Probably the best hotel I've ever been to. Right very close to the 5 star hotel. The staff is very helpful and always tries to solve any problem immediately. There is a special Russian girl to whom you can contact with any problem regarding accommodation, everything will be fixed immediately. The hotel is old, it is slowly being renovated, but you can get into the room without repair, everything will be fine and clean, the only furniture is old, not modern, but made of solid wood in the colonial style. But there's something to it, too. We had a two-room suite with a bathroom and a kitchen. The cleaning is excellent, the boy cleaned every day, changed towels and linen. They left him money or a chocolate bar, and he twirled incredible things out of towels. The food at the hotel is simply excellent, for every taste. The products are fresh and of high quality. There were always several types of meat (not soy), fish, and seafood (small crabs, shrimps, mussels) was often served. There is a children's and diet menu. Lots of pastries and cakes. There was always enough room in the dining room, there were no queues for food. With the exception of the morning scrambled eggs, which are fried in front of you on an individual order, and also because there are a lot of Italians in the hotel, there was a queue for spaghetti, as if Italy had run out of pasta. The territory of the hotel is large, very well maintained and green. There are many pools throughout the territory, so there are no problems with sun beds. The water in the pools is clean but cold for me, so I preferred the sea. And the sea in the Charm is awesome. The hotel has a beautiful reef, a short pier, and a long beach. There are always free sun beds. There is a bar and a canteen on the beach, where you can have breakfast and lunch. The animation at the hotel is sluggish, especially the Russian team, the Italians worked more interesting. There are several shops and a pharmacy outside the hotel, a small market nearby, and if you walk for 30 minutes, you can walk to the "old town". The only serious disadvantage of the hotel is Wi-Fi, it is impossible to order it in the room, it is only in the main building (often unstable) and completely dead by the sea by the pool. And so in general, in terms of price and quality, an excellent hotel. I definitely recommend it.

It's a wonderful place. A huge territory. Excellent food. Friendly staff. Entering the sea both from the pontoon and from the shore. A living reef. The main contingent is Italians, a few Poles, and we are Russians. We lived in a chalet near the sea. The room is authentic, we liked it. But there are rooms after renovation, they are in the European style. The perfect combination of price and quality. The chef is a magician. There are constant queues at the beach bar. But the territory is full of locations with drinks and snacks. After dinner, drinks are free only in the lobby bar. The hotel administration monitors the quality of the services provided. A daily replenished minibar with drinks and snacks. Excellent diet table, children's menu, seafood every day, abundance of fruits. Internet, except for the beach, throughout the territory and in the rooms. We were from 11/22 to 12 p.m. For all the time, 2 times we swam in the sea with pleasure-26 degrees of water, the rest of the time a red flag and gusty wind. The water in the pool is for a big fan.There is not much of a promenade nearby, but the hotel offers a shuttle service to Naama Bay in the evenings. Animation for five points, ranging from morning yoga to a dense evening program (foam disco, fire show and live music). And yet, there are hungry mosquitoes everywhere in Charm and there are few places where there are no waves in November, making snorkeling almost impossible

Great hotel. The area is very clean and beautiful. There are many pools. My son and I went to the gym at 7 in the morning and then to the pool, before breakfast it's just healthy. The pools are all clean. There are a lot of sun beds on the beach, there were enough for everyone. The room was cleaned every day. The reef at the hotel is no worse than in the reserve. If they knew, they wouldn't have gone on this tour at all. The food is also good. There was a wide variety of dishes: both baby, and fatty, and steamed. A very diverse selection of dishes. From the recommendations: the hotel is undergoing repairs in several buildings, so immediately tell the reception that you need a room away. And don't forget the coral slippers. We were in from September 24th to 30th, the mango season itself. There are several tents near the hotel, where they were sold for $ 1 per kg. There is an agency "Gena and Cheburashka" near the hotel, where excursions are 2.3 times cheaper than those of a guide

