Geolocation is what you need (everything you need is nearby). In the old town (a special cozy atmosphere). The hotel is old (but everything is beautiful everywhere in the photo). The furniture, for the most part, is dead. Room cleaning, only if you ask. Amateur breakfasts, without much variety. The staff smokes in the hotel cafe next to you. The director of the hotel (the only Russian-speaking member of staff) collects female guests (on a dare) ("Mr. courtesy" himself - BEFORE! ...). That's all you need to know about Anadolu Star.
Of the advantages, only a convenient location and good hot water pressure, which is rare in hotels. The rest is terrible: the reception is smoky so that it is impossible to enter, the staff smokes right at the table in the dining room, you eat and stink of smoke next to you, all the doors have crumbled from old age and close very badly, you need to make a lot of effort, the rooms are not cleaned and the linen is not changed until you ask, they clean badly, the toilet with a bathtub dirty, rusty shelves, which is disgusting to put towels and things on them, Wi-Fi is weak, it works intermittently, everything is generally old and not inspected
We arrived in Batumi at night, 4 adults and 2 children, as a result of the search, decided to stay here overnight, and eventually stayed for 3 nights. Nearby attractions, cafes, beach, Russian-speaking staff.
A great hotel in the heart of the old city of Batumi. A gorgeous view from the balcony of the city and a view of the sea from the terrace where breakfast is held. Friendly and helpful staff.
