We stayed at the hotel in October 2024.
The hotel is clean, the room is clean, the furniture is in good condition, the bed linen is clean, white, the room is cleaned every day. The staff is very polite.
The food is varied and delicious.
You can swim from the Pier or in the pool.
A lot of foreigners, that's a plus for me. In the evening, there is something to do: there is a children's room or you can listen to live music in the lobby of the hotel.
If we return to Egypt next year, I think only here.

Now, on 10/20/2024, we have been staying at this hotel for the fourth day. The food is varied at dinner, even themed (Egyptian, Turkish cuisine). The food is all fresh and delicious. The rooms are cleaned cleanly, and if you leave a small tip, then they will do all sorts of beauty for you. The sockets are old and the connector does not fit our plugs (euro), but there is a socket where a kettle and a tea set are at the entrance, everything works great there. There are no complaints about the furniture either, it is not new but it is quite good. The sea is disappointing at low tide, but you can walk and swim from the pier. Overall, the hotel is good!

Good afternoon to all, we rested in November 2024, the rating is 5 only for the hotel, good food, drinks (alcohol ) , the most delicious cocktails are made by Abuk, coffee is also delicious, I really liked beef in different versions, if we talk about the beach, it's shallow , the water is cold in November, but we swam from the pier , there are few fish (I went only for this), we went on excursions (we took excursions from the guys from the beach, positive, good people), there I saw enough fish)). Animation is like everywhere during the day of the game, in the evening either dancing or violin, various performances were arranged, the animators are Russian-speaking, interesting, positive, very cool congratulated our friends on their birthday (thank you), I want to thank the Wael hotel manager (I hope I spelled your name correctly)), when my friend needed medical help, he helped us with a clinic, etc. We were even given a cool room with a sea view))))). I do not know if I will go to this hotel five, most likely not, because it is shallow there. The hotel has a compact, green, well-maintained territory. The windows of the room overlook both the pool with a spectacular view of the sea and nearby hotels. Upon check-in, dollars were put in the passport, the view from the window was on the pool with the sea. Someone writes that they were given a room with a view of the pool without dollars. But from our environment, everyone paid for the view! The guide from Anex Khalid, apart from the fact that you would buy a tour from him, you don't need anything else from you! We were with a small child and basically didn't plan any tours. Khalid told us that we were the only ones who did not buy excursions from him that day. In principle, we went for the sea and vitamin D. Which is what we got as a result!
The kitchen and bars had a modest choice, but they were not hungry. One big minus! There are a lot of local Arabs.... No matter what, but they brazenly climb without a queue, even if there are one or two people standing! There are a lot of sunbeds on the beach, which cannot be said about the pool (by the way, all the Arabs are mostly there). There is a very large pier, you can swim from the pier. For children, it is possible from the shore, but the waves wash up sharp shells to the shore (corals are still needed). We had a rest in August of the 24th year, the water was hot. The rooms were cleaned regularly, of course the quality leaves much to be desired, towels were changed on request. If you don't have big requests and you don't care that people are brazenly (younger than you) climbing in front of you, then the hotel is four stars.

The food is plentiful, there is beef, chicken and fish every day. Lots of fruits. Lots of desserts. Decent coffee and soft drinks. All the staff are very friendly, they try very hard. The animators are also great. The cleanliness is acceptable. The plates, spoons, and glasses are clean. The room was cleaned normally. Of course, there are places where a mop and a rag traditionally do not reach, but this is everywhere, we do not pay attention to it. The contingent is from 0 to infinity. There are a lot of pensioners, a lot of middle-aged people, a lot with children. There is a children's room, where animators entertain them for several hours a day. We had enough Russians, a lot of Germans, Chinese, French, a few Poles, Belarusians, and the British. All the staff understands Russian, some speak well, you can always find a person who understands you and your problem at the reception. Everyone reacts perfectly to English. We really liked it. It's a little boring, in terms of having nowhere to go except the hotel grounds. The staff loves Alyonka's chocolate very much, they don't waste money, but they are very grateful for Alyonka and become even more loyal. In general, the hotel is good, on a solid 4. By the way, the rooms are huge! We liked it enough to recommend it. Do not buy excursions from tour operators. There are sites, for example, Empire of tourism 24, enter in English. for Egypt, all the excursions there are the same, on the same transport, at the same time as from the tour operator, but they are 2-3 times more expensive. So that you understand, we went on safari for $ 15, they went for $40. On the same tour. In general, the hotel is normal, the food is normal, you can have children.