It's a great hotel if you're not a perfectionist.
Rooms
Renovation - bright, spacious, large TV with internet.
But it's cramped for 4x. In Egypt, they give only one additional place.
Changed to a 3-room apartment with 2 bathrooms, on the 1st line overlooking the sea.
Change it through a manager (a man in a white shirt), administrators are of little use.
The surcharge is 25 per night. In Moscow, they asked for 60.
Food.
In general, it's OK. I got a little bit of mackerel in a variety of forms almost every day. But there were other fish, crabs and shrimps several times, but they are given out individually.
The food selection is quite large. Although a perfectionist has a lot to get to.
We didn't go to a la carte. Judging by the menu, it's the same dining room, only in portions.
Staff.
Calm, friendly.
There are 2 Attendants at the reception. They take turns working. They speak Russian well.
Animation.
There is a lot of it, even too much.
We lived near the beach. How the music screamed! It is impossible to sit in a cafe. It just hurts my ears. At least not all day. The animators are Russian-speaking, from Kazakhstan and local. Local professionals, of course.
Beach.
2 small entrances, almost sand, it is possible without coral.

The reef, in my opinion, is dead, there are few fish. But the kids got it, and that's the main thing!

Cleaning.
Lovers of cleanliness should not come here. They just make the bed and change the towels. If you walk across the floor barefoot, it feels the same as on the beach.
We are not picky in this sense and just wore sneakers. But a perfectionist definitely won't like it.
Excursions.
We took ATVs/bugs and a yacht. I really liked it.
Ordered online. Exactly 2 times cheaper than the guide.
Shopping.
Fixed price list in nayama. Souvenirs, gifts, sweets. We bought some nice sneakers nearby. Take dollars, the Egyptians don't like euros. Change some to pounds. Sometimes they are cheaper- taxi, pharmacy .

Absolutely everything was pleasant at the hotel from the first meeting to the farewell departure!!! The reception is staffed by professionals who know their business! Muhammad solved any problems instantly, upon check-in, the whole family was taken directly to the room. I really liked the room, both for its view and size, and the view of the Red Sea! It's a very nice hotel.
There are rooms with renovation, there are rooms without renovation. Family 2-room rooms are still all without renovation. But tolerable.
The air conditioners are running at 3. But when it's +37 outside, then +27 in the room seems cool)
The territory is not bad, there is a place to walk. You can get to the city (market in the evening) by free minibus, make an appointment for it in advance at the reception.
There are enough pools. There are water slides, they work according to the schedule.
I liked the beach. You can go down there either by stairs or by an incline, the elevator does not work.
There is a small entrance to the paddling pool, where children can flounder. The entrance to the sea is by a pontoon. It's a very interesting reef. We saw all the coral fish: sergeants, triggerfish, mask fish, clowns, etc. We saw a huge moray eel and a huge Napoleon once. We saw stingrays. There are few hedgehogs. There are many Tridafnas.
Food: the breakfasts, lunches, and dinners are good. Worse than Jazz, but still decent. The fruits are good: watermelons, melons, peaches, oranges, grapes. The dinners had themed days (Arabic, Italian, etc.). Meat: chicken, beef, mutton. Fish: mostly white, either grilled or battered. Sometimes there were crabs, there was enough for everyone, but these are not Kamchatka crabs))) these are small crabs where there is little meat)
There were vegetables. Personally, I didn't have enough greenery.
Alcohol: beer, white wine, red, and white diluted with red - it turns pink))))
Animation: children's discos, darts. Children's animation is a bit weak.
Audience: Italians (they come in different forms too, they were calm here), Russians, Kazakhs and Ukrainians. We haven't seen any conflict or aggression.

