I liked the privacy of the hotel to get away from a lot of people. We took a suite, nice, spacious, daily cleaning, high quality, friendly girls at the reception and maids. The food is breakfast and dinner, rustic, but it was enough for me, it's a pity that only apples were among the fruits in September. There is a nice swimming pool on site, the sea is right within walking distance. There is also a convenience store and groceries on site, a bar and a cafe, lunch can be ordered there. The Anakopia Club Hotel pleased with its comfort and hospitality! Convenient location, friendly staff, clean and cozy rooms. The hotel has everything you need for a stay: a cafe, a bar, a swimming pool, a shop and free Wi-Fi. Delicious breakfasts and dinners, dishes for every taste. We had a rest in August 2024 .
The price of the tour included breakfast and dinner.They cooked deliciously and tried to diversify the menu in every possible way from those products that were .
There have always been porridges, soups, salads, amlets, and much more.
The hotel has a dining room, a bar, a cafe, and a shop.
There is everything necessary for life .
There is a place to iron the linen, the rooms were cleaned every day.Towels were changed every three days.You could also take beach towels once a day and then hand them over and exchange them for clean ones.
You can also rent a car and there are also subs for rent .
I liked everything!the sea is 2 minutes, the pool is all on site.
The playground certainly leaves much to be desired ..It 's time to replace it with something more modern .
Our child personally spent all her days in the pool , she had no time to be bored.

There was everything we needed in the room for us personally..yes, maybe without much luxury, but everything you need for life is present, a kettle, a hair dryer, dishes, hot water, WiFi.fridge.
As a result, I can say that the Anakopia club hotel is the best if you plan to relax with children and see local attractions.
The water is clean, no rotovirus has definitely happened to us during the entire stay!

