I give 1 star only for an interesting assortment. That's where the advantages end. The staff in the hall is very tactful, he literally runs away from you, the girls from the cash register are trash, I have never seen such arrogance from a man sitting on a chair. To all questions with rolled eyes. There is a critical lack of staff/attention from the "manager" in the hall. I collected a large amount of goods, but while waiting for the consultant, who walks slowly and adjusts the boxes with his finger, I placed the goods and had to leave, as I was severely limited in time. I am addressing the company personally, your network has risen a lot in my eyes over the year, but your staff ... there were only 20 people with me in the store who whispered to each other, "and where to find this or that thing." You're losing money and the respect of your visitors.

We applied for a refund for the marriage in the store on 02/14/2025, they said they would call back. It's already 03/01/2025 and so far no one has called. They don't pick up the phone, it's impossible to simply get through, although the store is usually empty, there are few visitors. When I clarified at a personal meeting why they couldn't get through, the staff immediately referred to the busy schedule, allegedly there were a lot of visitors (with the trading floor virtually empty), it was clear that the staff did not want to work and were doing everything out of hand. I was sold a defective French press, which burst as soon as I poured hot water (the temperature regime of this product is -20 - +100 C • Celsius). Right in front of my eyes, a male employee dropped a batch of such French presses from a height of one meter onto the tiled floor, picked it up and just put it back. I didn't even check them for integrity! And then they will sell the cracked product and someone will get a marriage like I got! Highly not recommended!!!

I liked the chair, but I needed it in a different color scheme than the one displayed in the hall. We asked the consultant - they don't have what we need in the store. When asked if it was possible to find out where we needed it, for example, to look at the database, they replied that it was impossible to see the availability that way, and calling other stores was also not an option, because no one would go and look at the warehouse. That is, you have to go and ask yourself. Business in Belarusian.
