The hotel is on a solid 4-star, the building is newly renovated and clean rooms, all Windows are "overlooking the sea", if you can call it that)) The hotel does not have a territory as such, it includes a bar, a swimming pool and a small sports ground. We had a standard room with a balcony, in-room hair dryer, refrigerator, kettle, Wi-Fi, safe for a fee. On one of the floors there is a laundry room for personal use, an iron with an ironing board, it doesn't look very good, but if you need it, you can adjust. There is a shower on the ground floor, which is very convenient if early arrival or early departure from the room, and there is a luggage room in the lobby for temporary storage of suitcases.
Food: always fresh and delicious, 2-3 meat and fish dishes for dinner, the breakfasts are monotonous, but we are not capricious in this regard, the only thing I lacked was watermelons, although we rested in early autumn. We had half board, we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and had lunch at the beach bar, where Russian soups and borscht were served, for which a big special thanks to the bar)))
The main advantage of the hotel is its location from Makronisos beach (5-7 minutes on foot), which is one of the most magnificent beaches in Cyprus, we adore it for its clean sandy shore and magical sea. One of the disadvantages of the hotel is its location from the city center, in the evening you can not walk to it, only by public bus, which runs regularly in both directions.

We stayed at this hotel from September 3 to September 13, 2021. The hotel is new, freshly renovated, shiny and well-functioning plumbing. Nice reception entourage. The room is bright and clean with an electric kettle, refrigerator inside. A safe is available in the room for a fee. Change of towels daily, cleaning too. Nearby, at a leisurely pace of about 7 minutes, one of the best beaches of Ayia Napa is Makronisos. Pure white sand, the water in the sea is transparent. What I liked about the hotel, in addition to cleanliness, is the quality of the food. Someone writes about a small assortment, but I wouldn't say that. During our stay at the hotel for 10 days there was fish daily, beef, pork, lamb, rabbit, chicken, turkey and duck. Stewed, fried, grilled and with various sauces. Grilled octopus in sauce, fish in the likeness of a lamb, pizza, even onion rings were :). We really liked everything. Delicious green salads, soups (even soups were eaten on vacation this time) with the addition of crackers and cheese, porridge in the morning (there were lumps, but despite them, the herculean porridge was still delicious). From fruits - watermelon, melon, orange, grapefruit, apples. Plus, there were always three types of cheese (including cheese with mold). And the desserts were delicious. Three types of ice cream are always available, but we have never tried it. I would like to note that there was even an animator at the hotel (for the first time in hotels in Cyprus I meet animation). The kids were busy during their parents' dinner. The adults were not bored either, the animator arranged themed evenings. The hotel is far from the center, but since this is not our first time in Ayia Napa, we were not particularly drawn to the center, there were enough excursions that we took individually. We will definitely keep this hotel in mind for the re-deployment in Ayia Napa.

Amazing hotel, new, modern, rooms like in the pictures. Insanely delicious food, there are squid rings, octopuses, fish, different meats, cheeses of different types. Lots of salads and delicious homemade sauces with olive oil. Always clean, beautiful pool, smiling staff, always ready to help.
I want to come back)
The animator is alone, but he tries very hard.

I was going on vacation to rest) there were moments because of which I was upset (attitude towards Russians at the reception)BUT the great beach, the sea and the company smoothed everything out. We went to visit friends in another area, not at all ... the best Makronis and Nissi.

The hotel is not bad, new, the room is spacious, decorated in bright colors. The food is very ordinary, you will not stay hungry, but nothing more. Everything is very primitive, standard. They cleaned every day, there is no hotel territory as such, 2 swimming pools, an adult and a child, a very small playground. The pools are in perfect condition, everything is very clean, there are also enough sun beds for everyone. The hotel is located between 2 beaches. Both the sea and the beaches are good. The beaches are sand, the entrance to the sea is also sand, very smooth, ideal for children. But the huge disadvantage of this hotel is that it is located on the "outskirts". There are a couple of souvenir shops nearby and that's it! This is a real disaster! It takes about 10 minutes to get to the center. probably not on foot. The staff at the reception speaks only English. If you only want to swim and sunbathe in silence, then you are here. If you want some kind of "life " then definitely Not!

