But that's not all.. when assembling the sofa , she refused that not all the children reported that the process was slowing down again .. The store said it wasn't their problem and they couldn't do anything about it! And in general , there can be no such thing that would not be reported !! The irresponsibility of the staff and my terrible attitude towards customers!! I will never contact this store again in my life! They are not professionals.. and that 's putting it mildly , I 'm not talking about the factory ! In general, think about it before making expensive purchases there! Spend your energy, time and your nerves. As well as money!!! Cheap is not always equal to quality both in service and in the product itself! I will leave negative reviews about this charade wherever possible!! And yes, I will write a complaint!
The staff is trying to deceive customers
We wanted to buy chairs (15.05), called the store, said there were showcase samples available, we agreed, made a reservation. Upon arrival at the store, it was these chairs that increased in price by 2 times, the price tag was new. On the website, these models cost 160, on the stock 120, and after my booking, the price jumped to 200p.
The staff, when asked why, said that the action was allegedly over, although other models in other colors cost 160.
Also, the display samples were defective, but I was not offered any other prices. The seller fussed, didn't explain anything and said, "then won't you pick it up?"
The same chairs were eventually taken from another store for 120 rubles, please pay attention to the conscientiousness of your employees.
The main thing is not to confuse their entrance with the restaurant, as everyone who comes for the first time does! :) Good choice, great prices. And if there are discounts, then fire at all! I bought hammocks from them, cushions for sitting / lying down, a tourist table with chairs. Everything has been tried, everything is fine!

We had an urgent move, it was necessary to buy a bed with a mattress, we came to the store, looked, chose the bed, mattress ourselves, went to the checkout to make an order, they found out that the colors of the bed (which is just the same in the store and we wanted it initially) are not there, we were given a choice three colors, we chose one of them, signed a contract, we were told that the bed and mattress would be available in 15 working days, it suited us, just in time for the move. We left satisfied.
Also, a little later, we ordered a closet, with the same nonsense coloring, we chose from what was there, the closet was available and literally a couple of days later it was already with us. We lifted and assembled the cabinet ourselves, after unpacking it turned out that there was a chip on one of the mirror doors, which was most likely made before packaging, because there were no glasses in the foam. Unfortunately, it was no longer possible to prove this fact, because the cabinet was unpacked a few days after delivery, all the documents had already been signed and we just accepted it.
Let's go back to the bed, we waited for her for a total of 25!!!!! WORKING DAYS
They can't say anything on the phone, they came to the store and didn't say anything specific there either, they dialed on Friday evening (25 business day) and said that within 2 days we should come and deposit the rest and we can take the bed. When asked what would happen if she could not arrive within 2 days, the girl grinned and said to read in the contract. In general, we went on Sunday evening, paid the balance, ordered delivery and only on the 28th working day we had a bed.
We have been waiting for her for almost 1.5 months 🥴
And the contract also stipulates that they can unilaterally extend the period of furniture manufacture by notifying the buyer about it in an SMS. 🤦

There is no loyalty in this company and there are no employees who know the nuances of their work. It all started with an online store: I called to ask if it was possible to bring a defective product to any store or only to the one where I bought it, they replied that it was in the one where they bought it (but as the physical store administrator explained, it was actually possible in any store). I brought the goods with a marriage for 40 rubles and was told to write a statement. She wrote that the exchange was of high quality, asked about the timing, they said literally 3 days and they would call you (but they said that this product was not in warehouses, so they would most likely refund the money, BUT they did not say that they would have to go to their store again and write another application for a refund and wait again, when it is reviewed, and go back for the money). 10 days have passed and I'm calling to find out what's with the application (7 days according to the law for consideration of the application), the application is approved and we are waiting for the goods, okay, how long? They replied to me within 30 days. I don't understand where they took 30 days from, the law says 14. I come on the 14th day to collect the money, to which they answer me you did not write that you want a refund, write a new one and wait. The problem is that I have to go far to this store, respectively, if they could not pick up the goods for me in 14 days, you make a refund. And to the question, show the document where they took 30 days, the administrator brought 1 a4 sheet where a memo about the deadlines is printed, without an act, without seals, without references to the law, just 5 paragraphs on a piece of paper is this a document? Okay, I can agree that maybe they have 30 days inside the company, but firstly I was not notified of the deadlines, and secondly I was not given any signatures that I was ready to wait how long. What is the outcome? No one went to the meeting, the administrator stood there, shrugged his shoulders, said that nothing depended on him here. If the product had been significant, she would have demanded compensation for the violation of deadlines. I do not recommend this network at all.
09.06.2024 ordered a sofa, paid for it. The pickup was indicated. 06/12/2024 they were taken away, brought to the country outside Minsk, and there are no pads. Well, how is it?
I bought a wardrobe in this store, and from the very beginning I ran into problems. At first, I was not warned that the delivery would not be made from the store, and I had to pick up the cabinet at another address, there is also no such information in the contract or in the specification. When they called to confirm that the order was ready, the store staff told me to come, pay for the order and pick up the cabinet, which implies that the goods are in the store.
The next day, in the store, after making the second part of the payment, I found out that I could not pick up the cabinet from the store, the store staff claimed that all the goods that are in the hall are demonstration, there is no information on the price tags of the goods in the sales hall. However, when I specified where to pick up the goods, I was sent to Surganovo Street, which I consider unacceptable. In addition, the service in the store was just terrible, and I could not get the necessary information or help. In general, I do not recommend buying from this store due to poor service, insufficient information and unexpected costs.

