But this is not the worst thing, we were told in the store, when ordering, that the sofa would be made for a maximum of 15 days, perhaps earlier, we would have to pick it up from the store ourselves. Today, July 20, I couldn't get through to the factory, I sent an email, there was no response.In Zaslavl, in the ami furniture store, we looked at the computer that our sofa was sewn off, today the seller called the manager and said that it had not been transferred to the warehouse, that all deadlines had expired.We do not know what to do, they promise a couple more days, but we are already losing patience, we will probably return the prepayment.I just don't understand why sellers deceive customers, if they knew that they would have to wait so long, we were looking for something else.