I do not recommend this hotel. We chose the hotel based on its star rating. There are 5 stars, a rating of more than 9, i.e. it seems to be good. I read the reviews. Most of them are good.

All the other cons:
- the most important drawback is the location of the hotel. For understanding, after about 500 m. the asphalt ends behind the hotel and then the primer, i.e. this is the very edge of Hurghada. Accordingly, you will be picked up for the tour first and brought back last. The time is about 1-1.5 hours.
- the hotel is more for Pshekes and Fritzies, there are very few Russians. The staff does not know Russian.
- many people wrote and I agree, the entrance to the sea is very far away, you need to walk 200-300 meters along the pier.
- 3 meals, you won't be hungry, but there is no choice.

It's a five, not a five. I liked the rooms, large, well-furnished, sea view from the room. A pretty good pool, but be careful- rotavirus (the child caught it) . The food is not bad, but on the third day you realize that there is nothing to eat. Some stupid side dishes, rolls and pastries of different types, vegetables. Not cheese, not sausage.. There are no seafood, no fish. Fruits are at least of poor quality. Porridge is impossible to eat . Alcohol is clearly local. As for the beach, it's dirty!!! There is a bridge, you can swim from it, but the hotel is located in a wind zone and this should be taken into account when choosing. We didn't swim, the wind knocked us down. Locals go there to ride kites. There are very few Russians, mostly poor Europeans. It is located far from the center of Hurghada, in the evening you will not walk around the city, you need to take a taxi for 20 minutes- 5 dollars. The staff is quite friendly, there is animation every evening, saxophone and violin are played in the lobby , dancing and entertainment are local. I would not have chosen this hotel a second time for nothing.

