I ordered a Palit GeForce RTX 3060 Dual OC 12GB GDDR6 NE63060T19K9-190AD video card from them at a discount, they refused to sell this product, citing that it was not available, although the seller is obliged to conclude a contract of sale of goods on the terms brought to the attention of consumers on the online store's website, at the time the consumer ordered the goods (the seller received acceptance by means of a shopping cart, phone call or other method specified on the website, i.e. the seller is obliged to sell the product to the consumer at the price indicated on the website at the time of ordering by the consumer.
This is not the first time! I don't think it's worth ordering anything from them!

This time I ordered a water bottle and it turned out that the bottle was a little defective - there was no O-ring in the lid.
I give 5 stars for the prompt solution of the issue on the part of the store.
The lid was immediately replaced with a new one.
Not a high-quality product can be everywhere, but the main thing is how the store solves such issues.

The product came with a damaged warranty sticker, and a burning smell (maybe the plastic is not of high quality), it works, but it is unlikely to be returned under warranty. I contacted the manager and promised to resolve the issue, no one else got in touch. I do not recommend this seller.