A family of 5 people (2 people and 3 people) had a rest at the hotel. There are pros and cons. I compare it with other hotels in Abkhazia that I visited in the past years. And so on the positive side: good, friendly staff, high-quality room cleaning, a bottle of water in the room every day for everyone. A large and beautiful territory, a large swimming pool (it was indicated with heating, but apparently it is not the season and the water is always colder than in the sea). There is a cafe on site with adequate prices and very tasty food (for example, a delicious boat with an egg will cost 310 rubles). A five-minute walk from the hotel there is the only "night club" in Abkhazia (a veranda with light music, a DJ and a bar), plus or minus for everyone in different ways, for example, I did not visit this institution, but the music can be heard perfectly from the room until the morning.
Now let's move on to the cons: the children's area in the form of a boat in the photos looks clearly better than in reality. The hotel, as I understood it, was built in 2018 and there have been no reconstructions since then. The appearance is still fine, but the steps that break under the children are already annoying (the staff reacted quickly and fenced off dangerous areas), the mini pool into which the children's slide leads does not look very clean. The sunbeds had to be lowered down to the beach on their own every morning, they were removed to the hotel at night, and the beach itself was slightly lower down the stairs. The store, which is located on the territory of the hotel, has a very boring assortment (mainly drinks and chips) due to the presence of one time there was no lighter, the other day there were no cigarettes. To the nearest store in the city, it takes 5-7 minutes by taxi along the highway about 300-350r. Lemonade, which I love very much, ran out quickly, at the request they were brought in 3 days (120p the price of a store in a hotel, 70p in a similar store in the city, 53p in an analog pyaterochka 10 minutes from the hotel). But all these are trifles compared to the dining room! The catering and the food itself is just terrible. Breakfast is from 08:00 to 10:00, while for the first hour and a half there is a constant queue from the street, similarly with dinner from 18:00 to 19:30 there will definitely be a queue, and closer to 20:00 you can already enter freely. This is due to the fact that in the dining room there is a distribution format, not a buffet, and it is necessary to go through the entire distribution with the delivery, regardless of which dish you need. Even if I want to take only sausage and bread (this is the only thing I ate for breakfast), I have to stand in a common queue with those who want porridge, scrambled eggs, etc. In addition to the fact that there is only one distribution zone, this is aggravated by the fact that there is an eternal shortage of dishes and you have to wait for them to bring plates, tureens, cups, well, in general, any necessary utensils. They bring it raw and it is extremely unpleasant, perhaps even this is the reason for the stomach to this day for me and my daughter, and perhaps the reason is in the food itself I do not know. There are glass countertops on the tables in the dining room, and in some places sharp edges are chipped (I will attach a photo).
In conclusion, I would like to say that the hotel itself is well worth the money, but it is worth considering that it is far from the city, there is nothing nearby and it must be taken into account that you will have to spend money on a taxi. I would definitely not advise you to take food when booking, you can eat more delicious and varied in the cafe on site. In the dining room, the choice is very small and, let's say, only apples were given from fruits there. There will be no queue in the cafe and you will not have to carry dirty dishes off the tables. My family and I, despite these nuances, really liked the hotel itself and would even come back again (but without food). He pointed out so many problems in order to draw the attention of management to improving the service, and not in order to scare away guests. The staff is really very courteous and will help to create the necessary comfort, I wish the development of this hotel and understand that this will most likely affect the price. We had a rest at the end of September 2024. There are many advantages, especially for those who want to relax in silence. Positive:Very clean area, beautiful surroundings, large heated clean pool, availability of sun beds, the sea is 50 meters from the room!!!!))) the food is varied, the rooms are standard for 4, the water in the tap is yellow, but every day there is a bottle of 0.5 local water in the room, towels are also yellow and linen with holes in places (Food distribution is not organized correctly, everyone is in line with trays, there are not enough plates!(!) The hotel is far from the highway, but you can always call a taxi. I thought the review would be only positive, but upon arrival I got sick with rotavirus! (((On the beach of the hotel there are two pipes (drain) one, like from the pool!?, the other is under the bar. I felt an unpleasant smell, but the staff replied that it was from a hydrogen sulfide source!? (There is a constantly muddy strip of water along the beach shore! (((( Before leaving, I swam a lot and didn't take a shower, that's why I got sick! ((( This is the main disadvantage! ((( The purity of the water is important!!! A pleasant hotel in the secluded village of Primorskoye. The staff is friendly. The hotel grounds are decorated with various plants and flowers, which adds a magical atmosphere, especially in the evening. A huge advantage is the direct access to the beach. There are very few people on the beach, which is a huge plus. The sea is clean, and the hotel is regularly cleaned as well.

We had a rest with our family in the first half of July, in general we really liked it. Very well maintained beautiful territory, lots of greenery, a large clean swimming pool, the sea is just a stone's throw away. Among the disadvantages are rather monotonous food, overpriced prices at a local store, and the nearest shops are in novy Athos, a 10-minute drive away. There is no children's animation, although it was announced on the site (we were told that they refused due to lack of interest), and a very old and crumbling playground.

In principle, it's not bad, but: the kitchen is monotonous, it gets boring quickly, especially breakfasts; remoteness from New Athos, we took a taxi, 400 rubles one way, and it takes 5 minutes to drive. If you have not been to Turkey, etc., then you will be welcome. If you are traveling with a family, it is better to rent a car (right at the hotel) and drive around local attractions, excursions are expensive. Anakopia Clab is a great place for a short and long stay. Location by the sea, those with children or the sea is cool - heated pool. I came because of the silence (strangers don't walk here) and the sea. Meals 2 times a day, while I was going, I read a lot of negative reviews. It has been here for a month, every day is delicious and varied. The chef is a big plus. I don't know, maybe they changed it, but it's fine with me. You can't cook so much at home. Thanks to everyone in the kitchen and dining room. Cleanliness and order. In general, all the staff is helpful and responsive. Perhaps the way you treat people is the answer you get. By the way, everything is provided for the convenience of people with disabilities. I had a wheelchair group with me. I've seen their happy faces myself. And for those who like excursions. As much as you want and wherever you want. All offers are made here on the spot. New Athos is 5 km away on foot. There is a public transport stop nearby. I really can't say that the menu is varied, ordinary, what we are used to eating. this is not Turkey, after all) do not wait for sweets, they will only give you a pie with different fillings. of the fruits, only apples.