Although the area of the store is quite large, there are fewer and fewer goods. If there is a choice of fabrics, the furniture is presented in a poor assortment. The shares are rather a fiction, since the price of the products on the stock may even be higher than usual. There are problems with the availability and quality of goods.

We bought a sofa, it turns out that the pads on the handles are bought separately (why can't they be immediately included in the price, because they are needed anyway). But they were not available either, they said they needed to go to the production for them themselves. There were no legs in the kit during assembly, so I had to go to the store again. None of the phones listed are responding. I do not recommend this store! I can only note that the sales consultant was polite and explained everything that needed to be explained.
Хороший большой магазин , представлено много товаров , можно походить , посидеть и покупать и понять, что ты покупаешь. Единственный минус сложно выбрать найти продавца- консультанта.

Покупал у них мебель, стенку "Кёльн" и угловой шкаф, по акции. Сам собрал, выглядит красиво, а главное дёшево. За 4 года ничего не сломалось, выглядит как новая. А вот диван по акции подкачал, паролон съехал и расклеился по частям. Обивка очень статическая. Покупал ещё вешалки и много всякой всячины. Вообщем магазин рекомендую, кроме мягкой мебели.
Ужасный магазин и продавцы тоже. Сидят девочки и обсуждают свои проблемы, консультации по товарам не делают, за что получают зарплату- вопрос!! Говорят одно а по факту получается другое, говоря простым языком - Врут глядя в глаза!! А магазин на Фабричной в Барановичах это вообще жесть!! У стула 4 ножки. Ами мебель Титан решили, что их 3. Не знал, что можно вообще такую ошибку допустить. Привозить отказались, поедем сами отвечать за ваш косяк. Бумажная инструкция по сборке неправильная, только ютуб помог.
Хороший магазин с большим выбором товаров и всегда приятными скидками и акциями!!! Всегда есть что интересное выбрать!!! И качество не столь хромает!!!

Магазин мебели в принципе хороший! Много товара, радуют акции, но немного Огорчает работа продавцов за классами! Часто не могут подсказать, перекладываю от одного на другого оформление товара, от этого создаются долгие очереди! Администрации необходимо на это обратить внимание!
Отвратительный персонал работал 8 марта. Не могут выполнить свою работу. Отвратительное отношение к клиентам. При просьбе проверить комплектность, уверяли что все на месте. По итогу завтра везу отдавать обратно из за нехватки деталей. Ужаснейшее отношение к людям и работе.
Вообще АМИ это хорошая мебельная фабрика. Современный дизайн, удобная мебель, очень хорошие цены, большой выбор. Конкретно этот магазин не самый большой. В Минске полно магазинов АМИ, и этот средний или чуть больше среднего по размеру. Представлен не весь ассортимент, конечно. Но много чего можно посмотреть на месте.
Что не говори а хоть и перепродают китайский товар зачастую и вещи низкого качества...но урвать на скидках чтото можно. Поэтому свою нишу заняли)))) дешевого низкого
Ассортимент хороший, хорошие консультанты , все объясняют показывают и рассказывают. Найдут на складах нужную вам расцветку. Ноо столкнулись с проблемами доставки. Во первых за это отвечает женщина, сидящая в компьютере , которая особо не понимают чего от неё хотят. Спросили сколько будет доставка до Кульман и поднять на 7 этаж(лифт не работает). Оказывается особо фиксированных цен у них нет, рядом стоял грузчик , у которого она спросила , «Миш, сколько будет ?»
Миша насчитал в уме около 100 рублей, за односпальную легкую кровать в разобранном виде и матрас-пушинку. 🤷🏽♀️
Ужасный магазин. Стою в очереди и моему возмущению нет предела. Обслуживание хуже не придумаешь, в одной кассе расчёт за наличные и по карте, во второй ( про которую никто не знает) только по карте. Только об этом нет никакой информации. Кассовый аппарат только один!!!!!! На такой магазин!!! Один! Другие свободные продавцы пытаются помогать, но благодаря их помощи люди стоящие за мной пробили свой товар раньше меня. Очередь огромная, не движется. Потеряла уйму времени.
Покупал у них диван, вроде бы неплохой , хочу купить ещё кухню. Ну, какие-то у них модели старые, 2 - 3 года одни и те же. Когда уже обновят модельный ряд.
Магазин хороший, ассортимент вполне себе. Но что косается персонала, полный ноль. В зале ни одного консультанта. Сидят 4 дамы на кассе и одного человека обслуживают 5-7 минут. При этом успевают болтать между собой и заниматься личными делами
