The hotel is located 5 minutes from the beach of Ldzaa. There is a large swimming pool (heated, children's and adult areas), a recreation area under a canopy with tables and chairs where you can sit in the evening, a restaurant where breakfast (buffet) is served in the morning, and at lunch and dinner you can eat a la carte (prices are high, but everything is delicious), a playground, parking (huge, there is enough space for everyone).
The rooms are small at all, everything you need is there. There was a smell of sewage from the bathroom at night, close the door tightly!
A small veranda, a clothes dryer.
Large dogs live at the hotel, they are very kind and affectionate.
Periodically, there is a children's animation in the evening.
In general, everything is very good here, I did not want to leave.
The village itself is small, with small shops and cafes. Fresh food, delicious dishes, fruits, vegetables, wine, chacha...
the beach is just gorgeous! Pine grove, air, clear blue sea.
I want to come back here.

A family friendly hotel near the sea. The price includes a rich breakfast - omelets, casseroles, pancakes, porridges, vegetables, seasonal fruits - we have watermelon, for example. Everything is fresh - from the heat, from the heat. The rooms are clean, the mattresses are ikea. Audibility - it is impossible to sleep in some hotels, there are no problems with this here. Lunch and dinner - you don't have to go far - right there in the restaurant there is everything you want, pizza from a wood-burning oven, kebabs, boats, Black Sea fish (I never thought that needle fish was so delicious :)), like sunflower seeds) and right there you can taste trout in plum sauce! Children's menu, playground. Animators work periodically for children. The staff is friendly, they will help and tell you. Excursions, transfers, rental cars - everything is available. The beach is 5-7 minutes walk away, along the way there is a shop, a market. Sun beds and awnings are paid. But there is enough space for everyone !

The hotel has a heated swimming pool, which is convenient in bad weather, as we rested at the end of September and there were rains and storms at sea. The staff is polite and unobtrusive. The breakfasts are hearty, but the food is not very varied, about 3 days are different, then everything is in a circle. Delicious pies, cheesecakes, pancakes. But the porridges are terrible, liquid on water, tasteless. There was a watermelon, but there is always a battle behind it. The disadvantage is that everything is taken out in small portions, it is disassembled in a second and then sit for 10-15 minutes until the next portion is taken out. Is it really impossible to immediately slice three or four watermelons on a large tray, and not take out a quarter on a plate? But there was always enough to eat to the brim, but sometimes you could not wait for a watermelon. In general, I recommend the hotel for a relaxing stay.

We were on autumn vacation this year. I liked the hotel, the pool was heated all the time, the polite staff, the food is very tasty. The sea is about 8 minutes on foot, there are many shops around. We got to the sights of Abkhazia by car. Traffic police are adequate, they stopped the insurance 1 time to check. Quiet, calm, beautiful.I definitely recommend it!

I really liked the hotel. Cozy, clean, friendly. Cleaning every three days. The linen and towels are clean and fresh. Electricity was cut off in the village several times in 10 days. But everything worked fine at the hotel. Apparently, there is some secret))
Separately about the restaurant: the chefs cook delicious. One evening the violin was playing! It was very beautiful!
The breakfasts, which are prepared in the same restaurant and which are included in the room rate, are delicious and plentiful.

A very calm, beautiful hotel with excellent and responsive staff in my opinion, 5 minutes walk from the sea, only here I saw relict pines right on the belt, I recommend it for staying with a family, there is its own European and national cuisine!!, and the cherry on the cake is a swimming pool with a swimming pool!!!!!!!! We had a rest in June 2024. In general, it is not bad for wooden hotels, everything is clean, neat, there is a basik, not far from the sea. We booked in January for 53,000 for 7 days for 3 people. That is, 7500s. Here, of course, I think they are overreaching, since the difference from most hotels is only in the presence of a swimming pool. Now about the critical disadvantages that I think a decent hotel has no right to have. 1. Food. No, no, no, she's not tasty, who writes here that she's super, that's a lie. There were no porridges, salads stank of sourness several times, at least the amlet from the bottom was dark and stank of a rotten egg. Not only is the assortment sooo modest, there are quality problems. There are also constantly empty pallets and not enough plates and mugs. That is, objectively, if my family had asked me, I would have said don't count on breakfast too much. But nevertheless, it is possible to "fill the gut". 2. The mattresses in all rooms are disgusting, it is impossible to sleep on them, the springs press very hard. We put everything we could, right down to the deflated mattresses. I have not seen such a shame even in roadside hotels with shoulder straps. I just listed the critical thing. I'm not talking about sound insulation, if you're lucky with your neighbors, take earplugs.

I want to thank the hotel for a wonderful stay. It's all clear. A warm swimming pool with a convenient entrance, courteous staff. The room is spacious, TV, air conditioning, excellent balcony at the entrance.
A separate plus is breakfast. There is not much food, but everything is delicious, homemade.

The only negative is breakfast. Somehow it is quickly disassembled and not carried for a long time. Instant coffee and tea, but natural for money.

