Apparently, it was VERY difficult for the consultant to get up from his seat and open this unfortunate box. We took the box and left. And how unpleasant it was when the next morning we opened the box to assemble a chair, and there was not our chair. I went to the website and looked at the name of the chair that I asked for at the checkout, well, did I take this name from something?! But our chair has a different name - Junior, it turns out. I thought I had messed up something.
I had to refuel the car again and go to change the goods with the baby twins in my arms.
Of course, I was very angry, but I held on to the last. I went into the store and went straight to the chairs. And yes, indeed, there is a price tag on our chair with a different name. They have the same price, but the names are mixed up. It took a very long time to replace the product. I told them three times that they had the wrong product name. But no one reacted to this.
When the box was brought to me again, this time with our chair, I also asked to open the box and make sure that our chair was there. The same OLGA started shouting again that the name was written on the crown and that was enough, and that she brought me what I asked for.... In general, I did not get an apology. And yes, no one has outweighed the price tags.
I hope I won't have to return to this store anymore.

The furniture is of poor quality. By the end of the warranty period, the appearance is lost: the seats are "flattened" (photo below). And we also tightened and changed the paralon "to high-quality" (denser) under warranty in about a couple of months, like many other buyers. Yes, it lasted in an adequate condition for almost a year. The result is that we sleep on the "ribs of the wooden structure" (!), which are under the upholstery. And in order to just sleep normally, you need to buy a normal mattress - more than $ 100 for one half.
There is also a complete lack of post-warranty service, such as "tightening" furniture in case of damage to the upholstery and a desire to update it (failure came out with a banquette - they "charred" a couple of centimeters to black when drying with a household hair dryer, only stopping it in one place for a couple of seconds!). They asked us to tighten, of course, at our expense (this is a normal practice for them when it comes to overstretching under warranty - the car constantly goes to the factory and what is the problem to do what they already do all the time at the factory in the "warranty shop" - overstretching, having completed the necessary minimum of any RESPONSIBLE furniture manufacturer and, accordingly, having the appropriate materials and specific upholstery for this, which in order to find from others, you need to perform a feat) In response, you will hear something like: "We do not provide such services, BUY a NEW ONE (!!!) ..." Well, is it not a game? And in a personal conversation, if not directly, then indirectly, a message like "Well, you bought cheap, what did you expect" will slip through, But then as a rhetorical question - why is it being sold and not warned that the product will become unusable after the warranty period (if you're lucky)? And the reviews about the quality of artificial leather from other customers are just terrible! In the same way, our friend flew by $ 1,500 with Ami. (the appearance is killed immediately after leaving the warranty -solid cracks)
Advice. Do not save money this way, buy better furniture from a normal manufacturer!
