The service accepted the complaint, a day later they agreed on a refund or replacement for something else, since all the sconces of the model were, unfortunately, green. Also, the service specialist went to a meeting and lowered the price for new sconces and did not have to pay extra, but only had to pick up our new order. Thanks a lot to all the specialists amd.by !