The hotel is good. They clean it every day. There are a lot of sun beds. The sea is magnificent, the rescuers are very friendly. The dishes are delicious. Nice hotel. We liked almost everything. Rooms are cleaned every day, cleaned well, water, juices and chocolate are left in the mini bar every day. The territory is well maintained. In general, we were satisfied with the rest with the children. The sea is beautiful, the reef is alive, there is a call from the shore for children (shallow). The food is fine, not homemade, but it was delicious to me, of course, specific. There was animation, but we didn't participate, it's too hot in summer for that. The service is average, but they try. The territory is not small, you can walk a little in the evening. The cleaning is average, the floors were washed, towels were changed every day, but the bed linen was never changed in 7 days. It was frustrating. There are several pools. If the elevator does not work at sea, I recommend families with a stroller to walk along the road without stairs to the right of the reception, if you look from the reception to the sea.

I was at the hotel in October with my family.
Pros: 6 pools, there are two aqua slides, attentive rescuers (they look very carefully and react without hesitation at the slightest danger), tasty and varied food, daily room cleaning, there is a reef.
Minuses: an old hotel, half of the room stock of the 2000s, animation, evening programs are very weak, no one really speaks Russian at the reception.
General summary of the hotel I can say this, on the first day I arrived there I was completely disappointed by what I saw, everything is old, even in the general lobby there is an old almost torn sofa, everything in the room is also very old and not updated, drinks are poured into some already worn plastic glasses, beer on tap is the cheapest if you want to do better, please pay $ 4 for 0.5. at the pool bar, I met several times how the bartender almost shouted that they approach him too often and the whole hotel is downhill, first you go to the sea on the descent, and back downhill, and quite steep.
But somewhere on the fourth day, you don't pay attention to it at all. First of all, the hotel has some kind of warm atmosphere and the staff is mostly very responsive and friendly, I have been to more expensive hotels and have not seen this.
They cook very tasty, there is always a choice, I read comments that someone didn't like, well, I don't know where the food is better. The hotel is essentially a family hotel, mainly families with children, elderly couples.
Advice for those traveling with children, keep in mind that it will be problematic to swim in the sea with children, since you can swim normally only from the pier, and near the beach there are knee-deep and huge boulders in the water and swimming is traumatic. The reef near the hotel is beautiful, but there is very little space for swimming, no one will give you to swim behind the buoys.
Summary, if you are going on vacation and do not cling to repairs and details, then the normal option is for its price.

