As a store, maybe nothing. But as a pick-up point for orders placed over the Internet, it's just a disaster. The order will be then, but maybe sooner or later; it can be picked up here, or maybe in a warehouse; but if in a warehouse, then be sure to figure out how you will carry the loader back and forth. I haven't received the order yet, but I really hope that the manager said something wrong.