We had a rest at the end of July - beginning of August 2021. There are 5 of us, so initially apartments were booked for us not in the main building, but across the street. There are two two-storey buildings, each room has an individual entrance, there is a private pool without a swimming time limit, unlike the main one (that is before 18.00), everything is new, clean, cleaning and change of towels every day, change of linen in 3 days. Shower gel/shampoo, hair dryer is available. 2 comfort plates, extractor hood, countertop/apron of the kitchen area - natural stone. Two air conditioners. Large square balcony overlooking the pool and the main building. To use electricity, you need to buy adapters, to the supermarket, where everything you need is 1 min walk. You can walk further (~ 400 meters) to a cheaper supermarket. There are many cafes. We had two meals a day. I really liked it! Diverse, everything is fresh. Breakfast - porridge, yoghurts, omelets, eggs, bacon, many varieties of sausages, sausages, cheeses, including fried ones, pancakes are baked in front of guests, scrambled eggs are cooked in front of you with anything... There are juices, coffee, tea for breakfast. Dinner - venison with pineapples conquered... so is rabbit and more traditional meat and poultry, tender fish... lots of side dishes, salads... fruits: watermelons, melons are very fragrant, oranges, grapefruits, I was surprised that there were no fresh apples, soaked)) sweets - 4-5 types of cakes, jelly, ice cream. It turned out to be impossible to try everything. Everyone goes to the food themselves, but in masks (gloves are optional). For dinner, drinks are given only to those who have everything included. You can buy water for 2.5€, you can bring water and cups with you. To get drunk with watermelon, as a last resort =) by the pool at the apartments and on the beach there is a tap "Drinking water", but we did not try to drink it, we bought it.
The beach is 10 minutes from the main building, it seems a long time to get back, but they save souls: on the beach, by the pools, and, of course, the pools themselves. There is a button in the main pool to turn on the hydro massage. There is enough space for everyone, it is big enough.
The beach is beautiful. You can sit on the sand, you don't get chased for it, as happens on European beaches. Umbrella 2.5€, sunbed 2.5€. The sand is very pleasant, the turquoise sea is the purest... to the left there are more algae and it is interesting to swim with a mask, the children saw colorful "aquarium" fish, starfish, delight. The sea is warm, you don't have to go out, the breeze is refreshing at the exit, it saves you from the summer heat there. In the evening / at night it is very warm to swim both in the sea and in the pool, which is located near the apartments. It gets dark early - the sun sets around 7.30 pm. Dinner starts at 19, and it will not be possible to walk around the neighborhood or go to the center before dark. The 101st bus goes to the center, the traffic is on the right. Back is the 102nd bus. The taxi with six doors was conquered. We arrived at Lunapark - it was dark, but it was very beautiful on the Ferris wheel, it rotates fast enough, three circles, unusual and cool.
Aquatark "Vodny Mir" is within walking distance, about 18 minutes, but we drove up on the 102m bus one stop from the hotel, in the direction "from the center". Buses run in both directions in 30 minutes, the schedule is available at the stops. I really liked the water park, a lot of slides, Greek theme... It's true to climb the steepest ones. It's really possible to do everything in 4 hours, there were practically no queues on Wednesday, it's better to go on weekdays. Locals, by the way, can also come to the hotel pools to swim on weekends... and they actively go to the water park and attractions.
Overall, we liked everything. Hotel, beach, food, infrastructure. Lizards are cool, nimble, run with their heads held high, mini dinosaurs are like that))
There is nowhere to walk in the evening, but there are entertainment programs every day. Then parrots, then dancers, then bingo... =) The staff is responsive, there are Poles who understand and respond in Russian.
Upon arrival, the price of PCR was 15 € (promised 30). Everything is fast enough, organized. The text message arrived about 4 hours later.
The coolest impression is, of course, the SEA. It's great.

We were in early June of this year.
The food is average, in general you can eat, but without frills. The breakfasts are the same, they get very boring in two weeks. Dinner is better, there is a variety, but again not wow (although now my sister is resting in Konstantinos 5*, it seemed to me from the video that if not worse with food, then not better either, in asterias there is a similar cuisine, maybe in Cyprus in general such food is accepted).
The beach is 5-10 minutes away at a leisurely pace. The beach, of course, is gorgeous.
Another advantage of the staff is that they are very polite, friendly, and try to help.
I didn't like it: far from "civilization". There is nowhere to walk, the only option is to go to the center (4.5 km) and walk there.

