A great hotel, we lived in a three-story building, the room has everything: tea, coffee bags, drinking water, slippers, bathrobes, all hygiene products.... Our room also had a balcony, you can drink coffee at a glass table. There is a very warm pool in the courtyard, we arrived in May, the sea is cold, but the pool is gorgeous. Buffet breakfasts are the best you can think of, every day is different! The store is in the same building, on the ground floor. If there is an opportunity, we will definitely come again.

Everything works in the room. I would especially like to mention the super powerful air conditioner, in this heat it was our best friend. The bathroom is large and spacious. All the screws and taps are working. The only wish of the administration is to put forced ventilation in the shower, you can live with natural ventilation, but somehow not very much. Cleaning the room every day, yes, we noticed it when we came to the room, this is a huge plus. Going out onto the spacious terrace, you will hear only pleasant sounds of nature, no frenzied music and a farcical party, which naturally has a beneficial effect on your vacation. And the air is a separate topic - they can't breathe enough) He's like a balm. I can't hear the neighbors, maybe because we lived in one-story houses. Separately on nutrition. The buffet breakfast is great. Otherwise, we ate at the on-site restaurant - delicious, everything is fresh, but expensive. Special thanks to the cook for the delicious barbecue! When you are there, take a barbecue only on the territory of the hotel in the restaurant, checked, compared with others. The sea - of course in this place - is fire! A clean beach, with its own sun beds and umbrellas, everything is free, the main thing is to know which way) but the locals will tell you and there is a sign - sign. There is a lot to talk about the advantages of the hotel, so I recommend this hotel for a holiday.

I had a rest with my children and my mother (5 people) from July 4th to 8th in this amazing hotel. We were met at the reception immediately by a friendly and courteous receptionist. We settled in quickly, the rooms were gorgeous, we had one room on the ground floor and one on the second floor. Cleaning is daily. Washing and drying there is such a service, I used it 2 times, the linen smells incredibly nice. The buffet dining room is a huge abundance of food for every taste. I must say it is very tasty and satisfying. Cross the sea across the road. There are free sun loungers and sun loungers from the hotel. Guided tours for every taste and color, as they say. They are delivered strictly according to the time written in the price list.And what a gorgeous clean pool for both children and adults. Every morning it is carefully cleaned, I personally watched, the room was there, you open the door 7 steps and the pool. The sea is very clean. I would also like to thank the entire staff of this hotel for their pleasant hospitality and a huge thank you to the hostess of this hotel for such a well-organized team and an amazing hotel. The hotel, in my opinion, has clearly overestimated its star rating. He deserves a maximum of three stars. I would like to note the responsiveness of the reception staff. In the first days of our stay at the hotel, the receptionists promptly resolved all issues that arose. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our belongings and use the hotel's infrastructure. We enjoyed swimming in the pool. The rooms are cleaned daily. However, if you stay in the room during cleaning, then you will not be cleaned later (checked twice). This is a small but still unpleasant detail. There is a good cafe on site. The prices are slightly higher than those of the neighbors, but the dishes are very tasty. The hotel is located in the village, so it seems to be in a vacuum. There is a parking lot, a shop and a cafe nearby, but there is nothing more worthy within a kilometer radius. Be prepared for this. The sea is very close, just a three-minute walk away. The hotel has free sun loungers, and there is a bar on the beach with adequate prices. The main problem is mosquitoes. There are no mosquito nets in the rooms, so I had to sleep with the windows closed and the air conditioner turned on. After the review has been in the Notepad for a month, I can say that this is an excellent option for Abkhazia at its price. Without a passport, this is the warmest place to stay in September.

