Horror. From the meeting at the reception and beyond. Horror. But one smile or a friendly look. Cleaning for 5 nights 1 time. At the same time!! Attention!! Dirty towels, which I had repeatedly used and folded on the bathroom floor, were picked up by a cleaning boy and placed near the sink. They are not replaced with new ones, but dirty ones are piled up. Small personal household items lying in the bathroom (hair bands) were thrown away. There are zero reactions and zero apologies to all comments and outrages. When asked why we were not supplied with water bottles and toilet paper, they replied that this was a compliment from the hotel on the first day. Water ..... a compliment..... In Italy, we were also in Florence, Rome, Venice, Turin, and other countries, and in all absolutely hotels the water was changed daily. This is the norm. The compliments at the hotels were fresh fruits, chocolate, etc. Never, ever stay at this hotel.