I visited this hotel in 2019.
Then the level 4 * corresponded, at the moment we are resting in it. To be honest, to make such a hotel concept, the level of a good 4 in 2019 and get a complete disappointment and a maximum of 3* two years later.
Previously, they gave 20 minutes of free massage upon check-in, but now this is not the case.
A huge minus is the KITCHEN. You will not be hungry, but such a variety and quality of dishes that were -disappeared in an unknown direction.
Mini-bar : it was always replenished, they gave water, now water is for a fee.
No - sets of shampoos , balms, shower gels :I was driving with great hope and I was sure that all this was there. Now that's gone too.Room cleaning is dirty enough.
Therefore, if in 2019 I was ready to put 4+, now it's only 3.
Alas, yes, ah.

Great hotel. The rooms are clean, cleaned properly. The staff understands Russian partially, and they are polite. Much less was expected from the food - the food is on the level! Of course, it's not the first line to the sea, but 8 minutes, but the beach is super! In general, I recommend it!

A great modern new hotel.
Makronisos Beach is a 10-minute walk along an asphalt road. There are several cafes nearby where you can always eat delicious food. The room was clean and had a sea view. A very pleasant place to relax. There is a swimming pool on site. Wi-Fi was available throughout the hotel. I liked everything.

A fun, fresh hotel! The staff speaks (at the reception) Russian, or speaks a little. The buffet is good, meat, fish dishes, vegetables, fruits, sweets. Makronis beach is just what you need, within walking distance, with children walking for five to ten minutes. Opposite the hotel there is a shop and Cafes, bars. Russian Russian-speaking waiter with long hair, educated, in Russian can discuss the history of Russia with you))

We visited in 2018, a new hotel, we really liked it! 5-6 minutes to the sea. Shops and cafes are nearby. But the place is not a party place, on the outskirts. 10 minutes walk to the water park. We are thrilled!

The hotel itself, namely the number of rooms, proximity to a good beach, meals for 5 with a minus. BUT upon check-in (tour operator Biblio-Globus), we were moved to ANOTHER HOTEL for one night. They just said there were no places. And this is a system specifically for Russian tourists who buy a tour through Biblio Globus. Upon arrival, two families were informed that they would stay one and two nights, respectively, in other hotels, because there are no places here. And how do they confirm it is curious?!! This is disrespect and actually arrogance on the part of the hotel management and the Biblio Globus. Since the representative of the tour operator told us that apparently we have no options, because there are no available rooms at the hotel and we WILL HAVE TO GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL FOR A NIGHT OR TWO.

Arrival at about 23 o'clock, of course, they did not feed, but what is there, they did not offer water. We checked into a hotel across the street, in a strange apartment with a damp smell. The next morning, after a sooooo insistent request, they moved into the main building itself, for which 90 thousand rubles were actually paid for a week of stay. And now the facts and order. The food is for 4, the food is not bad, but the almost complete absence of fruits is depressing. It's always just grapefruit and orange. That's it!!! At dinner and lunch, all drinks are served only through the waiter, who is very difficult to wait for. You can't even pour water yourself. Cleaning??? Oh, the song. It was cleaned ONCE in a week! I changed the towels while running along the corridor after the border. We could not extend the room due to the workload of the hotel. But! For the first time in my extensive vacation practice, the All-inclusive bracelet was cut off!!! That is, at 12 o'clock exactly, the door to the room opened and an elusive maid appeared, who entered the room and did not leave until we left. At the reception, when handing over the key, the bracelets were cut off. In total, you find yourself on the street until 19 pm, but this is the norm. But the fact that you won't even get a drink of water, we are honestly shocked. Once there was such hospitality in an Egyptian hotel in 2004. Since then, all the hotels have been kindly fed and watered before departure. I did not expect such a level and declared stardom from the hotel. As a result: the hotel is new, everything is clean, the food is normal! But! Check-in through a scandal, there is nowhere to go near the hotel, 600 meters to the sea, there is no cleaning, and after 12 on the day of departure they will not even pour you water! The vacation was a success, but we will definitely not come here again and we will definitely not advise our friends to choose this hotel. There are too many disadvantages for such a cost of rest.

Great hotel. New. The kitchen is excellent. I was unpleasantly surprised by the paid change of beach towels (2 euros) and the fact that with an all-inclusive food system, hot drinks were almost impossible to get outside the hours of the main meals. But there were tea sets in the rooms. Other disadvantages, except for a significant distance from the center (5 km, but who likes it) are not noticed
