I applied to this agency to take a photo for a driver's license. They made terrible quality (darkened photo) and the wrong size. I will not go into the details of my communication with them, I will only say that I visited them 4 times, the communication was in the format of "The fool himself". As a result, I spent time and money, BUT not only did I get normal photos for the document, I also got negative emotions. In short, they do not know how to work at ALL and do not want to!