Cleanliness, urns, swimming pool with the purest water, territory. They settled us right away, as we arrived around 19.00. The admin told us everything quickly and clearly and showed us our room. We had it in a two-storey building on the second floor. The room is clean and spacious. The bathroom has all the accessories. There are all towels on the crib. Everything worked fine. +2 bottles of water upon arrival. Coffee, tea, kettle, refrigerator, TV, bathrobes and a conditioner that saves you from the heat. I have never seen any living creatures in the room, as they wrote. The cleaning is wet every day. The bed linen and towel were changed every 5 days. We only took breakfast. They are beautiful. Variety for every taste. And porridge for children, and pancakes, and pancakes. And what kind of banana cupcakes they have mmmmmm..... Everything is very tasty. I also highly recommend grilled vegetables, it's something. The staff is friendly. Well done guys. We went to the "home kitchen" for lunch (down the street, from the second entrance). We had dinner at the hotel, made an order. The prices are slightly overpriced, but the portions are huge+the dishes are served quickly+it's unrealistically delicious. The store is around the corner. We stayed at this hotel for a week. Starting from the first day of arrival, we were very warmly welcomed. We stayed at this hotel from October 3 to October 10, we were under the closure of the season. With a child of 1.8 years old. We were lucky with the weather, +25 in the daytime, +18-20 at night. My husband swam every day, but there were waves. I did not swim in the sea a couple of times, I was afraid. The sea is 2 minutes away. There are sun beds and umbrellas from the hotel. I must say right away that the entrance to the sea is not suitable for small children, large pebbles, the depth is fast. But I liked to throw stones. But in the pool we bought up from the bottom of our hearts! Clean, heated. A separate large paddling pool for kids, this is a big plus. The hotel is clean, cleaning every day. The territory is clean and well maintained. We lived in a house, there was an exit to the pool, a terrace in the opposite direction. It was quiet, neither the neighbors nor the pool bothered. The room is simple, but has everything. I didn't have enough appliances, 2 glasses out of the dishes. The interior is a bit boring. We didn't take breakfast, we had a time difference, we had lunch for their breakfast. But the breakfasts are definitely very tasty. I was allowed to feed the child for free, I was not very arrogant, but the casserole is very tasty. Special thanks for that! We had lunch and dinner in the hotel cafe according to the menu, very tasty (in the photo the price is 1400). But the children's menu is meager, French fries, a burger, is not suitable for kids. The area outside the hotel was disappointing, there is a lot of garbage, and it is clear that it has not been lying since last season. But I still recommend the hotel.

There was some kind of trouble in the rooms with water periodically, one hot water ran from the tap. The food in the restaurant was delicious, but the children lacked the usual food (pasta, buckwheat with sausage, with a cutlet), they did not want to eat restaurant dishes and went hungry😞 There is a grocery store on site, everything you need is there and you can pay with a card. It is 5 minutes to the sea, the beach is empty, the trade has only begun to open by the end of June.

This hotel is from the category of expectation reality. At first, they said one thing was actually another. The gazebos are not next to the pool, although they said they were nearby. The room stank of sewage, when they asked to do something about it, they came filled the sink with something and left, the smell did not disappear. The hot/cold water worked every other time, the room was not cleaned although we asked, then the Wi-Fi worked every other time, we asked about the floating breakfast, which they advertise so much, and did not answer about it, what and how. The maid is not very polite, she talks as if we are not guests, but some kind of passers-by. Of the advantages, probably only that the sea is 5 steps away and that's it. I do not recommend this hotel for such money, there are cheaper and much better hotels in Abkhazia!

