Great hotel:
- staff: everyone is very nice and helpful;
- very quiet, which is important!
- comfortable beds and pillows
- nice pool
- excellent breakfasts, and in general the food in the restaurant, at 16:00 free tea with sweets 😊
Other:
- there is a safe
- there is a spa for a fee
- there is a small gym (there is a treadmill, which I used)
- 7 minutes walk to the sea (but keep in mind that this is Kuta, there is not much swimming here)
In general, I recommend it!

We've traveled a lot of places, but this is the best! We will definitely come back.

A luxury hotel with villas for relatively little money 15t.r for a room with a swimming pool. They couldn't get in for a long time, they were constantly fully occupied, they eventually came for one day and didn't let them spill, there are no places. It is in great demand. No wonder, there is a really great place here, perfectly manicured territory, small rooms with huge bathrooms. There are rice fields around, it looks beautiful. Right there, the restaurant is so good that you definitely won't want to go anywhere for dinner. There are a lot of roosters in these fields and in the morning they scream furiously, and stupid birds interfere with sleep. It's not very good that our neighbors were somewhat noisy, well, or there is practically no sound insulation from the neighboring rooms. Interestingly, you almost never meet people about full settlement, only during dinners in a restaurant. There is parking and Wi-Fi throughout the territory, European sockets in the rooms. The staff is at the highest level.

Excellent staff. Clear. Comfortably. Delicious breakfasts and a wonderful swimming pool. The location is quite pleasant. There are many good restaurants nearby. It's nice to walk in the evening

Great hotel. The rooms are not small, comfortable, clean.The staff at the hotel is on a high level, always pleasant, will help and prompt.
The prices in the hotel restaurant are high and overpriced. It is better to order breakfast immediately, when booking a room, it will be cheaper than on the spot. Separately about breakfast: not a buffet, a la carte order - very high quality, super!
There is parking for mopeds and cars.

Nice hotel in Kuta!! New rooms, large comfortable bed, service. The only thing is that you can sunbathe by the pool at certain hours in the morning and in the afternoon in the hottest weather, because the evening sun at the pool is blocked by the building.
