I visited Amirsoy Mountain Resort in February 2024 and had a wonderful time. The resort is located in the beautiful Western Tian Shan, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and offers a variety of winter and summer activities for all ages and skill levels. The ski slopes are well-maintained and have modern lifts and snow machines. The chalets are cozy and comfortable, and the restaurants serve delicious food. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the service is excellent. I highly recommend Amirsoy Mountain Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun getaway in Uzbekistan
I just called to book a room at Amirsoy Mountains Hill Hotel. 1) they don’t have Uzbek speaking personnel - disappointing 2) they are not flexible with customers - children are not allowed in hotel room. Booking another resort
Good slopes, great cable car, good rental point, is there a place to eat, but just a huge crowd at the weekend, and most of visitors are tourists, who just occupy the cable 🚠 car, so you can spend time in a queue more than on the slopes.

Probably the worst ski resort in Central Asia.
Despite being quite new, they are so badly organised that every time you go you don't want to go back, unfortunately they are currently a monopoly, since it's the only ski resort near Tashkent.
Prices are very high for the services they offer.
The ski lifts very often stops for long time without warning.
Get ready to queue a lot, their staff is very slow and the tills or at the ski rental, not mentioning the fact that they are very unpleasant.
Avoid weekends, they are so many people going there just for a walk that almost completely block the ski lift, so if you go there to ski it's a nighmare.
If you are lucky, the tracks could be good, but this happens once a week in general,
Avoid it if you can.
Don't go there on weekend it's crouded heavily! Prices are bit more expensive for the experience you get, queues are not controlled no proper navigation!
It's a great place. We came from Tashkent just for a walk. Stunning views, mountains, air. The base offers various activities for both children and adults. It's not cheap, but it's worth it. It can be seen that the base is new and has a huge potential for development. The only thing is that the cost of an outdoor pool in my opinion is greatly overestimated - 400 thousand soums per person, for a family of three it is equivalent to the cost of a monthly subscription, I would recommend the administration to reconsider the pricing policy for this facility. It would be interesting to visit this location in winter.
We love mountains and nature, it's nice to get up in the cool and see the world from a bird's eye view. A beautiful place, different mountains are beautiful in their own way.
Prices depend on the day of the week, we were on Friday morning, for a family of 2 adults and a child under 12 years old - 450 thousand.sum is cheaper than in Sochi or Medeo.
There is a lot of construction, it is clear that the place is developing, I want a little more sites for viewing at the middle station, while there is nothing to see on it, just a transfer point for a transfer even higher.
For nature lovers, yes it's worth a visit!
We had a family vacation with friends in August. It was very expensive, they took a two-storey cottage. There is a swimming pool on site, but the water is very cold and not very clean, the pool is outdoors. The breakfasts are good, included. For dinner, it is paid and not every day you can pay for a buffet or order a la carte. The buffet is much more profitable than ordering from the menu, and the menu is very long to wait and very expensive. Prices do not differ from expensive Moscow restaurants, but this is not Moscow. From entertainment, there is a cable car, I really liked it, there is a rope town, there is ATV riding. I really liked the rope town and quad biking. However, you have to be prepared that after skiing you arrive all covered in dust and even eyebrows with eyelashes with a touch of dust, but very happy, you are accompanied by a guide on the trip. It's a real thrill. On the downside, you need to be prepared for an invasion of grasshoppers. There are not just a lot of them, but a lot. You walk along the road and a grasshopper jumps every step, they fly into the cottage and you catch them half the night. The cottages provide cosmetics from Loxitan, toothpastes with brushes. The bed and towels are snow-white and of good quality. The bed is soft and comfortable with fluffy pillows. But the price is biting. It cost us 18 million soums to rent a two-storey cottage for 2 nights. For a change, you can relax here 1 time, no more. The children all got sick with rotovirus in turn, and then the adults.
An excellent international resort. Large parking (free of charge). Gas stations for electric vehicles. The cable car impresses with its duration. Cabins for up to 10 people, you can safely carry skis and snowboards. We were in the off-season, we will definitely visit in the winter season. There are many different types of trails to drive. The food in the upper cafe is delicious, especially with a memorable view.