I did not like the hotel, the first reason is the food, I think if the hotel is not within walking distance to the city, then the most important thing in it should be adequate food, I have been traveling around Abkhazia for a long time, and I often see negative reviews about food in hotels, but as practice shows, people are more likely to find fault, but here to say "they find fault" I think they don't write much else about nutrition in the Anakopia club, soups and broth for dinner you will eat on water saturation zero, broth is also a diluted cube (Maggie, Galina Blanca) mashed potatoes are terrible both in taste and color, stupidly only water was added to the potatoes and a little crumpled, no salt, no milk, no butter, don't even try to find it in it! Milk porridges for breakfast are not at all boiled, 10% of milk for color, the remaining 90% is water, and the cereal floats in this slush, as a result, porridge on water is absolutely not cooked and tasteless, baking is a separate kind of art, You will just bake thick pita bread from the same dough every day, in this case if you have salvation in the form of condensed milk or jam, all the pita bread is poured with something sweet to somehow eat this bread, at one dinner this pita bread was completely burnt (see photo), moreover, keep the SOLE of the "bon appetit" plates poorly washed, often had to revise them, with teaspoons separate song, there is a suspicion that the total number of them for the entire hotel is no more than 20 pieces, they always run out quickly, and they are always out of stock, one evening there was only fried fish for dinner, and there seemed to be sliced eggplant with meat, but no one found the meat, I have a question? What about people who are allergic to fish? Stay hungry at all? There are many people who do not eat fish for reasons beyond their control, and more often if the main dish is fish, chicken is also offered nearby, but I repeat, no one has found anything meat besides fish!!! Slicing bread, sausage and cheese, is also a separate story - the impression is that it was so lazy for the chefs to carefully slice these products that it is easier to just chop at random, the slicing is very cumbersome, it is even more difficult to make a sandwich from such slicing and bite it, and the mouth rejoices at a large piece - but not to such an extent. FRUITS – and there won't be any except apples that are sliced, other fruits and don't wait, if you want fruits, go to New Athos, or you can walk to Primorsky, where grandmothers have all fruits for 200 rubles per 1 kg., in general, the food is terrible, bland, tasteless, there is a cafe on the territory - for such quality prices are exorbitant, but they taste better than in the dining room, but not by much😁 the territory itself is normal, well-groomed, the pool is cleaned every evening around 22:00, it will be boring for young people, there is a great lack of animation at least in the evening, I often saw after dinner children (teenagers) playing table tennis in the semi-darkness, the owner of the hotel does not even come up with the idea that it is necessary to hold a separate light there, as a result, in the evening everyone plays in the dark🙈 the rooms have old furniture and battered plumbing, there is no table sconce, there was not enough individual light for reading, etc. There is a store on the territory of the hotel, any product is 2 times more expensive than anywhere else in other stores, in general there are many disadvantages, for the first time I come across such a thing that I did not like the hotel as much as possible!!!! We rested here for the second time. I can say that the hotel is not getting better over the years, rather, it is trying to preserve what it has.
Placement.
An undoubted advantage is accommodation at any time of arrival: even at 10 a.m., even at two in the morning, they will be settled immediately. The staff is very friendly and good-natured. Any issue can be resolved promptly at the reception.
Rooms.
The rooms are quite spacious. Shower, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV. The mini-houses have their own terraces, it is cozy to drink tea in the evenings. Daily cleaning, change of towels and linen for 3-5 days.
Territory.
Large, green, well maintained. The pool is cleaned daily. There are not enough umbrellas for everyone, but we have built several gazebos with a canopy. They are at a distance from the pool, but they protect well from the sun.
Food.
One meal was removed. Now it's just breakfast and dinner. Of course, you can always find something to eat, but in my opinion, you need to change the cook. Sometimes the dishes are raw. Sometimes completely dried. I will say separately that they wash the dishes with their hands, they still haven't bought a car. I can't judge the quality of such a sink, but a hotel of such capacity is simply obliged to have a professional dishwasher.
We went to lunch 800 meters to the right of the hotel, I will not advertise, but it is very tasty and budget-friendly. The on-site cafe is expensive.
The beach and the sea.
Don't expect a clear sea, branches and twigs are floating all the time. The bark covers the surface with a thin layer, even after a storm the sea is not cleaned. The beach is narrow and pebbly. There are sun beds, no umbrellas.