The beach is cozy, spacious, but the sea is 150 meters across ..., fortunately there is a long pier along which you can walk to a normal depth. Food: the choice is small, but the products themselves, the dishes are quite tasty for such places. I was not particularly tired in a week, as in most hotels in Turkey, for example. They don't bother with cleaning. The water in the room is replenished regularly. One of the obvious disadvantages is paid wi-fi in the rooms. 11 dollars for 3 days. But if you have paid, there are no problems with speed anymore. There are show programs and even gather people, even though I'm not a connoisseur. The beer in the bars is alcoholic, the cocktails are quite nice, but of course the free ones do not include branded alcohol. But this is not a budget hotel either. There are several small shops near the hotel. Goodies, souvenirs, all sorts of inhalation tinctures and a wino, if anyone needs except what's in bars. The beach bar is very spacious. Overall not bad, but it's definitely not 5 stars. Despite the disadvantages described below, I give 4 stars, because in general it was comfortable to sleep and spend a small amount of time in the room. The staff is polite, but there is a moment of tipping and it plays a big role in this politeness, when they left money, they even washed the floors, left a lot of soap products, and when they didn't, they even saw traces of the staff's sneakers when they came (we didn't go further than the entrance in shoes, we took disposable slippers). In principle, the room was clean, everything was already a little shabby, but you can live comfortably. A huge minus for us is the knee-deep sea, and if the depth (and then it's loudly said), then it's almost to the end of the pier you have to go, the tour operator somehow forgot to mention it, although when buying a ticket it was the main thing that was said right away (I wanted to swim a lot, even the tan was 10 business) and even paid extra to have a room with a sea view. All access to the sea and pier (pool as well) at 18:00! They were closed. At least they would have left access to the pier, they would have made lighting so that they could walk in the evening (there are 2 attendants sitting there anyway! who drive everyone away from the water, at least allow them to walk along the pier until 21:00, And my disappointment is complete - this is a hotel for locals. On the pier, the locals occupy the stairs to descend into the sea and when you go down it is very uncomfortable, because they will discuss you in another language from head to toe (thinking that you do not understand anything).And they are a priority in service, and they do not know how to behave (not only children, but also adults), they walk through you, for them there are no other people besides them. Many times I've come across the fact that you're standing in line, but they don't care, they stand in front of you, take away tongs or a spoon, sometimes even ready to put their hands on themselves. Mom saw the situation: the guy took the pepper, TOOK a BITE and put it back on the distribution, but someone can take it on his plate (inattentive), and in general it was in his hands and mouth. There was a situation with me: for dinner there was passion fruit, which was cleaned by the staff (who wants to do it themselves, there were dishes that could be taken and cleaned on their own), and so they just threw me on the board, what they had time to catch, and put the locals neatly in a plate (this is about politeness and attitude to guests). In the lobby, children walk on sofas in shoes, put their feet on a table (these are adults) or walk on it in shoes (these are children), crumbs or spilled drinks are on almost half of the sofas. In general, I am disappointed with the people (local), I always try to treat others politely and somehow I want the same in return, but here you are polite, and they don't care about you. The entertainment part: there were small shows with dancing, tricks, but basically the same thing, we went twice and did not watch it to the end. I will return to the food: delicious, there is a lot of food, we found a definition of dishes that we liked for ourselves; vegetables were also enough; fruits were monotonous: apples, oranges, dates, and a couple of times there was unsweetened melon; cakes were generally monotonous (the color of the biscuit and decoration changed more than a part, and the taste was the same, and in the end instead of cream with plums, they just began to grind margarine with sugar, which crunched on their teeth), souffles and jelly appeared, something similar to a potato cake, and individual cakes were delicious and different in taste. On excursions: we took everything through a tour operator (it was the first time and we were afraid to take it from an outside place), but I would like to say more that on excursions from our hotel we were picked up first and brought last, but just far from the city itself. Everyone decides for himself what to take, and there is something to see everywhere. We went to the spa, everything started well, but my mother was crushed well, I was patted cleanly, and I couldn't even relax until the end, but the main thing my mother liked was a free excursion "Express shopping": it was interesting and really express, but they took me to shops where the tour operator has a percentage of sales, so they handle it specifically and very aggressively (they took oil for joints to my mother at the Nefertiti store, she has been using it for a week and there is zero effect, although the instructions say to use it for 10-14 days, at least a little bit, but the effect would be, and they paint that their oils are the best, then I read that it is better to take this in pharmacies, but we were in the pharmacy too and they cram vitamins that are expensive, I do not dispute that they are good, but we asked the consultant for specific things that we need, and he kept leading us to these expensive vitamins). We also went to Luxor: 14 hours for everything about everything, and 10 of them are the road, 4 are an excursion, we were as tired as possible, but there was really something to see and pleasant impressions were also received. The boat trip is gorgeous, snorkeling is wonderful, the underwater world in all its glory, and we were very happy that we took it and it was the final (before departure) walk. In the ribbon to the hotel (where the young man is sailing) this is a beach on the island of Orange Bay, and not a hotel, too, the question is: why mislead and take on even more negativity when people come and see the truth? For a large family with children, the ideal budget option, for children aged 5-6, the ideal depth (although I have always swam at depth with my dad since childhood, this is also individual), but if you swim, then a boat trip is the solution, at least one day swim at a decent depth, surrounded by a variety of fish. And the garbage in the sea is really from the locals, I have seen more than once how children and adults throw various garbage into the sea and the pool ... and then they themselves swim there…

Good time of day. We were in this department from 30.08.2024 to 09.09.2024 . The hotel is far from 5 stars!!!! The staff understands all Russian. Maximum of 4 with a big minus… The rooms are large but tired (cleaned every day, towels are also a plus). The food is bad, everything is spicy, you can't eat anything (heartburn immediately), but there is enough food. Animation - there is none, the man played the violin a couple of times. There is a gym. There is volleyball 👍 the sand is wetted before the game 👍. The biggest disadvantage is that there is no SEA, although we pay for the first line, 400 meters knee-deep and if you want to swim at least a little, you have to go along the pier it is not known how much time there and back (you only go there and back)) . There are no Russians , only Germans , Chinese , Poles... we took a tour for two 178,000 . We won't even go for a very cheap second time