An interesting place, it's worth climbing if you come to Amirsoy. And the funicular is much (at times) cheaper than our Elbrus and Rosa Khutor. However, the comparison is probably not very correct, at least because of the disparity of heights and facilities. Here on the top floor there is an insanely expensive cafe (in my opinion, 2200 is called), positioning itself as a restaurant where tea from a bag at 6-7 (!!!) It is several times more expensive than natural in Tashkent and costs 20,000 soums. And immediately get 20% for the service. Like, we took the bag out of the package, threw it into a glass teapot and poured boiling water, for this you will be charged 4,000 soums (in the capital, LEAF tea itself costs 3,000).
A great place to relax with your family both in summer and winter, especially those who know how to ski
The service is at the highest level, the cottages are clean, the rooms are cleaned every day
The breakfast is varied and very tasty
There is a spa and sauna hammam
And the air is fresh and clean
Inside the recreation area there are passenger cars milking the staff of vacationers
A great place to relax with family and friends
We came with friends, had dinner, saw the mountains, a beautiful place. We ordered a large table of food, in honor of this they brought us some "compliments", I was pleasantly surprised by the presence of hookahs, ordered a couple, but perhaps the hookah man, due to the lack of customers, almost forgot how to score correctly, as a result they asked to redo, redone the hookah, and as an apology they brought another one, on a fruit bowl) there was no pressure I have, but it's a pity that there was no strong tobacco. In general, the place is beautiful, picturesque, the food in the restaurant is delicious, they did not ski, because they arrived, ate, and it was already getting dark there. One minus - in the evening the road was covered with fog, we drove out very carefully (not particularly noticeable in the video)
A great place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city and the summer heat of Tashkent, comfortable hotel rooms, polite and unobtrusive staff...there are also activities for families with children, unforgettable views of the mountain scenery, a comfortable heated swimming pool
Amirsoy is a place where you can come to enjoy the beauty, clean air and impressions. I came here in summer and autumn, I haven't been to the ski season, I can't say anything myself, but they say there are a lot of trails for any level of training. In summer, you can escape from the Tashkent heat, rent a house or check into a hotel. In autumn, I came on a small hiking trip, we climbed to a height of 3300m. There are a lot of impressions. Beauty is everywhere.
And of course I recommend the restaurant Sazanchik. And the cuisine is varied, everything is delicious, and the bar has a good choice, after descending, warming up with a yegermaster is the best thing. The service is excellent, they will tell you about the features of the dishes, the recipe.
And most importantly, of course, the attitude. Amirsoy will help you cope with the blues, gain strength, and replenish your phone's gallery with beautiful photos.

The rest in Amirsoy left an unforgettable impression.

A comfortable stay
Beautiful landscapes

Nice prices
It's just an amazing place to visit with your family, friends, and colleagues. There is everything delicious food, attractions, very beautiful landscapes, a rope, a rope town, you can even practice archery, as well as rock climbing.
An incredibly beautiful place to spend a weekend with your family. There are several cable car trails, including for ski slopes. We took the climb to the highest point - 2290 m, the price is only 130 thousand soums. There are several restaurants and cafes on site. In sunny weather, the spirit is simply breathtaking - such a small Switzerland in Uzbekistan
The ski resort is not bad, the views are gorgeous, there is a place for both experienced and novice winter sports enthusiasts to ride. I want to mention the people from the rental: good guys, they often met us halfway on our issues. However, the queues at the box office are simply catastrophic, and their NON-compliance infuriates even more… But about everything in order.
Toilets leave much to be desired (In general, there are very few toilets in the entire recreation center, there are few toilets and few cabins, there were long queues everywhere. There are only two lifts, what can we say about them? Unless such a large number of pedestrian tourists is annoying, at certain times of the day there are simply an unthinkable number of them and it's hard to get on the lift, because there are just a bunch of aunts and grandmothers who want to ride the cable car (
Regarding skiing: in the early days it was not so noticeable, but when the snow fell, it became obvious that the tracks were being cleaned badly. Of all the regions where we have been, this is the first time I have come across this: really, after a snowfall, you drive like on a virgin highway (There is of course a choice of trails, but it seems meager, there are only 12-13 trails.
Food. The cafe where to have lunch is only at the very bottom and at the very top (two! cafe) this is very little, especially considering that the rest at the top serves food at simply abnormal prices. Also, the margin in the bill was outraged: 20% for service!!! It's almost everywhere on the base! And the service almost everywhere, to put it mildly, does not pull by 20% ... Yes, they will be polite to you, they will smile at you, but they will slow down, forget that you asked, they can bring one coffee instead of one, and so on small things everywhere are stupid. What I mean is: a 20 percent mark-up for service, and with considerable prices, it's just rudeness and arrogance!