We are currently vacationing with my husband here since June 28th. I recommend the hotel. I'll start everything in a strand , the rooms are cleaned daily . Towels are changed 1 time in 3 days . As soon as it gets dirty, you can ask for them to be replaced. The water is cold, hot all the time.2 liters of still water are left in the room every day , the water is very tasty , by the way ! The food in the dining room is good , you won 't leave hungry . The pool is the cleanest . The staff is all friendly. Of course, if someone loves a party , then this is not for you here , but we love a quiet and relaxing holiday , we are delighted!!!!!!!

We stayed at this hotel from August to September 2024. We didn't choose the hotel, we had to join a group of friends. The hotel absolutely does not correspond to the concept of price = quality. The cost of a 2-bed standard room was 7000 rubles a day. Our room was located in a small frame house on the hotel grounds. At first glance, the room is pretty, the walls and furniture are made of wood. But the bed linen, towels are gray, used 100 times, in holes and with pellets, it was very unpleasant and not comfortable. Since the walls of the room were lined with clapboard, there was a constant smell of dampness, in order to eliminate it, it was necessary to turn off the air conditioner and ventilate so that the room would dry out. The bathroom has tired repairs, broken tiles, faucets are rewound with duct tape, all the mixer is greasy and stained, a greasy shower curtain, a shower holder holds the shower in only one position, that the water gets overboard the shower. Dear hotel owners, is it really impossible to at least occasionally update the stock of bed linen, clean the faucets, change the shower curtain once a season and install a normal convenient shower faucet. This is also in your best interests, there will be less dampness in the bathroom and repairs will be saved for longer.
Further, if vacationers think that by taking this hotel, they will save on food, since it is included there, they are mistaken. The food is very poor, the choice is very small, and very often it is not tasty. Most of all, I was upset by the 3/1 coffee bags, I thought these coffee bags were already the last century, but it turns out not. But is it really impossible to put a can of regular coffee, it's not that expensive.
The location of the hotel is very unfortunate, it is far from any infrastructure, there are no shops and fruit stalls nearby. Therefore, the lack of proper food in the dining room of the hotel and a small shop on the territory of the hotel, in which everything is naturally much more expensive, is a big disadvantage of the hotel. There is no water cooler on the territory of the hotel, 0.5 liters of water per person is given per day, water is naturally much more expensive in the hotel store than in shops outside the hotel.
Moreover, there is a nightclub next to the hotel, and music plays loudly at night.
Another unpleasant minus, but only we faced it. There is an auto repair shop on the territory of the hotel, and our room was located just next to it, and for some reason it started working late in the evening, and in the evening there was constantly the noise of a car engine, and the smell of exhaust.
Of the advantages, I can name the proximity to the sea, leaving the room you take a few steps and you are in the sea. Beautiful view and a very nice and clean pool. But there are many other competing hotels in New Athos and not very far from the sea. For us personally, we would rather walk 10 minutes to the sea on foot, but we lived in a pleasant comfortable room, in a hotel with a more convenient location, when you can choose where to have a delicious meal and buy fruit. But to each his own. I had to constantly use Taki's services to get to the center.
If vacationers by car, of course, the location of this hotel is not a problem, but again, getting to the sea from another more successful hotel is also not a problem, the question arises why stay in this hotel!?
As a result, after this hotel we continued our vacation in Abkhazia, already in other places, and in different applications very There is a large selection of hotels that the Anakopia Club Hotel is inferior to.
I want to appeal to the owners of the hotel, having visited your hotel, it became clear that your work is aimed at generating income, you do not have the goal of providing a comfortable stay to vacationers. You present your hotel as a high-class hotel, but in fact, for the price you require, you can find many other good mini-hotels and guest houses, much better than yours, which we subsequently did.
At the same time, no one requires expensive repairs and new furniture in the rooms, a buffet with 10 types of dishes, but such a trifle as: clean bed linen, fresh and not leaky towels, cleanliness in the bathroom, drinking water on site, and just a can of coffee in the dining room, and delicious porridge (and not oatmeal jelly on water), you can safely provide, and does not require large investments.