We stayed at the hotel from 4-15.10.2024. After reading the rather contradictory reviews, we decided nevertheless, despite a sufficient number of negative ones, to go to this hotel and make up our own opinion. I warn you right away that this is my first trip to Egypt (throw slippers at me for being biased).
We arrived at night. We checked in quickly and there was a snack in the room, a couple of rolls with sausages, fruits, juice, chips plus a mini bar with coffee and tea. It's a small thing, but it's nice. We checked in at 5 a.m., at 9 a.m. we met with the guide. We decided not to go to bed, went to the sea, met the sunrise... It's very beautiful to watch it from the pier...we got acquainted with the territory. The first impression was very pleasant. The room is spacious, the hotel grounds are clean, compact and intuitive, you will not get confused where and what you can find. Upon check-in, they give instructions where everything is described in detail. The breakfasts are ordinary. Lunch and dinner were pleased with the obligatory availability of seafood, it was either squid in different types of cooking, or shrimp, or fish, crabs. Always beef and chicken, or turkey. A sea of sweets of all kinds and varieties. And I thought about where people got who wrote that everything tasteless was dry, bland, and not edible....In my opinion, there was too much food and it was very tasty, which significantly affected our waists... especially these unimaginably beautiful sweets. And this is taking into account the fact that I do not like sweets at all. There were always fruits, I was surprised by the presence of mangoes.. honestly, we didn't even expect to find it on the menu, we thought we'd buy it, eat it...but all this was offered during dinner...and not crushed, but only with the side cut off, for ease of use. There were no questions, if you want to take the fruit to the room directly on a plate. In short, the issue of nutrition remained a pleasant surprise for me (remembering the reviews).
By the way, the alcohol is undiluted, so gin and tonic and rum cola were my favorites very strong...I had to ask to pour less strong alcohol into a cocktail.
Maybe not everyone notices right away, but in the lobby on the bar there is a schedule of the water park, which is located across the street a little to the right when leaving the hotel. It is free for the guests of the AMC hotel. On the left side there are shops where you can buy souvenirs and other things. A pharmacy with fixed prices (but you need to look at the price yourself, otherwise the gentleman who offers the product will assign a different price)))) this is the first experience of haggling in a pharmacy)))
I was very pleased with my stay here. The staff is unobtrusive and at the same time quickly eliminates comments... the light bulb in the bathroom burned out - it was replaced within 20 minutes. Isn't it a miracle? In Turkey, you would have to wait a day and be reminded three times.
I recommend visiting this hotel. Beautifully clean and delicious.

Nice, nice hotel, not 5, but 4++ yes..The food is there, the service is excellent. We were in early May 2024, there are always free sun loungers on the beach. There are free places near the pool. There is animation too, but it is unobtrusive.
Of the disadvantages, there is practically no Internet. Even the one that was bought there is no better than the general one. Only in the lobby and then only the whatsapp correspondence.

Lovely, cozy hotel .... Lived in room 1024 with access to the pool in the period from 06/08/2023 to 06/16/2016 . The animation is excellent, even amazing... It's interesting to watch adult animation! The food is good and my advice is to eat in moderation, especially in the heat
... many people fill their bellies, then they feel bad! Good beer, gin (I didn't drink anything else) the beach is safe, if you and your child can relax, he won't drown, there is a nice warm sea from the pier. Some people write that it's a long way to walk along the pier.... I will say that the hotel is very compact during your vacation to walk at least, and you are too lazy to walk along the pier and enjoy the sea. From the pier, the sea is beautiful with fish. The staff is not intrusive, the reception is weak in Russian, but they still help. I didn't like the fact that bartenders work without gloves and touch food with their hands, this is unacceptable. This is 2ka. There is no cleaning service at all in this hotel. 3 rooms were changed upon check-in. This hotel only takes out a canteen with varied and fresh food and bartenders. I do not recommend it. The pool is cleaned and chlorinated manually ((, it's good that I saw it on the day of arrival, did not visit it. There is a water park across the street from the hotel. Before lunch, $ 2 after $ 4 is the cost, they don't even charge their own (Arabs))). The child liked it, but did not go again. Restaurants are no different, only silence)(.