A modern ski resort in Uzbekistan, not far from Tashkent.
Well-equipped trails. There are both for beginners and for more experienced ones. There is an on-site equipment rental and instructor services. So far, there is not enough housing stock in the resort (there are only quite expensive chalets), but in the near future 2a buildings of the hotel complex will be commissioned. Also, there are still not enough street food courts and small coffee shops on the tracks and a party atmosphere (there is no music, and there are no musical events).
Great place! You won't regret it! Super! You can eat delicious food, nice service, service. Equipment rental, horse riding, lifting for skiers, snowboarders and just for inflatable balloons. The only disadvantage is that parking at the top costs 200 thousand soums. And at the bottom it's free. But the distance is about 600 meters. If you go up on the cable car, you will be charged 55 thousand for each person. Therefore, count, count, save! But the place is super! The main thing is that the air is very clean! Have a good rest, dear ones!Have a nice time!
A good mountain ski resort to visit is not far from the capital. There are fan coolers installed, thanks to which you can climb the mountains to the top from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the mountains. You can also have a snack at the very top. There are also cozy cabins on the territory of the resort that can be booked. There are various kinds of entertainment, such as riding cheesecakes, snowmobiles, ATVs
We lived in 112 deluxe chalets, we were surprised that everything was so thought out to the smallest detail. A luxurious house with all amenities. The softest bathrobes in the bathroom, luxurious soft beds, 2 bathrooms.
A playground for kids, an outdoor swimming pool in summer. We stayed in April, the pool was not working yet, but there is a spa complex on site that can be rented for a company or family. A large and comfortable complex, including a hammam, a Finnish sauna, a Russian bath and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Tea from mountain herbs and honey with jam will be prepared for you, your visit will be unforgettable.
Delicious breakfast. We ordered food to the house from the Alpina restaurant, everything is perfect, fast, delicious, the serving is super and everything hot was brought.
I spent 10 days here.
Of the advantages, I will note
Comfortable chalets
Beautiful view
Very tasty cuisine
Halal (important to me)
Comfortable, fresh lifts
Sufficient fast internet in almost the entire resort
Of the cons
These are, of course, prices
The prices are Swiss, but the service is far from Switzerland
When I was there, the tracks were poorly prepared. You go up the mountain in the morning after the snow to ski down, and there are only two tracks more or less ready, the rest seem to be for freeriders.
It was in May, so you could just admire the beauty of the mountains. We went up on the lifts to the observation deck. Everything is fine, there is a cafe, but there is a complete lack of toilets upstairs, so keep in mind.
Very cozy, homely. Good breakfasts, lunches in a carp with a carp on the grill are super. The variety of trails is weak, a great place for children and beginners. With snow, if you're lucky, if it's warm, then the skis are standing at the bottom, despite the + paraffins. Despite the honesty of the staff, check the debit cards - there were incidents, maybe we were unlucky......
The place is very beautiful. A huge amount of money has been invested in it. There are several ski trails with different difficulty categories. There are snow generators in huge numbers. The chalets are fabulous. There are two cable cars. Comfortable, they rise high. Check-in by car to the parking lot on the weekend of 100 thousand soums. The cable car on the weekend is 130 thousand soums per person. And, of course, there are crowds here on weekends. Accordingly, queues for the cable car.
We rested for a week, of the minuses - service and maintenance need to be improved. But otherwise - super mountains and descents, super sauna complex, cozy chalets and the cost is not at all like in Sochi :-)
Carefully check the number of hours that the instructor writes for the classes conducted if they did not pay immediately and they wrote you down to the number - they added extra ones to us right by the hour, one of the days: we trained for 2 they entered 3 hours. They did not understand - they checked out of the houses and left, but the sediment remained.
The road from Tashkent - in a snowfall - may be difficult.
And so - for its level, a great place!
I advise you to go, it's very beautiful. The price is decent for the lift at the very top, a very good pilaf restaurant is very tasty. Thank you for a great stay.
A wonderful place to relax with the whole family. There are stunning views at an altitude, there is also a good restaurant with a varied menu and pleasant music. The staff is very tactful and extremely customer-oriented, I give 10 out of 10 for the service.