We rested from 4.07.22 to 14.07.22.Lovely hotel, everything is clean. The rooms are cleaned every day, linen is changed every four days. Odorless water.There is a swimming pool on site, the water is clean. The food is at the highest level.The buffet. The staff is very helpful, you can always negotiate. There is also a cafe on site. Pizza bomb. Nuggets are not very good. It is a 5-minute walk to the sea, sun beds are free. I really liked everything, I didn't want to leave. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We were in Amra Sunrise in August, expectations were not met! We will never come back here ourselves, and I do not advise anyone to come! It's good that they only took it for 5 nights. 8700 (for early booking) for two, even with meals, this room is not worth it at all! People who came for 10-14 days were shocked… Fell for beautiful photos and positive reviews on the Internet that do not correspond to reality… Positive: - near the border - 3 minutes to the sea at a slow pace (sunbeds on the beach for free, umbrellas for money) - the pool is large and clean, a separate shallow pool with hot water for children, a canopy and sun beds nearby - daily cleaning, towels were changed - there is a balcony (table and folding chairs, clothes dryer) - settled before 14.00 Minuses: - the air conditioners did not work during the day at all, only at night. The room was hot and stuffy, like in a bath. After the beach, I wanted to relax a little in the cool, and it was impossible to go into the room ... At the same time, the air conditioner worked perfectly at the reception, they explained this by the fact that they had a stabilizer installed for the program to work. No one warned about non-working air conditioners in advance. It really was just hell... never got into such terrible conditions… We were in Pitsunda, yes, there were also blackouts, but mostly at night in a thunderstorm, but everything worked properly during the day. The administration in no way compensated its guests for staying in such terrible conditions! All the questions of the guests checking in about the non-working air conditioner were nervously answered: "What do you want? It's the same everywhere in Abkhazia." - the refrigerator also turned off during the day and did not work, the freezer defrosted. - the shower is made so that water flows out of it and there is always a puddle in the corner. Moreover, the water seeps somewhere along the seams and the wall in the room next to the bed also apparently gets wet and is all streaked (and this is not only in our room). - constant jumps and blackouts, and, accordingly, water. Once in the evening there was no light for 1.5 hours! It is dark, there is no water, it is impossible to wash, many families were with children. All the workers hid somewhere, although they could have apologized, brought lanterns to people. If you know that you are so bad with light, why not prepare. - meals breakfast (from 8 to 10 o'clock), dinner (from 18 to 20 o'clock) are almost the same every day. The dishes are barely warm. The promised alcohol was not free for dinner. For children, there is little that you can choose to eat. The stomach reacted badly to the food in the dining room. - it turned out that those who come to eat at the cafe can use the pool on a par with the residents. Such a drunken company drank from morning to evening, dived into the pool, made noise, the guy even fell asleep on the sunbed, and no one told them anything from the hotel administration… After them, the water in the pool became an incomprehensible green color and smelled bad (they probably confused the pool with the toilet!) And why tenants who have paid a lot of money should watch it all! - there was no wine and fruit in the room when checking in, this is only for suites. - bedside tables and a wardrobe (although it is more likely a rack) without doors - all things are in sight… - there is no air freshener in the toilet. - if you hung the clock in the room, so change the battery so that they go. The beach is semi-wild, no one cleans, there are mountains of garbage in the forest nearby, abandoned broken buildings… Jet skis with cheesecake and banana constantly arrive, and since there is no fenced-off area for them, therefore they park almost over the heads of those bathing in the water… The village is squalid, there is nowhere to go at all, there are no sidewalks, there are no pedestrian crossings, there is practically no street lighting. Cars are running around like crazy. There is practically nothing local in the stores, the goods are almost all Russian… The nature is beautiful, the beaches are half-empty. After such a rest, my husband came home with pneumonia and went to the hospital, he was treated for more than a month. Think a thousand times before deciding on a "vacation" in Amra Sunrise! This is the worst of the places where we rested! I don't understand why there are so many rave reviews...

The best hotel. We stayed there 2 times, in June-July 2021 and July 2023. I liked everything very much. The food is above all praise, varied and delicious. The pizza is bombastic . The rooms are spacious, with all amenities. There is Parking, a Playground. The sea is a 2-minute walk away. A gorgeous swimming pool. The best place for a relaxing family vacation.

The best family hotel! We had a family vacation in July 2021. This summer, everyone unanimously declared their desire to rest there. In addition to the main one, there is also a children's non-deep pool, inflatable mattresses, circles and balls in common use. There is a good playground, I really liked the animator for children (school age), even adults were happy to join the games of "Mafia", "Monopoly" .., animatlr spent daily games with children in the pool. On the territory of the cafe, you can order a barbecue, music in the evening, beautiful lighting on the territory. I liked the food. The pebble beach is nearby at 5 min., sunbeds were always brought. The air conditioning in the room was working properly. The electricity was turned off only at night for 3 hours. I liked absolutely everything! We didn't need anything. And two more adorable kittens delighted all the kids. And this is not a high price. Many thanks to all the staff for organizing the rest! We will come to you again.

