For the first time we were on a beach holiday in general and in Egypt in particular.
- The biggest disadvantage of the hotel is the food. There is an assortment of dishes to choose from. But the cooking quality is worse than I've ever tried. (I usually eat at budget cafes or at home, not restaurant requests) Of all the presented items, you could only eat rice, spaghetti, 1-2 salads and sweets. More pizza on the beach and pancakes. I tried everything else once and put it aside. An ordinary mashed potato with lumps, not baked to the end. The fish is disgusting.
a good hotel that gave us a lot of new emotions and impressions! the biggest plus is the beach. gorgeous sea, beautiful fish, colorful corals! good entertainment program (it won't be boring here) the nicest animators and good staff!🩷
It's still good, but it's a little worse every time.
It was my favorite hotel. For food, for safety, for being super customer-oriented.
This year, the most annoying thing is that my fins and mask were stolen on the beach. Moreover, I had already spent a lot of money at that time, almost the last ones went to replace it ...
The price has grown very much and it seems to continue to grow.
The beds are gorgeous, the linen is decent.
What broke off in the shower was that there was no glass, but a curtain, but a new one, especially for me.
The cleaning is average, but for Egypt it is better than all the others.
This vacation I was in two hotels and the water in this one seemed to me more drying the skin than in the other, as if chlorinated.
But cool body lotions.
The water slides are working properly, but the people on them this year were less attentive than in the past. Because of this, children are bullying upstairs, and people are walking under the slides and a collision is possible because the watching employee has moved away or stuck in the phone.
The reception staff speaks English well. Cleaners are also acceptable, after the pandemic in a lot of hotels this is a big problem.
The hotel has its own beach, which is not bothered. Even sellers have the right to offer only unobtrusively....
But the price increase worries me, as does the change of guests: from the British and Italians to our wild ones.
There is pandemonium in the dining room. Although the choice of food is still not a shame.
I still appreciate the opportunity to go to this hotel, but I will look at others now.
