Upon arrival, the employee informed me that the check was only possible for physical damage and it was impossible to connect the monitor (the product was paid for by me online). I had to pick up the product at abum without seeing the monitor working. Upon arrival, I connected the monitor and realized that I would never have bought it. When I called, the support immediately made it clear that these were my problems, and when it was impossible to check before issuing, the answer was: it happens. Disgusting service!
I ordered a set of 4 tires. I came to pick up the tires that were completely deformed - literally square. There are no questions for the PVZ employee, perhaps it's not even the store's fault and it came from the supplier - but how can it be shipped to the PVZ - it's obvious that the marriage is outright (storage conditions are violated!)

It so happened that we bought amazing sconces, which were indicated on the box as "dark gray" and turned out to be "dark green" in fact. But since I desperately wanted them, they did not immediately refuse at the pick-up point, but a month later, with the interior already ready, it turned out that with gray sockets, absolutely green sconces are not very .... The service accepted the complaint, a day later they agreed on a refund or replacement for something else, since all the sconces of the model were, unfortunately, green. Also, the service specialist went to a meeting and lowered the price for new sconces and did not have to pay extra, but only had to pick up our new order. Thanks a lot to all the specialists amd.by ! The essence of the situation:
I needed the product by a certain date -> I made an order, the terms and time of delivery were suitable + in order to avoid nuances, I asked the manager at the time of registration (by phone) if there is exactly an item in stock - they answered "Yes, the product is there" -> BUT on the day of delivery (an hour before the appointed time) I get an SMS saying that they turned out to have no goods in stock and a lousy promo code for 1% or 3% discount: DDD. what?! -> and then THAT's IT. just nothing ...
No one even bothered to call and explain the situation, how did it happen that they found out that the goods were out of stock only an hour before the time of delivery to the customer?!
After, of course, I asked for an explanation in a chat on the store's website, but the operator indirectly explained to me that in fact the information on the site that may be false (the goods may not be in stock, but it will be written on the site that they are in stock, etc.) + I started to carry some nonsense about the fact that if I want to reserve the goods, then I need to write to him in the chat About (i.e. when placing the goods in reserve he's not flying away!).
And I wouldn't have been soaring and writing this if at least one of these hadn't happened:
a) I didn't ask to double-check everything exactly at the time of ordering;
b) treated the client with respect after accepting their mistake;
c) it was a small store, not a sufficiently experienced and large retailer in the market;
Conclusion: the store does not care about customers.

The pick-up point is very cozy and conveniently located. I would like to note that the staff always helps with the stroller when I come to order with a child.
They do not want to solve the problem, they have already delayed delivery for 3 days and say at the price that you ordered, we will not bring it, they send it to the administration, and they in turn ignore it, I have already sent 3 letters to their mail!
I ordered the goods on Saturday, I received a message that it will be possible to pick up on Monday after additional notification of the receipt of the goods. Everything would be fine, but the notification came at 20:00 and the pick-up point itself works the same way until 20:00.🤨
I do not recommend the store if you are planning something serious and it is important for you to receive your goods on time.

A terrible store, if you want to be left without goods, order from them. At the same time, there are no complaints about the staff of the call center, they work well, it is clear that according to the regulations, but they try to smooth out the negative. But how the rest work is a big question.
In particular, the store organized an action in honor of the builder's day. On Saturday afternoon, I placed an order with a promotional code for the mains filter, which was shown in stock, then I received confirmation that the order was confirmed and can be picked up on Monday from 20 o'clock.
As a result, on Monday at 14.30 they report that they do not have a network filter. How did the store check the availability in the SAT before sending the confirmation by the manager (not an automatic message to the mail, namely the confirmation of the order on viber by the manager, as it is written on their website) is a big question. Also, the question is what the store did all the opening and the first half of Monday afternoon and why it waited until there were 5 hours left before the goods were delivered.
As a result, they do not have a similar product and it is unknown when it will be. The discount in honor of the promotion organized by the store has been successfully lost. 2 days after confirmation from the store are wasted.
On August 25 (Wednesday), we contacted this online store with an order for a pick-up point on August 31., (We ordered a planetary mixer as a gift with the need to be handed over on August 31). On August 26, I received an SMS with the order number and confirmation. On August 27, they called me and said that they would not be able to deliver the goods by the right date, that there was the same one, but it was 20% more expensive. We decided to look elsewhere, but nothing came of it.We decided to order the same product, only from a different manufacturer in AMD (In most stores, the delivery time was on September 1-2). In general, we ordered it. They sent an SMS on the same day, after which I also called the manager back to clarify whether our order would be on the spot by the appointed date. They assured me that it would be 100%... The weekend passed and then the call came at 11 a.m. on August 31 (the same day of delivery) and they tell me that our gift will only be on September 1. Here.... I ask: why was I assured on Friday that I had nothing to worry about, that everything would be 100% fine. Answer : this is our supplier, etc. How should I care? Why did you ASSURE that the deal would be 100% successful?. If they knew, they would have gone to the store with their feet on the weekend and bought this mixer. As a result: spoiled nerves and a friend's birthday without a welcome gift. I will never come here again. (I am writing a review 1.5 weeks later, when I have "cooled down" a little from this moment)
A wonderful store! Everything was delivered on time! The product was demonstrated and checked. They even provided an additional guarantee. The staff is polite. It's not the first time I've bought from them and I'll continue on. I recommend it!
A great store. I placed an order with Vladislav's manager. Everything is clear and fast. They were brought to the pick-up point on the day of 03/13/2021. Pick-up worker Alexander (with glasses like that) is generally a great person. Positive, smiling, friendly. I went to the pick-up point and immediately felt a pleasant atmosphere. That would be like this everywhere... a bonus for both!!!
