We rested with our family for two weeks at Asida and Batala. The impressions were only positive.the rooms match the photos, cozy, clean. There is a summer kitchen with everything you need. The territory is well maintained, apples, kiwis, grapes grow in the garden, which can be eaten directly from the tree. It is a 10-minute walk to the sea, through a former pioneer camp where pines and cedars grow. The sea is clean (no rotavirus has stuck in 14 days), there is an opportunity to swim in the river that flows from the mountains. There are a small number of people on the beach. There is an opportunity to go sea fishing from the beach, which I did, they provide gear and bait, you will not stay without fish. And of course, many thanks to Asida and Batal for their hospitality, nice people, and special thanks to Asida for the delicious dinners! P.s. for those who need a quiet and comfortable stay, I definitely recommend this guest house!!!
Great guest house! Everything is clean, cozy, and tasteful! Very friendly and homely atmosphere! Many thanks to Asida and Batal for their hospitality and cordiality!!!!
The room has everything for a comfortable stay.
Our room overlooked a fruit garden. Quiet and comfortable.
The hostess, Asida, is very sensitive to cleaning. Linen and towels were changed, and the bathroom was cleaned every 3-4 days. It's very cool, I would say. Not all hotels do this.
It's also great that you can ask the hostess, Asida, to cook breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Delicious, homemade and not expensive at all. And Batal cooked us a very tasty barbecue!!! For which special thanks))))
We came with a 6-year-old daughter and she quickly found a girlfriend in the person of her daughter Asida and Batala) the children had fun, they did not have to be bored.
The sea is not far away at all. It would take 7-10 minutes to walk slowly. The sea is clean, washed with two hands. There is a cafe on the shore. And it is also important: there are very few people on the beach!!!!!
You can arrange sea fishing with local fishermen. And not at all for a lot of money!!! My husband went, and was very pleased!!! The fish was fried and smoked on the territory of the guest house.
Bottom line: we are very pleased that we had a rest with such a good and kind family! Impressions are a wagon!!!
We had a rest together with a colleague in August, we were delighted. The guest house is located in a village away from the noise of the roads, in a very quiet and peaceful place. An ideal place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. The very friendly, hospitable and attentive owners of the Asida and Batal guest house will tell you everything, prompt, advise, help in any matter, even give you delicious food if necessary. The rooms are tidy and clean, beautiful and cozy. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay (good furniture and bedding, refrigerator, air conditioning, private bathroom), everything is new and modern. A shared summer kitchen with everything you need for self-cooking. Beautiful, well-maintained yard, lots of fruit trees. To the sea on a flat road 7-10 minutes through the territory of the former children's camp. The beach is simply divine! I have not seen this on the entire Black Sea coast: very clean and deserted, the sea is warm and crystal clear. The perfect place to relax, I'm thrilled! Asida and Batal, thank you!
I have been vacationing with my family for many years. A great soulful family. The rooms are great, everything is as shown in the photo. Quiet, cozy, gorgeous courtyard and pleasant communication. The location from the sea is excellent. At the end of 24 years, asphalt was laid to the sea. I always want to go back to them. Great place, I recommend it.
Thank you to this family for the best vacation!
A cozy clean room, good furniture, a new refrigerator and air conditioning. We had access to a garden with apple trees.
It takes 7-8 minutes to walk to the sea through the territory of the former (obviously elite) Soviet children's camp...I wanted to write 10, but it's a crawl if.
The sea is clean, washed by mountain rivers on both sides, the beaches are empty...The majority of tourists are in cities, and there is also E. coli. There is a squad with its own water, the hostess immediately said do not worry, drink your own water...but my husband began to drink from the tap only when the daughter of the owners in his garden drank from a hose with him... as a result, the whole family drank this delicious water from the well for the whole vacation, everyone is healthy.
The hostess Asida cooks sooo delicious, if she has time, you can arrange for lunches and dinners, prices are much lower than in restaurants, by the way there are only two of them within walking distance. There are grocery stores and a summer kitchen with everything you need, you can cook yourself, but it turned out to be more expensive for us than to eat everything ready-made from the owners.
We had a family vacation with children 12 and 7 years old, everyone is delighted. If there are children from 4 to 10, then they will have an excellent "animator" in the person of the youngest daughter of the owners, she is very friendly and cheerful, the children will not be bored.