Family vacation August 2021 The hotel is very good, there are shortcomings, and there are also disadvantages. I'll start with the big cons, and then just the facts. ❗❗❗ NOT SAFE Unfortunately, two unpleasant situations overshadowed the rest at the hotel. 1. There is a cafe on site where vacationers could spend time, it is also open to passers-by. One evening, families were relaxing on the veranda of this cafe (adequate people, adults with children who had not had too much alcohol!!!) A little later, local young people came up. They began to order and at first began to behave aggressively towards the girl who worked in the cafe. The vacationers made a remark to them. And after that, the locals began to bully the vacationing men. Our teenage children got scared and left the cafe. And then there was a showdown and almost a fight!!! The hotel staff and vacationers were separating. The police were not called!!! The locals were not asked to leave the hotel grounds. They worked until 12 o'clock. Looking for someone to attack. To be honest, I became worried about the teenage children, as our children were walking around the territory in the evening, naturally without their parents. During this incident, naturally escorting the teenagers to the room, one local saw us and walked briskly towards us. We managed to separate the children by numbers. 2. We watched a picture of either local or hotel owners relaxing in a cafe on the territory of the hotel (I won't say, I don't know) and a quarrel began between a young animator who worked at this hotel and these men. I don't know what it was about, but what I saw was shocking. One of these men rushed at the animator and threw a bottle at him, it's good that he didn't hit. After these situations, it was restless to let the teenage children communicate alone on the hotel grounds. I would like to return to this hotel, as the rest was comfortable for us, but because of these situations, we definitely will not return. Further facts: They settled quickly. At the reception, the girls kindly told us everything. The room fully corresponds to the photo. Number: - the website says that cleaning and changing towels 1 time in three days or on demand, we are not demanding and for our 11 days rest we cleaned the room and changed towels and linen once. But there were people who were very unhappy with this. + The garbage was really taken out every day. - And for all 11 days, neither the sink nor the push was washed, which was a bit upsetting. + The room has a large and comfortable bed, a lot of pillows, blankets. The conday worked perfectly. Cafe: + The cafe is great, there were always places, food to choose from, delicious! In the evening, there is homemade wine, good for our taste. But it's better to come to the beginning. + Our child did not always go with us and we were kindly provided with a lunch box to take food to the room. But by the end of our vacation, they hung signs that you can't take food out of the Swedish line. This is normal, since they are not allowed to take it out everywhere. Leisure: + In the future, they are going to put up billiards and open a sauna. + The animator worked with both children and adults, which pleased me! Swimming pool: + The water is chlorinated in the aisles, it was cleaned in the morning, there was enough space for both adults and children. - from the previous day, vacationers left towels, in the evening after the festivities they left bakals and everything related to it, but in the morning and throughout the day all this remained in place, the staff did not always clean it and not immediately. This did not bother us, since we came to the sea. But it bothered vacationers, those who liked to be around the pool in the morning. Sea: + Close, walk for 2 minutes. The hotel brings sun beds to the beach for its vacationers, since the beach is not equipped at all. - But there are no identification marks on the vacationers, and more than once I observed that other people were resting on the sun beds. + We were lucky, the sea was calm and clear. The entrance and the beach are stones, there is sand, but longer from the sea. The stones are flat. We wore sneakers, but many of us had bare feet. This is different for everyone. The depth starts at 3 meters. We love the sandy beach. We rented a car and rode to a nice beach (Captain Black) and sightseeing. Excursions: + The hotel offers a wide selection. They carry them in jeeps, more often with an open top. We didn't use it. We ordered an individual one and took a car.

We were here in July 2021. I liked absolutely everything!!! A warm swimming pool, the sea is a 2-minute walk from the hotel, a closed area, rooms are cleaned every day. Towels were changed every day. They settled us right away. Although we arrived there due to the delay of the plane 6 hours later. In general, the rest for 5 ++ kittens on the territory of the hotel are lovely) fed them. Special thanks to Alkhas, who brightened up our evenings with my mother-in-law. And he allowed me to sit on the beach on a sunbed until late in the evening.

I liked the hotel, we took two rooms, one family and one standard. In fact, the family room turned out to be two rooms combined with each other by a door. The pool is clean, the food is above all praise (in comparison with the Divny and Loremar hotels in Loo. The territory is small but well maintained, clean, cozy. In the evenings there is a bar, music is all in moderation. We will recommend it to everyone who goes to Abkhazia for sure. The only disadvantage is the Internet and it is better to take cash to Abkhazia.