A good hotel, varied food: chicken, tuna fish, beef, fruits,vegetables, sauces,soups, tortillas are baked in the morning, a variety of meat products are grilled at lunch, everyone will find something to taste. It is better not to take sausages, they are not tasty. I can't say anything bad about alcoholic beverages if you drink in moderation. The beer is delicious, I haven't tried the wine, the cocktails are quite normal.
The rooms are quite cozy and clean, cleaned regularly, but not perfectly. The pool is very large and cool. The pier is big and long, we constantly spent time at the end of the pier, there were no people there and it was very atmospheric to watch the surfers.
The staff is friendly, but there were intrusive sellers of anything on site, which made my husband and me personally uncomfortable. A few words about the hotel guide, who divorced us on the very first day, changing euros for us at the dollar exchange rate and saying that there is a one-to-one exchange everywhere, as it turned out later, he simply deceived us, we did not want to spoil our mood and mentally wished him all the best for the money we won.
The hotel is located at the closest point to the pyramids. It is very convenient to go on excursions.

I rate the hotel at 5 stars, but because of the animators of the Russian girls, 2 stars. What are they even there for? They did gymnastics, yoga, etc., they don't know how to do it, it's not right at all, and they make everyone come to them, and every evening they make them write a review about the hotel. They don't even know English (they can't explain the rule of the game to the English)! I had a little chat with one, I went to tell my wife what the conversation was about. The food is delicious, we ran to the toilet after it, you can buy special pills at the pharmacy for $ 1-3. The pool is clean and treated. The sea is normal, without coral reefs, there are fish. They also record when you leave for an excursion (100% safety) The hotel is generally excellent, but because of the animators of the 2-star girls, they do not know anything and do not know how, useless workers and obsessive do not let them calmly give up and came to spend the winter cleanly, not knowing how to do anything. The Egyptian animators are super, funny, cool, speak 5-8 languages, and know their job.

We had a rest at this hotel. They were dissatisfied. We will definitely not come here anymore. From the first day there was a desire to leave as soon as possible.
1. A huge number of local residents. The women are covered in their robes, where only the eyes are visible. They swam in the same rags that they walk in, washed themselves right in the sea. They were always clinging to the pier stairs, which could not be passed. Their children are ill-mannered, they always climbed out of line, took other people's things, and their parents did not even make comments. There is always dirt after them, they do not clean up the garbage after themselves, even diapers were thrown on the floor, although there is a trash can nearby. They were simply ill-mannered, and it was unpleasant to rest.
2. Food. There was almost nothing to eat. From the side dish, only rice was normal. The rest is either in an incomprehensible gravy, or tasteless. The fish stinks of the swamp. There was no seafood, only once, and then they threw shrimp heads. They put meat dishes on themselves, they always put some cores or fat, and if you ask for another piece, then you had to beg. But they impose their own normally. There was nothing from the salads except vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, cabbage), which were often frozen. The desserts are disgusting, dry bread with cream.
3. Drinks. Of the juices, there was only pineapple, rarely apple. And then they often interfered with water. The water from the coolers stank.
4. Fruits. They didn't give anything except oranges, pears and dates. And those were unripe. Melons, unripe from the word, were given 2 times for the whole rest for dinner. But what about figs, bananas, mangoes and their other fruits? Clamped down.
5. Beach towels. Usually, where they rested, beach towels were handed over on the beach immediately after use, but here they had to carry them with them always to the room, they were changed only upon request.
6. Water. They didn't give bottled water themselves, every time they had to go to the reception and ask. Only 2 bottles were brought on request. And then we waited for 2 hours until they brought it.
7. Eviction. We were evicted at 12 o'clock, and departure from the hotel at 19. We wanted to extend the room or take another one for a couple of hours, but they refused. They barely asked for half an hour for 4 people to take a shower. And then only with an ultimatum that we will change clothes right in the lobby in front of everyone. And so they offered to wash on the beach without cabins and change clothes in the toilet. Complete horror.
8. The guide. He was extorting money. He sold his expensive excursions. And if you don't buy them from him, then he's "not friends" with you. He did not solve any problems, because they did not buy excursions from him.
9. Excursions at sellers on the beach. Never take from them. They're cheating. We took 2 excursions at once (it was our huge mistake). After 1 tour, we were terrified. The nature itself, the sea and the dolphins are magnificent. The atmosphere and staff are terrible. They got on the yacht with the covered ones, they consider themselves kings. A towel was stolen, eventually found later, but they had already dried themselves with it... They didn't look after the children, they were about to fall overboard. They put a one-year-old child on a table, he fell upside down, full of horror. The children took our things, you make a remark to them, they don't care. The drinks that were announced throughout the tour should be read immediately, it's good that they took the water. The tour included banana and cheesecake rides, which of course was not the case. Naturally, after such an excursion, we went to refuse the second one, hardly returned the money that we paid immediately (this led us into a bit of confusion, and for good reason).
10. Sockets. They were all broken up, they went away when charging the phone.
The hotel definitely does not deserve 5 stars. Maximum of 3 stars. Employees are lazy.
In general, I do not recommend this hotel. Maybe 3 stars would be fine, but not the 5 we paid for.