The hotel is great! The attitude of the staff is at a high level. But with all the good things, there are also disadvantages. I had a rest in February 2024
The reception staff is quite friendly, if possible, they will exchange dollar bills for a face value of less than one percent, which is very convenient. We checked in quickly enough, they drove us to the room with a suitcase on a typewriter, which was very useful after a long flight.
The room was given a brand new one, near the pool, near the main building, with a smart TV and cool, clean furniture. Thanks a lot for that. Speaking of gratitude, the vast majority of tourists in the hotel are Italians and Europeans, there are also a lot of Russians, but this time we are in a minority)
This has its own advantage, in addition to the opportunity to communicate with people from other countries, the staff is not used to tips, and for a modest fee they will make you an animal or a heart out of a towel.
As I said, the room was new and clean, the door opens and closes with a key card, but for convenience, there are also familiar physical locks inside the room that can only be opened from the outside, which will greatly please people who are especially worried about their own safety.
The entire territory of the hotel is very clean and well-groomed, there are even different garbage cans throughout the territory for sorting garbage, which looks funny, given the flavor of Egypt as a whole)
Egyptian herons are walking on the territory, very cute and harmless animals, which, however, like crows, can attack your lunch if you leave it unattended, they can safely walk on the tables of visitors, a meter from the people shown in the photo.
Continuing the topic of some unsanitary conditions, I do not advise eating from metal containers outside the hotel, in which French fries, pasta, etc. are usually cooked in between main meals, since crows are also not averse to eating such food, right from these huge dishes)
Regarding meals, you can eat both in the cafe by the beach and in the restaurant located in the main building. In addition to breakfast, lunch and dinner, there is also a brunch, chefs sometimes cook burgers or French fries / pasta/ pancakes/ pizza on the street (at a restaurant near the beach), but as I said before, metal dishes may not be the best idea, instead you can use what they are cooked in a frying pan and immediately put on plates for visitors, so it is tastier and safer.
The food is generally quite tasty, the buffet has an abundance of vegetables and fruits, as well as a decent selection of side dishes, different types of meat and seafood. The desserts surprisingly turned out to be quite tasty, although monotonous. Soups and porridges are also very pleasant, alcohol is also present, but I did not taste it. For lovers of alcohol or refreshing drinks, there are a couple of bar counters on site (at the elevator to the beach and by the pool) where you can drink freshly squeezed juice (cost one dollar), or soda or alcohol (free of charge). Seafood (crab, squid, fish, lobster) can be prepared on request at the cafe near the beach.
There are also two ala-carte restaurants on the territory of the hotel, one Italian, the other Egyptian. You can go to each one for free once. They cook tastier than on the buffet, and more harmoniously, dishes can be chosen, the service in the Italian restaurant was not very good, why did they absolutely not want to change my napkins before I asked, and for dessert, when the cutlery ran out, they said that dessert should be eaten with your hands) this is certainly not how in Italian restaurants, but it was funny and did not negatively affect me in any way
Now about the beach, the beach is clean, it's not a problem to find free sun beds, but not in the first row of course) there are also a lot of umbrellas on the beach, so it's not necessary to burn in the sun. From the beach itself, it is unlikely to go completely into the sea, due to the large number of reefs. However, after walking 20-25 meters along the bridge, it will be possible to enter the sea by steps or jump from the bridge (the height is about 4 meters, 8-10 meters to the bottom, it is unlikely to hit the corals). The swimming area is not large at all, it is fenced with buoys. There is always a lifeguard on the bridge.
The water is clear, clean, warm, diving and swimming are a pleasure! The only thing that can spoil comfort is the fear of sharks. They really are in Egypt, there are more of them than in other countries, but it is in Sharm El-Sheikh that it is safe enough, especially if you do not swim behind the buoys (before the trip, I read about shark attacks in Egypt. They have been in this city for a very long time and not as often as in the same Hurghada). I forgot to mention that the beach is made of sand.
The entertainment program is rich and active. It includes exercises, yoga, Pilates, ball games. In the evening, karaoke, dancing, animation, I heard that sometimes they go to the club from the hotel, but I did not get there myself due to the fact that I was in Naami Bay, where free micro-buses run from the hotel every evening, at about 20:00. They give you time to take a walk, buy something, and then they take you back to the place where you were dropped off. The transport is new and comfortable, there are enough places.
The staff is very friendly and responsible, everyone understands Russian even better than English, the receptionist is a girl from Russia and is always ready to help solve the issue, the yoga coaches are wonderful girls from the CIS, very positive and know their job perfectly.
Of the obvious disadvantages of the hotel, it is worth noting that the towels are quite dirty, the kettle in the room was also dirty for some reason. Also, the room is cleaned every day, they put only one bottle of water for one and a half liters, 2 for 0.75 or a liter, this is normal for one person, but the conditions are the same for two, and this is clearly not enough, considering that even brushing your teeth with tap water in Egypt is not recommended) However, it is worth noting that water in this country is very cheap and buying it is not such a big problem.
In general, that's all of the pros and cons.
I really liked the hotel! Perhaps I will visit him if next time I decide to relax in Egypt!