Dinner: soup, broth, several types of side dish, chicken, stew, fish, tomatoes, cucumbers and salad (vinaigrette, olivier, crab), fruit - apples. The food is delicious, cooked at home. The cafe on the territory is not working yet, we had lunch in New Athos. There are many beautiful, exotic plants on the territory: camellia, oleander, pomegranate, banana, palm trees, eucalyptus, roses blooming everywhere. The sea is clear, but still cold. The impressions of the hotel are positive!

We had a rest from 11.10.24 at the Anakopia Club hotel. From the very first minutes they were disappointed with the cottage . We booked a 2-bed room with an extra bed. I 'm shocked by the number . The room is not well maintained with a damp smell. It would not hurt to cover the floors with fresh paint. Everything is worn . Just terrible old torn mattresses with stains . The pillows have been crumpled for a long time , tired of old age . The tables on the terrace are dirty , and no one wiped them . Chairs with protruding rust. The air conditioner does not perform its function (lives its own life) it is not possible to watch TV (only one of the programs works and then with ripples) they lived together with ants, and there are just tin. The towel is changed every three days. ( also with holes and spots ) I do not advise you to take a room called a cottage (bungalow flea current)
The territory is not bad , but unfortunately there is something to find fault with
I also didn't like that there is a large car repair box on the territory of the hotel. WiFi is only available at the reception.
One of the advantages . The pool is not bad clean with warm water.

At the first dinner in the dining room, you take a tray where you will put the plates, and it smells of dirty rags, and then when you have already eaten, you take it and see how a person wipes all these trays with a rag after washing. There is almost no variety in food , it 's hard to call it a buffet , only apples from fruits ! Those who have tried a good buffet strongly recommend not even going here. There is a bar on site, bottled beer, draft beer, one day we drank bottled water, then at night everyone ran to the toilet and lay down all day.
The sea is very close, this is a plus, but dirty, who swam in the clear sea will not come in
The pool is normal. There is no entertainment on the territory. If you go somewhere, then to new Athos itself.
As for the rooms, thank you that even though there are condos and they try to clean every day, there is a TV on which there are 4 channels. A teapot with mugs, but no spoons, is strange.

Large territory, clean, cozy, super pool, there is enough space for everyone, the hotel is on the seashore, the sea is clean, the entrance is pebbles, the bottom is sand. About food- I didn't like it on the first day, then everything is OK, everything is varied, no one was hungry. About the rooms - not perfect, but cleaned every day, there are balconies. There is a cafe on the territory, we had lunch there sometimes, the store is expensive. To N.Athos 15 min, taxi 300 rub. Everyone bought there, walked. I liked everything. For those who love Turkey - you will not come in, you will cry. For modest Abkhazia, the hotel is a class.

Buffet breakfast of 2 types of delicious cereals, homemade cottage cheese and cheese, sour cream, milk.
