A great place to relax with your family! Lovely, helpful staff. The guys at the reception (Maria and Paata) are wonderful people! They will always help, they will tell you everything. Very kind and lovely guys!🥰
The kitchen is just wonderful! The chefs cook great! Special respect for the barbecue,mushrooms on the grill and the cradle🔥
I also want to mention the work of the waiters. Everything is fast and clear! They do their job perfectly!
A huge plus is that the hotel has animators, Elizabeth has very good children, the kids are always busy with something and have time to relax for themselves.Exciting games, creative activities, quests,pool games, competitions, discos and much more are held every day!
Thanks to Amra Sunrise Hotel for a wonderful stay! We will definitely come again!❤

We had a rest in July 2024.
The hotel is amazing! The staff at the reception will always help, the breakfasts are delicious. Special thanks and huge thanks to the animator girls, especially Lisa! Lisa is an active girl and knows how to find an approach to every child. Workshops, discos, outdoor games were held with the children. We took all the crafts home, the child was happy and waited for a new class schedule every new day.
The pool was always clean, the area was clean, the rooms were cleaned, also clean. We definitely recommend it for a family holiday!

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks. I liked everything very much! And the territory, and the rooms and the staff. Clean, tidy and very cozy. Thanks to all the staff from the maids and cleaners, to the waiters and cooks. Their work and care affects everything that concerns recreation, food and accommodation in this hotel. And I would also like to mention those whose presence is almost invisible, and not noticeable, but it is felt in everything, because it is on them that the successful operation of the hotel depends. This is Nina Borisovna, the hotel manager, and the technical director, whose name, unfortunately, was not remembered. Thanks to them for their work, and in their person to the entire friendly staff of the hotel! We hope to return once again to this paradise of Abkhazia. Good luck and prosperity to you!

Overall a pleasant place to relax.
We had an off-season vacation from May 1 to May 4, 2025. For this time, I think that the price for that accommodation and service were very high.
Breakfast is included in the price according to the buffet system - very modest, but quite edible. Coffee is brewed in the sand very decently for a fee. Lunch and dinner can be ordered on a separate menu. A varied selection of salads, grilled dishes, and European dishes are also provided for those who are tired of Caucasian cuisine.

Great hotel, not far from the border. The sea is nearby, the store is nearby, the sea is clean. For a family holiday, that's the thing. The children got to know each other and played with each other. The food was good, even our little friend had something to eat. In the evening, we ate at the cafe at the hotel in order to avoid various troubles. If anyone needs parties, then we need to go further towards Gagra. Although we weren't bored here either. There are places on the coast where you can go in the evening. So if someone is with their family, then 100 percent here. And it probably won't suit bachelors and young people😅

We were in Abkhazia for the first time, we rested at this hotel from September 23 to September 2. I needed a quiet rest (I wasn't particularly interested in entertainment, I took the child to the sea). We arrived a little late, settled us quickly in a new building (a small minus of the rooms is good audibility). There were mosquitoes, they brought a fumigator with them (you can also ask at the reception, they will give it out). There is a kettle, mugs (upon check-in, two bottles of water, a couple of tea bags and 3-in-1 coffee). Daily cleaning, change of towels and linen every 3-4 days. Beach towels are provided, sun beds and umbrellas are free of charge on the beach from the hotel (a small nook, if you can still take sun beds, then there may not be an umbrella). It's about five minutes to the sea, there's also a shop right on the corner. There is a Playground on site (I would like it to be a little bigger). About food, we had breakfast (there is always a choice: cottage cheese, omelette, sausages, pasta, eggs, sliced, porridge, cereals, fruits, cookies) and lunch (for a child, some second hot dishes were spicy, the choice of fruits for lunch was only watermelon). And in terms of dinner, since the food in the restaurant is at your own expense, I would like more variety in the menu, again, there is not much choice for children. (and there was no desire to run to some cafes outside the territory at all). The polite, helpful staff thank you very much for this!!!! Well-being to all employees and prosperity to the hotel! I hope we'll be back!

We had a rest in early August. The hotel was chosen according to certain requirements: accommodation with animals, the opportunity to eat well, comfort in the rooms, close location to the airport, the sea and attractions. They were placed in a new building, in a room with a balcony. Cleaning every day, linen was changed 3 times in 10 days, the service is at the highest level. The pool is clean and warm. Negative reviews are written, apparently, by those who lived in old houses around the pool. Everything is fine in the new building!

A great hotel for a family vacation, even when it's big! You can take a connection room (there is a door between the rooms) - you have a two-room full-fledged room, each room has its own bathroom and refrigerator (full-fledged, there is even a small freezer in each).
Change of linen and towels, according to my calculations, once every three days. We were vacationing with 2 families, we had three children:3 years old, 6 and 11 years old, the playground helped a lot. Our rooms were right in front of her- which greatly decorated our stay)) in the evening we sit and eat on the balcony, and behind the balcony the children frolic on the playground-a fairy tale! Everyone is busy and happy. The adult and children's pool are separated by a partition-very cool, you can play volleyball with children)) at the same time, everyone is in their own pool. It's a compact area, but everything is there. It's 4 minutes to the sea and here you are on a wide beach, although there are large pebbles, but corals brighten up this moment. But the sea is clear! Class. The lack of souvenir stands was crucial for us -the children spent more time entertaining themselves, inventing games with pebbles and beach paraphernalia.
I would like to mention the Amra restaurant separately: both the Swedish line and the restaurant are delicious! We ordered in the room! Awesome food! Even other restaurants were not considered.
In general, if you want the sea, not to swim like a sprat in a barrel and have a relaxing holiday-you are here. The hotel has children's animation and a disco! - a definite bonus.
I will add about the transfer - feel free to order individual transfers even from Adler railway, air, even from the railway stations of Abkhazia! - fast, convenient-everything is for you! The staff, drivers, and administration representatives are very friendly! If you have a question, the approach of the hotel representatives is understanding, and, often, individually tailored to your request. Excursions, prices in the store, which, by the way, is located right on the territory of the hotel, with adequate market prices!
There is even a small parking lot for those who arrived in their car -a nice additional feature).