The hotel is not bad, but not for the top five. A maximum of four. And for those who don't like it, they just put 1 and that's it. The food doesn't seem to be bad either. I really liked our room after renovation. The territory is very beautiful, everything is in greenery, flowers, in principle, the territory is very clean, everything is properly monitored. By food … there was enough food , there were shrimps and sushi to choose from , strawberries were given, but anyone who was in Egypt understands that the bland food there is different from ours , so to speak . There were no questions about food . The staff ...,, this is generally a separate topic. I have never met such friendly, kind, smiling and sweet people anywhere!!! Special thanks to them!!!!!! Animation..... weak for us personally, we were already in Egypt and there was something to compare it with. I really liked it and if I were to fly again, I would definitely choose this hotel again. I've watched a lot of videos from bloggers and hotels until I chose this one, and I'll say that I'm satisfied. Yes, I forgot to write about the beach. There is animation, exercise in the morning, dancing, darts, in the evening for children. We were put in an old room stock, it's sad. The room is large, cleaning every day, but old, everything is worn, the textiles are clean (bed linen and towels), and the curtains are not the first freshness. The beach is on the reef, it's clear, not everyone can swim from the pier. The beach is from the coastline with sun beds, you can go knee-deep into the sea, only in corals.
The old town is nearby, you can walk, walk, visit fish restaurants.

I've been to Egypt 7 times, there's something to compare it with, I've been to different hotels. I am currently in this hotel, and on the second day I got food poisoning. Room(two-room chalet) it's just terrible... I went to the reception and asked for a replacement with an additional fee, but they refused. The toilet is leaking, there is dust and dirt in every corner, all the furniture is old, dusty, dirty, it's even scary to go into the shower without slippers! The child crumbled cookies, after cleaning the cookies turned out to be under the table, the garbage bags do not change, garbage is taken out from there, the package remains🤭 The children have nowhere to swim, the husband also cannot swim, they are not allowed, the waves.... Although everyone swims well in the neighboring hotel. In the dining room, the dishes are dirty and the plates and glasses and the appliances.... In general, of course, the rating is high, it is not clear why.... There are a lot of questions. We arrived in a big company, so I try to close my eyes.... It is clear that part of the hotel is being renovated, I hope someday everything will be put in order.

We had a family vacation in this hotel in January
On the 5th day of the stay, a theft occurred from the safe, $300 was stolen.
On that day, the safe stopped opening, when the hotel specialist came and opened the safe, 300 dollars were missing when recalculating the money. The hotel administration accused us that we first claimed that $300 was missing, then $400. There was no such thing at all, we always claimed that $300 was missing. We asked them to come to us and find out everything in detail again. But, unfortunately, no one approached us for the next 4 days. The administration also claimed that when watching the cameras, none of the outsiders entered our room. Although there are no cameras at all in the place where we lived, the same thing is confirmed and confirmed by the service staff.
To our great disappointment, the hotel administration and the representative of the Fun Sun travel agency did not provide any assistance to tourists who were in trouble in a foreign country!
The staff themselves are friendly. The food is generally good. The beach is small, the bottom is rocky, it can be traumatic, especially for children. With kids, this beach is not really suitable.
There is also an entrance to the sea from a pontoon.
The room is clean, cleaned every morning, but not in our presence.
We do not recommend the hotel, as the tourist is left alone with all the problems.
The behavior of the hotel administration is unacceptable, especially for a 5* hotel!!!

We visited on January 25th. It is considered the coldest month. The weather is great, the water is comfortable for swimming 23-25 g. The wind happens, but not strong. Animation for Italians. The hotel is calm, not noisy, for a relaxing holiday with children.
On a side note*
People who write were poisoned and so on, as a rule, are poisoned because of the water that flows in the room. She does NOT need to brush her teeth and rinse her mouth (you can always ask for bottled water from the cleaning service, they do not refuse to take as much as you need), plus, public glasses, like everywhere else, are poorly washed, especially in the beach bar and pools, because they do not undergo steam treatment, unlike plates and appliances. Therefore, drink from disposable ones, they are there in every bar. You can bring a fitness glass with you, and they'll pour you a drink or make you a cocktail.
It is very difficult to get poisoned from the food served at the hotel.
People, don't mislead other tourists with poisoning and turn on your brains..