The parking lot is large and closed.
And animation for children twice a week, which is very cool.
After 10 p.m., no one is making noise on the territory, which is a huge plus, since many are with children who need to get enough sleep ☺️
The rooms are air-conditioned. With the windows closed, the room is completely silent, sometimes you can hear the neighbors, but just a little bit.

The hotel is normal, family-run, there was silence after 22:00.Yes, there is audibility and there is not enough light in the rooms (mb replace the warm light bulbs with cold, then MB will be brighter). The pool is clean, the staff at the hotel is friendly. BUT DO NOT use the transfer from the hotel from Adler, the driver of Solaris is Herman!!! The cost is 4,500rubles. Not only did he drive us at random, he flew, after a remark was made to him, he began to be rude, rude, and also said "You will sleep now, and I still have to go back to Adler", so he drove along the serpentine. And back we found a more comfortable Honda Stepfagon car , the driver calmly and carefully drove us, for a lower cost of 2500 rubles to the border. And so the sea is clean, they took sunbeds for a fee, the beach is clean there, the young man was constantly cleaning the beach. We took excursions from the hotel, everything is fine! And they even returned the money in the morning on the day of the tour, when they got sick, it was unexpected. And your dogs on the territory are beauties !

We had a family vacation in 2023 . I liked everything. We rented a 2-room suite for 4 people . Each room has air conditioning. The room has a TV, a refrigerator, a 2-bedroom bed, a sofa bed and (if necessary, a cot). The bed linen is clean (change once a week), the towels are snow-white, huge (change every 2 days). The staff is polite, attentive and helpful. The pool is just great, if it weren't for the sea within walking distance, then you wouldn 't have to get out of it. The breakfasts are very tasty, hearty and varied. In the evening, you can sit in the cozy on-site restaurant. Once a week there is a concert , that's right very heartily . There is a modern playground on site (not all hotels have one). The kids are happy. Once a week, on weekends, animators work with children. The sea is just a paradise, blue and purest . Tourists from Sochi and Adler are brought to the sea, they are shocked by the place and the purity of the sea. People really admire the place.
A month later, the family is going to Amshin again. We hope that the rest will be 5+ days.

The rooms of the hotel are decorated in the loft style! It looks interesting. Great location. Where the hotel itself is located, the scenery is not the most picturesque, but the beach is really a 5-minute walk to the ruins) Ldzaa beach itself is the pearl of the Black Sea coast! He's got a crush on me!
The staff is very cool, they tried to help us with two small children in everything! Cool pool with warm water. The sea in early June was not very warm, so the pool helped out. The breakfasts are standard, no frills, but very high quality. The restaurant is beyond praise. Excellent cuisine, we had dinner only there! We will definitely come back to you again!
There are several disadvantages:
1. Parking. At least there is one, but! After the rain, it turns into a swamp. We need to do something urgently. At least fill it with rubble!
2. Audibility. You can hear all the neighbors, especially on the ground floor. Unfortunately, nothing can be done about this, we will have to put up with it. After 23, everyone goes to bed and the problem disappears)
3. There are catastrophically not enough hooks in the bathroom. It's very easy to fix guys! Take action :)

We lived in a hotel, next to a restaurant. I didn't like the food at all. Both on order and on the included breakfasts. We mostly went to another restaurant to eat.
The standard room is very small. We lived as a family with two children. There is no kettle or microwave in the room. It is impossible to warm up the mixture for a child or anything else. The walls look like cardboard. Neighbors can be heard snoring.
More was expected for 7,500 per day in the second half of September.
On the first day they wanted to move out and asked the reception to refund the money. To which we were told that for this they would withhold the amount of the reservation (10,500 rubles) and money for one day. + they reported that they could not say the exact time when the money would be returned. Supposedly not soon. We lived in this hotel for a week out of desperation.

We stayed at this hotel from 03.09 to 13.09, in general we liked everything. The staff was always helpful. It was cool for a couple of days and the pool was heated, the water was exceptionally good!
Good location: on the way to the sea there is a shop and a pharmacy, as well as an excellent cafe "Tis". The restaurant at the hotel lacked national cuisine (but this is a matter of taste). Breakfast was also included, for fastidious I will tell you in more detail. There are always 4 hot trays:
1. Sausages,
2. Side dish (rice, pasta, beans with egg, buckwheat),
3. Eggs in different variations,
4. Sauce (with chicken, liver, minced meat).
Next, vegetables and some kind of salad, donuts, pancakes or cheesecakes, boiled eggs, croutons, awesome cottage cheese with sour cream, tea, coffee, milk, fruit drink. Everything was fine with us.
Among the cons: Mold in the shower, cleanliness at 4 with a minus, the bathroom door swelled and closed poorly, talkative night dogs and a conder who voiced his connection to the network during night power outages (and they happened often, maybe this mode can be turned off somehow).
In general, the hotel is good for families or drinkers, so that they can sleep soundly and have a place for children to have fun.

