the food. Simple delicious food. Yes, it's not a buffet, but everything is delicious and the portions are good. The rooms have a kettle and cups. There are always free sun beds. The pool is beautiful, so if the sea is stormy, then the pool is a wonderful alternative. I recommend this hotel, but young people will be bored here, there is no party at all.

We had a rest in July 2022. Among the advantages: the territory, good sea, few people, fairly clean rooms, a restaurant of national cuisine (for a fee) on the territory.
Cons: food, especially breakfast: how can you ruin an omelet? But the chefs of the hotel, unfortunately, succeeded... the broth from maggi cubes is also an unpleasant culinary discovery for me.
The absence of a dishwasher (dishes are washed by hand) ensures massive and rapid rotavirus infection of all guests.
If they change the cook or send him to culinary courses and buy a dishwasher, then it is quite possible to recommend this place, taking into account the price-quality ratio.
