What kind of mayhem is going on in this store?! Yesterday, on August 25, 2024, we paid for the purchase of a computer chair...They were taken away today on August 26th...They came home and began to collect .and there are dents on the body and the seat is cracked from below under the upholstery. They carried him back to the store .but the goods were not accepted back and the money was not returned...They told me to write a statement .which will be considered for 14 days. We are not satisfied with this! They're very tricky..then they will tell you the terms of the refund are out...There is article 28 on Consumer rights...and the fact that the chair is assembled is not an obstacle to a return by marriage...since this does not violate its consumer qualities! It's just awful..not only did we sell the marriage, but we also have to wait for the money! If the issue is not resolved in the next couple of days, let's go write a complaint to the Consumer Protection Society.And then it won't seem enough to anyone.We 'll have to get to the president !

I think the store is very good. Considering that the nearest furniture store is at the Marco City shopping center, there is less choice, but I liked the attitude towards customers. It is possible to return the product within the established time frame. They will always prompt and help with the choice. Well done!