While the unpleasant young man was making out at the reception, he kept babbling about what he could give the best room (hinting at money) and not a word about where to drink, have a snack from the road.
There is no lobby bar. There is something like a lobby on the floor above the reception - a dark room, without music, with a TV and a sports channel in Arabic.
There are constant queues in the dining room, they do not have time to clean up the tables, guests sit down at tables with crumbs. The choice is normal. But the serving and the atmosphere in the dining room spoil the overall impression.
The animation is so-so, for children and guests 45+. Where it is held in the evening, after dinner, the bar does not work - this is the first time we see this.
The territory is large, cascading - for active people)) once again, walking from the beach to the room will make you think a few times.
The beach is also cascading, with sun beds on different levels. There is a constant crowd on the pier, you can not jump from it (the lifeguard does not allow), the area where you can swim, fenced with buoys, is small.
In general, they save on everything. For the same price, believe me, you can take a more interesting hotel.

we had a family vacation in October. we liked it. A large territory, many pools, bars, a large restaurant area. BY numbers, there is a new fund, there is an old one. We were given a large room in the old foundation upon check-in. Yes, I was tired, but we liked it. Clean, cleaned well. Meals for 5+. tk the main tourists are from Italy, there is always pasta and pizza for lunch and dinner. They indulged in seafood every evening. Of the minuses, this is the beach, it is small, often all the sun beds are occupied. There is a pantone at a depth, but sometimes there is a strong current, it is forbidden to swim. But there are a lot of lifeguards, at every pool and on the beach. This is a huge plus. The animation is interesting, but monotonous for children. In general, I recommend it!

We were in August 2023. Very nice hotel. The first coastline, a green well-groomed territory, which is very carefully monitored. On the territory there is a good beach for kids, a panton, from which you can go down and do snokling. A very beautiful private reef. The territory also has its own diving center, where you can go down and dive with a professional instructor for an adequate price.
The service is very good, the food is varied, there is something new every day, and on weekends themed dinners (sweets, seafood, etc.)
When booking, they took a one-room room, but when checking in they offered to wait a little to get a better room. And this expectation was not in vain, we got a beautiful three-room family room with two bathrooms and a private terrace without a single surcharge.
In general, the impressions of this hotel are just wow. Especially for families with children, as there is good animation.

We stayed at the hotel from August 11 to 18 . We read the reviews, it's a pity that after buying the tour.. In general, the reviews are good, but there are also negative ones, we thought that OK, we will arrive on the spot it will already be clear. I liked it : the territory . Big, green, beautiful. The sea is super, the first time in Egypt, so I really liked the sea. That's it! From what I didn't like: The room was given a new one, actually it was booked, but in the shower after washing it is constantly wet like in a swamp and the smell is unpleasant..They left 2 bucks for the cleaner, and the norm was cleaned. At the reception , they were not friendly , I did not want to come up once again . In the evening, the longing is green, the bars close at 17:30 and there is only the lobby, but there is nothing to do there, just to sit on the Internet. If you want to have a good rest, go to a paid bar , which we did , there is simply no other option to have fun in the evening.Well, the finish line of all this is FOOD! This is of course trash, the fact that it is meager is okay, we have already understood this in the reviews, so it is. The most important thing is that we picked up an intestinal infection there, it's good that before leaving and not on the first day, because then the rest would be spoiled and it would be dangerous to eat there..and for the third day at home, there is no way to get rid of it … In general, we will not return to this hotel for sure!

It should be noted that Amforas is a chain of hotels located quite close to each other. We are vacationing at the Amphora Blue Hotel in Sharma, in February. I put two stars only because there is no smooth entrance to the sea on the beach. For those who like to dive with a mask, this is a suitable place, because there is a pier. But if, like me, you like to enter the sea gradually, then this hotel does not have such an opportunity. It is not possible for young children to splash in the sea, stones.
I.e., either from the pier to dive or crawl over rocks into the shallow rocky water edge, where they can only walk ankle-deep.
For me, the lack of a normal beach is a big minus. And yet, there are pools at the hotel, one is small, you can swim there, and the second is large, but icy and only extreme athletes, of whom there are very few, can swim there for a couple of minutes and pop out))
The rest of the hotel is normal, lots of food, evening shows, food on the beach, ice cream, tennis, volleyball on the beach, zumba, gym - it's good.
Choose what is more important to you.
I would not like to go to this hotel again, because the beach with a comfortable entrance to the water is a priority, and this hotel does not have it.