We had a rest with the children in September, we liked the hotel. We lived in a new building, the bed was comfortable and large. The linen and towels are snow-white, the room is spacious. The sea is nearby, just cross a small road and the beach. The hotel has a nice pool.

We had a rest with my husband on 09.07-20.07.2024. We were satisfied with the area and the hotel. The building where our superior room with a balcony was located was only just built, so we got into a period when the building was still being completed, but this does not interfere with vacationers in any way, there are no major works, they only put the first floor in order
There were some disadvantages that I would like to point out:
- the bedside tables were brought only 3 days before the end of the rest. But the fact that they appeared is a big plus
- there is not enough mirror in the hallway , at least half the height
- poor sound insulation, you could hear what was happening in the neighboring rooms
- it's a long drive to significant attractions.
- there is not much choice where to go to eat
- There are not a lot of entertainments for young people, but this is not critical
I would also like to note the advantages that have graced our vacation:
- pleasant and modern territory of the hotel, rooms. Pleasant design of rooms, bathroom, facilities for a comfortable stay
- The hotel itself is 10 minutes from the border. Of course, this implies a minus of the range of attractions, we did not get further than Gagra)
- Good hotel staff: reception, restaurant, cleaning service. They are friendly, always ready to help and prompt. If you need a change from online to cash, they will help) but reissued cards are not accepted throughout Abkhazia. But in general, there is a translation everywhere
- The cafe and the food are good and of high quality. There is a cafe "sea meat" nearby, if the assortment at the hotel is boring. Incredibly delicious vegetables and fruits. Everything is always fresh
- The hotel has a beach area with its own sun loungers and umbrellas. However, with the influx of tourists, it turned out that the zone is very small) But this problem is solved by the pool in the hotel. In the morning we went to the pool, at lunch to the sea
- The hotel has its own tour company, which is very convenient
- There is a private transfer
- The room service works great
- In general, there are not many people on the whole beach. If you do not go to the hotel area, you can safely lie down on the pebbles anywhere else

we rested in Abkhazia for the first time and got to this hotel) 2 minutes to the sea, 10 minutes to the main road, if you want to go to Gagra and beyond, or to the border on your own, without transfer or excursion) the room is clean, beautiful, cleaning every day, but if the window is to the road, like ours, then you can hear the cars driving. We took a tariff without food, but you can sign up for breakfast in the evening and lunch in the morning for a fee, we ate only here on the menu, most of the items are delicious))) the chefs are smart, the waiter girls are nimble and friendly) at the reception, the girls will tell and explain everything) the most important thing is for a family holiday with children, but if you are young people who are not interested in parties and movements (like us), then also come here! if you want to party, then you need to go to Gagra already (30-40 minutes by car). A good recreation center near the border. New rooms, clean, but everything is inexpensive, for example, the toilet was wobbly. The food is a buffet, but very modest, meat, pastries, compote were not enough all days. The pool is super, heated, clean. The cafe on site is cool. There is no playground in the sun. There is no entertainment inside or near at all, unless you take an excursion. The beach is across the street, but there are free sun beds. It is suitable for a very quiet and relaxing holiday.

We had a vacation with a friend together in August 2022.
Their advantages:
-Daily room cleaning
- The food is very tasty - buffet. The choice is huge. Melon and watermelon are just a dump of everything 😍
- In the evening it is incredibly beautiful on the territory of the hotel, everything is illuminated, live music
- A second from the hotel there is a small supermarket where you can buy groceries, alcohol, cigarettes, household goods.products
- There is a cafe on site. We usually took drinks in the evening, ordered a hookah and rested by the pool
- 2 minutes walk to the beach
- On the beach, hotel guests are provided with their own sun beds for free, the young man who manages them kindly helped to bring them to the right place
- You can contact the hotel administrator for an additional fee.a fee to book a tour of your choice
- For an additional fee.for a fee, we were provided with an individual transfer from Adler train station to the hotel (3500 rubles. one way)
- The vacationers were all with children, so there were no drunken fools there. It was a plus for us. This hotel is not suitable for young partygoers.
- Friendly waiter girls in the restaurant, just lovely! Their smile was energizing for the whole day!
- The room was cozy, blackout curtains, air conditioning, a working TV with Russian channels, a small balcony with chairs and a table, a working mini fridge
And now let's talk about the cons:
- We thought that the receptionist was kind to us as guests, but in fact it turned out that he was just trying to hit on us, asking us out, etc. This situation upset us very much, it was even a little scary to be there. Having received a refusal from us to his courtship, we stopped contacting him. Just because of this situation, I gave 4 stars, not 5
- Very frequent power outages. Because of this, the air conditioner, TV, sockets, and water did not work. (This is the case in all of Abkhazia, so there are no complaints about the hotel)
- Advice for those who are traveling to Abkhazia for the first time: buy bottled water. Brush your teeth and wash your face, otherwise there is a high risk of getting a rotovirus infection.
- There is no adult entertainment