We rested at this hotel from 10.09.-18.09.2023 in room 1929 on the third floor.
A good hotel, friendly, unobtrusive staff, I understand almost everything in Russian. The room is clean, spacious, with a balcony (on the balcony there is a table and two comfortable chairs where you can enjoy the view of the sea and the neighboring hotel) the furniture is strong, the noise insulation between the rooms is gorgeous, the only minus was, we were settled on the right side partially with windows on the neighboring Hawaii hotel, where the music screamed until one o'clock in the morning, we did not change they began, because they had thoroughly decomposed and were not willing to move all our things.
The room was cleaned every day, two bottles of water were brought every day, if it was running out, you could ask for more at the bar. If you leave a tip, you will have new towel figurines every day).
There are comfortable sofas in the lobby and there is a free weak Wi-Fi, but there is enough for correspondence, you can connect Wi-Fi to the room for a fee, but it will be the same as in the lobby, there is no point in overpaying.
The food is good, varied, the food is delicious, there have always been meat and fish dishes, I didn't have time to try everything in 8 days. But most of all I liked breakfast, as there were always boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, delicious pancakes and good coffee. There were always dates, grapes, pears of two kinds, some kind of green citrus, melon every other day, mango was given with some kind of pastry a couple of times.
Near the shore, the sea is shallow, at high tide it is about waist-deep, it warms up well and you can lie in shallow water, it is very convenient for families with children, if you want to swim deeper, then you need to walk a little along the pier and there is always a lifeguard on duty. The sea is transparent, you can walk or swim with a mask to see a lot of wildlife. It is better to take coral shoes with you, because depending on the tide and low tide, the bottom is different, there are stones and sharp shells, I was lucky, and my husband cut his leg three times. The hotel has a pharmacy and a few shops, but I do not recommend it, the pharmacy is expensive, the prices are overstated by 2 times. If you leave the hotel, there are cheaper pharmacies on the right and left sides. Mango was sold on the right side of the hotel, the prices are not too high, you can not spend money on a taxi and buy there.
You can only get to the city from the hotel by taxi, it's a long way to go, well, as the guide intimidated us, it's not safe. At the exit from the hotel on the left side there is a taxi stand, safe, but very expensive, and if you ask for a ride to the old market, they will tell you a guide will help you there, but he will drive you only to those points with souvenirs from which he receives a percentage. It is better to buy a local SIM card and call a taxi via Uber, it is more reliable and safer, and most importantly cheaper. Very nice hotel! We had a rest with our son from September 8 to September 22, 2023. The staff is very friendly, almost everyone understands Russian. The rooms are large, the hotel is cleaned constantly, and cleanliness is monitored. To swim at a normal depth, you need to make some way along the pier and go down the stairs into the water. If you go swimming right at the pool, then it's shallow, knee-deep. The children are fine.

Nice compact hotel, warm pools in winter, large rooms with good bathroom. Normal towels and bath accessories.

Upon arrival at the hotel, they were immediately checked in, but they immediately said if you want a good view, you need to pay extra. Those who did not pay extra have a view of the counter or the bushes. Well, or as lucky as you are. We paid $10 extra and we got the number 1520. This is the first floor and has direct access to the pool. At first we didn't like it, but then we realized that it was very convenient. The room is large, but not completely clean, but it will do. Thank God for clean towels and linen sheets. In the morning we went to the sea, but there is no sea in the literal sense. The tide was out and the sea was not even knee-deep.