The hotel guide is a boor and a blackmailer (his name is hisham Mohamed zaki) – I recommend not meeting him at all, his prices are 2 times higher than on well-known tour sites
The room is quite tired, all the family rooms have not been renovated since 2015
There are mosquitoes in the room, even special treatment and fumigators, which worked around the clock, did not help
The Christmas Gala Dinner for $75 per person is complete nonsense and a waste of money

A large selection and very tasty. I liked the beach - the landscape designer worked. The beach is long, there are a lot of sun beds, good umbrellas. The animators are trying their best. There are several pools with bars. We went to an Italian restaurant - so-so, no. There are a lot of staff. Everyone is trying. In general, our large company was very satisfied.

We were alone with my wife at Amphoras Beach in the period from 04/14/2024 - 04/22/2024.
Overall, the hotel made a positive impression.
But, five stars is a very big stretch.
The hotel was opened in 2001 and as it wears out and ages, it feels and looks like its full twenty-three years.
The fatigue of the hotel is noticeable from the central building, where the reception desk is located. You will see peeling ceilings, partially unlit lamps on chandeliers and old guest furniture.
The staff at the guest desk is friendly, helpful and knows Russian.
The menu in the dining room and beach cafes is mostly monotonous - beef, chicken, boiled fish. No frills were observed. But at the same time everything is very sound and tasty
In the central dining room, when changing the serving, the contents of the table are swept away by the servitors directly onto the chairs. Therefore, I strongly advise tourists who are especially dressed up for dinner to pay special attention to this, because elegant clothes can easily be stained in the most visible place.
As for alcohol, I want to warn you that its assortment is completely disgusting. The most acceptable drink, which can be given a solid rating of three, is beer and wine, but wine is probably three with three cons. Everything else has the abominable taste mentioned, which can be traced even in cocktails. I would like to note that the cocktails are of extremely low quality.
Therefore, I advise fans of anti-crustin to take the appropriate contents with them in suitcases or in Duty Free. But in the latter case, it is much more expensive than buying, for example, in Red and white. The best of the worst is bendy and rum. My wife asked for rose wine and, what do you think - an Arab on tap mixed red and white wine in one glass. In general, this is how rose wine turned out.
The rooms are tired, as is the hotel itself - everything is worn and old. There are small bags of juice, cookies and water in the refrigerated minibar. But there is a working safe.
If you did not leave a dollar on the bed, then your key card magically does not work and you do not get to your room. In my case, it happened three times. I had a big fight at the administrative desk. Neighbors also complained about this feature of the hotel guest house. There was no sun curtain in my room and the sunrise over the sea woke me up very early, but after complaining about the same rack, the curtain was promptly hung up.
The hotel itself has an Italian bias, the animation is tailored to Italians, of whom the vast majority of the hotel's guests.
As a disadvantage, I want to note the presence of an extremely meager sports equipment in the animation - one stripped volleyball ball and one ping-pong table without a net!
The sea is beautiful. But even here there is a catch - an area with two basketball courts is fenced off with buoys for swimming in it. Often, when forty to fifty swimmers and divers from the diving center gather there, it becomes crowded in the sea. Such restrictions are related to safety from shark exposure. Therefore, if you want to swim behind the buoys, the lifeguard's whistle will sound on the pier. Rescuers also arrange a show of imitation of an underwater current. They cheerfully show the swimmers the mysterious fluctuations of the buoy and close the pier! This usually happens closer to 17:00h.
There are also surprisingly many mosquitoes and other bloodsuckers in the hotel. After dark, they are provided for you in the room. They will also bite in street evening bars. Therefore, I strongly advise you to take an insect fumigator and insect repellent with you. The latter will help in evening bars.
There are several shops located across the street from the territory. If you go out to the main road, you will find a dozen more shops. It's about seven minutes to walk to them. You can only get to Sharm el Sheikh by taxi. It will cost you three dollars one way.
Otherwise, it's not bad.