We recommend this hospitable house to everyone for a relaxing family holiday. We will definitely come back ourselves.
We have been vacationing at Batala and Isis for almost ten years now. These are excellent, hospitable people who will help, prompt, and generally come to the rescue in every possible way!) I would like to say a few words about the place itself, the village of Khypsta:to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, along with all these cows, chickens and dogs, it fits perfectly! The rooms have everything you need for a relaxing stay. The beach is not crowded with people, unlike other resort places, has a small cafe, is located between two rivers (White and Black (Khypsta and Mchyshta) and has a great view of the mountains. For fishing enthusiasts, you can catch river trout and some of the marine life here. There are shops and restaurants on the highway (I would especially like to mention the White River, on the other side of the village, behind the Sycamore Alley). The proximity of the city of Gudauta, the villages of Mysry (Mussery), Mgudzyrkhua, Lykhny and Otkhara will enrich a measured beach holiday with interesting locations and impressions. In general, I advise you, and we will definitely come ourselves.
P.S. In winter, believe me, there is something to do here, and the sunsets are simply magical!)
A great place for a family holiday, nice and beautiful rooms, everything you need to eat, friendly hosts, the sea is within walking distance, shops and cafes are nearby. I will be happy to come back again!
If you're in a hurry, then only to Aida with a Battle! A proven place over the years. Clean, decent, hospitable. The owners solve any problem, once even a battle solved it between us. A wonderful sparsely populated beach, the best sunsets are what you need for a relaxing holiday.
We met Asida and Batal 8 years ago. Since then, when vacationing in Abkhazia, we spend half or all of our holidays with them. The number of regular guests is growing every year.
Asida and Batal are a decent, intelligent family.
The cozy rooms are decorated in bright colors with all amenities, a refrigerator and air conditioning. If necessary, you can ask for beach towels. There is a summer kitchen, you can cook by yourself, you can ask for Aida. She cooks VERY tasty, inexpensive, asks for preferences. Her juicy cheesecakes and the most delicate khachapur are still in front of my eyes))) There are also 2 cafes on the beach (right and left). At the exit from the village there is a Magnet store, where everything you need is available, you can pay with cards. There is a large Pyaterochka store further down the highway. It also has a good pharmacy.
The village of Khypsta is located halfway between Gagra and Sukhum, very convenient location. Nearby is the town of Gudauta with its shops and a good market, there are several pharmacies in the market, even if they are, of course, not useful. New Athos with its sights is also located nearby. There are many restaurants with national cuisine along the highway, where Asida and Batal will tell you how to cook better.
Amelie's guest house itself is located on the street that is closest to the beach. The road to the beach takes 5-7 minutes at a calm pace, half the way from which is along the alley of the former pioneer camp, inhaling the aroma of juniper, pines and other trees. The beach is quiet, there are not many people. The water is clean. Pebbles, it is advisable to take corals with you. In clear weather, if you look to the right from the beach, you can see the famous skyscrapers of the Pitsunda sanatoriums.
Those who arrive by car leave their cars in the yard. Very convenient. For those who do not come by their own transport, you can order a transfer to Batala.
We recommend visiting this particular guest house!
We rest every year. The place is wonderful, peaceful. To the sea 5 min. The rooms are cozy, everything you need is there. There are flowers, fruit trees, a large playground for cars and for children. Very hospitable hosts. I recommend.
A great family hotel, always tidy, beautiful cozy rooms. The hostess of the hotel, cooks very tasty.
I advise you to visit this hotel, 5 minutes walk to the sea.
It was not the first time I had a vacation with this wonderful and hospitable family. The conditions are very good, new rooms with all amenities. There is a recreation area on the territory. It is very convenient that there is parking. The hosts are very kind and friendly people, they will always help and support any conversation. The sea is very close, the road goes through the alley, the sea is clean and warm.
The hospitable hosts are very attentive, the houses were built in 2023, so there are small flaws, like swollen doors, but I'm sure this will be fixed, the road to the sea is 5 minutes, half of which is in the shade of trees. There are no people on the beach and a very tasty authentic cafe.
Everything is wonderful!!! Everything is new, everything you need is in the room!!! The territory is huge, fruit trees grow, flowers are everywhere, there is plenty of space for children!!!