But the Amshin hotel and the place where it is located have sunk into my soul and my family, and for the second year in a row we have been coming to Abkhazia here. For our family, all the conditions of an ideal holiday have been fulfilled here. Everyone has different concepts of an ideal holiday, so I will briefly describe all the advantages of this place. 1. The cleanest and warmest sea. 2. Clean and sparsely populated beach. 3. Near the sea there is a beautiful and healing Pitsunda pine grove, where you can hide from the hot sun at lunchtime. 4. The hotel is located a 5-minute walk from the sea. 5. A good pool (it was important for the child). 6. Simple, comfortable and clean room. 7. Delicious breakfasts. 8. Delicious local fruits. 9. Reasonable prices. 10. The wonderful climate of Abkhazia. 11. Friendly, honest and helpful staff. When booking a room, we made a mistake with the period and paid more than necessary. We realized this only when we left the hotel. I wrote to the administrator and the money was returned to me. I didn't even count on it and was pleasantly surprised.We walked along the Pitsunda Bay from the center of Pitsunda to the Marble Castle Hotel, but we couldn't find a better place.

Disgusting hotel! More precisely, the disgusting approach of the staff to vacationers! No one cares about anything absolutely and totally. On the first day we did not have hot water, the TV was never fixed for the whole vacation, the breakfasts were poor and there was always half of the food, because they brought everything a little bit, it ended quickly, and they did not have time to bring new things and had to choose from what was left, because new things were not brought Soon. I saw pancakes only once, and then in someone else's plates, so I brought only a few pieces and everything was disassembled in 1 min. On the day when we left for the tour before breakfast, they refused to feed us, although lunch boxes are always collected in all normal hotels, and this time the girl from the reception told us to go to the restaurant on our own and ask for a lunch box in the morning before departure, as a result, the cook (I can't name this habalka any other way) shouted from the kitchen that she would not collect any food for us until they came from the reception and told her about it, but here's the paradox - until 8 a.m. there is not a single person in the hotel who could help solve this issue, everyone works from 8 a.m., and at 8:00 we were already expected on the tour, so hungry and angry we went to the island of Ritsa. They sell accommodation with breakfast, but it is absolutely not provided to feed people who go on excursions, although absolutely every person who comes on vacation, at least once, but will go on at least some kind of excursion, this means that they just put money for people's breakfasts in their pocket ... great of course.. the price is absolutely not justified, the hotel opposite is much cheaper, and the rooms are better! We regretted that we lived here and not in another hotel! We will definitely not come back here anymore! Discipline was not monitored at all, so people were swimming in the pool with drinks.. it's not very pleasant to swim in water with alcohol and other things... cleaning is not every day. There is no hair dryer in the room, it is provided on request, but this does not mean at all that you will be given a hair dryer, because they can all be disassembled and you will dry your hair -nothing. In general, complete disappointment and a lot of negativity.

We rested at the hotel in July 2023 just after a severe flood, despite this, everything was wonderful.The pool was cleaned, the water was reabsorbed (it took 1.5 days), but we were not upset. The rooms have all the necessary furniture, linen and towels are clean, snow-white. The breakfasts were included and were quite edible and with a choice. Pancakes are especially delicious. Special thanks to the staff for their responsiveness and cleanliness in the rooms. I need a knife to cut a watermelon-please, I need to find where to buy flowers-please, meet and take me to the airport - please. Wizards are in the rooms, yes audibility, but it's everywhere! as a rule, the lights out happened at the entire hotel no later than 12, but even without complete silence it is quite possible to fall asleep if you spent a good and productive day. We wanted to return this year, but there are no places for the right dates anymore. The sea is a 5-minute walk away. By the sea there is a magnificent pine forest where you can hide from the blazing sun. The sea is clean. For those who really go on vacation and switch - interruptions with local WiFi will not be a problem, and if you are still worried about it, you can pay for roaming. I remember last year's vacation with warm emotions, thank you!

A very nice hotel. We didn't want to leave. Both children and adults were satisfied. It's close to the sea. The atmosphere is very warm. Kind and helpful staff. Good, hearty breakfasts. Children's playground. The pool is sooo warm. Even an adult. It could have been colder for me. It's not invigorating at all. But this is a huge plus for children. They bathed in it all the time. I liked the restaurant very much too. We visited several other establishments nearby... But we decided that the food is tastier here. The waiters are very friendly. Especially Milan. We're crazy about her. Animators come to the children on Saturdays, and live music plays in the restaurant on Sundays. We didn't find any disadvantages. The only thing I would like is a full-length mirror in the room. Otherwise, everything was completely fine.

Excellent location near the sea and a relict pine grove, the air is great. The hosts and staff are friendly, helpful and hospitable. The courtyard of the hotel is cozy, with a cool pool in which children splash with pleasure. The room has everything you need: air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, etc., the bathroom is small but comfortable, cleaning is done every two days and bed linen and towels are changed. The hotel's cafe serves delicious and hearty food, breakfasts and lunches are included in the price. The beach is close to the hotel, a waddling 7-minute walk. It was the first time we visited this hotel and certainly not the last!

A very good hotel for your money. We checked in quickly, the room is cleaned every day. The staff is helpful and very friendly. The pool is very good for such a small hotel. The breakfasts are slightly monotonous, but a real buffet. There are several cars for rent. Many thanks to the innkeeper Almas.