We arrived at 7 a.m., but we received the room at exactly 14, although the Italians who arrived later were settled without expectations. Breakfast is not allowed on the morning of arrival according to the rules of the hotel. We didn't cry, went out and ate, no one stopped us. We lived in room 4139 (standard after renovation). We liked the room, clean and large, 2 large beds, a daybed, 2 bedside tables, a smart TV, a table and an armchair. The balcony is large and comfortable, a table and 2 chairs, there is a clothes dryer. The bathroom is large: 2 sinks, a shower room, shampoos, balms, gels and cream. There is soap. There are no toothbrushes, slippers or bathrobes. There is a large closet and a safe in the hallway. The room has an electric kettle and tea bags, sugar, coffee and cream. The room was cleaned every day: the floor was washed so-so (the feet were always dirty), the bed was clean, the towel was changed. Everything is white and clean. The mattresses and pillows are comfortable.
The territory is very well maintained and beautiful. There are several pools, only my son swam, he liked it. There are water slides.
The beach and the sea are great. The pantone is not long and comfortable, the steps are wide. There are usually 2 or 3 rescuers on pantone, they keep a good eye on people.
Restaurant: food is like food, there is something to eat, without frills. Beef, chicken, turkey, fish, vegetables of all kinds, good soups, cakes of the same type, tea, coffee from vending machines, Fanta, Cola, etc.

When we went down to the main restaurant, we saw a much better seafood dinner, but we were already full.
In general, we liked the rest, and the hotel is very quiet after 22 00 and calm, the staff is helpful, I did not observe rudeness at all. Many people write about carts in the restaurant at the cleaners, but it's more convenient for them to clean because of the large number of people and they don't stand around you for a long time, they work quickly. The waiters with forks and napkins were very attentive, no one threw forks at us on the table, but on the contrary they helped us find a table, everything was fast. Everything is fine with the staff, just a large flow of guests and they don't have time for something, but we didn't look at it, we had nowhere to hurry. There is one guy working at the reception, he knows Russian, the rest of the guys are new. Everyone is polite, I liked them. But! Leaving the room, we were presented with a bill for a ruined table, which we did not use at all, because we simply did not need it. I didn't sign any papers and asked to open the room to see, they didn't open it for me. I explained without swearing that we just didn't use this table and didn't see any chips. I can't say anything about the honesty of the staff here. Either they showed me a photo of a table not from our room, or the table was already damaged before us and stood with its worn side against the wall, or I'm still thinking about the cleaner, because I read reviews before the trip and there was a girl's review of a broken door handle, and our neighbor's number is written. In general, the checking man was running around somewhere, and Anna and I together convinced him that I was not spoiling anything. Then, after running around, he came up and said that they would paint over the table and he believes me that I did not spoil it. This is for me a sediment from rest. And Anna told me that it's better to inspect everything and take video, if anything, there will be evidence. But I can't imagine walking into a room, moving furniture and taking notes on everything. I have never encountered this anywhere, although I have been to many places. There are shops nearby, go to the pharmacy farthest on the corner, prices for medicines are on the Internet and on boxes, right under the expiration date, prices are all the same everywhere, BECAUSE medicines in Egypt are state-owned. The hotel has a free bus to one of the districts by appointment. Yes, we went from Sunmar and the hotel guide from them is a strong boor. I do not communicate with individual guides at all, BECAUSE their prices for excursions are crazy and they can lie that medical insurance is valid only for their excursions.
