Great hotel. I liked. The territory is small, but very cozy. The rooms are tired, the pool, the person reacts to every sneeze.a beach for every taste, it is possible on the grass, as close to the water as possible. The pier is 150 meters away. There are two descents and a pier at the end. You can swim at any depth. (that's 50 cm for children and under 2 meters) the food is beyond praise. Discos and other activities for children are held. One drawback is that there is thunderous gymnastics music at 15-16 o'clock. Children and the elderly can't rest.

Straight 3*+ , 5 only for children's animation, minidisko, we got to a foam party, full-length dolls, etc. The hotel is similar to the city, everything is there, but very small, the Russian-speaking staff came across. The beach is sand, it's a long way to go to the depth, the pontoon is long, you can swim from it, at the end of the fish, if you feed them, then a couple swims)) The kitesurfing station is great and the winds are great here too (we were in February). There was no fantasy food, meat and fish, minimal choice of fruits, and sometimes delicious oriental desserts. We are currently staying at this hotel (unfortunately, there are only two and a half days left). The food is excellent, the staff is friendly, there are many foreigners (Chinese, Germans, French, Czechs, Poles...). Room cleaning is daily, they clean well. I would like to mention the animation team- they are cool, lighters! Well done! By the way, the pool, which is closer to the beach, is heated (hot jets of water rise from the bottom). One of the minor disadvantages is that the furniture is not new (there is a scratch somewhere, something else somewhere) . But it's all such a small thing.So, I really like the hotel, but there are minor flaws everywhere.

We stayed at this hotel in March 2025.It's quite acceptable for the budget five, everything is as it is, but without frills. The staff is helpful, the rooms are large, the territory is not large, but well maintained. And most of the guests are European retirees and very, very many Chinese. I do not recommend this hotel. We chose the hotel based on its star rating. There are 5 stars, a rating of more than 9, i.e. it seems to be good. I read the reviews. Most of them are good.
What you liked:
- very good mattresses, pillows, bed linen.
All the other cons:
- the most important drawback is the location of the hotel. For understanding, after about 500 m. the asphalt ends behind the hotel and then the primer, i.e. this is the very edge of Hurghada. Accordingly, you will be picked up for the tour first and brought back last. The time is about 1-1.5 hours.
- the hotel is more for Pshekes and Fritzies, there are very few Russians. The staff does not know Russian.
- many people wrote and I agree, the entrance to the sea is very far away, you need to walk 200-300 meters along the pier.

We stayed at the hotel from 05/19/26/2024. At that time, the hotel had 4 stars, which is a stretch. I was very surprised by the negative reviews, probably people just did not read about this hotel when they were going to go there.
We chose it deliberately, precisely because we wanted a relaxing holiday, without excessive noisy animation. Yes, the hotel is located on the outskirts of Hurghada, we went to its center by taxi.
The room was a little tired, but the cleaning and towel change, as well as the renovation of the tea station (water, tea, coffee) were carried out regularly. We had a fourth floor, a balcony overlooking the sea.
The territory of the hotel is not large, but well maintained. We really liked that the hotel has its own small beach, clean and constantly cleaned. The sea is shallow, which is very convenient for children and those who don't really know how to swim (surprisingly, there were many of them). For lovers of the deep, there is a pier nearby, and it was a pleasure to walk along it.
There were few Russians in the hotel at that time, but there were no problems with the language barrier. The staff is responsive, not a single request was ignored. The food was varied, sweets and fruits (we had watermelons, melons, dates, tangerines, oranges, apples) were constantly present. There was a grill bar near the beach, and there was no shortage of food and drinks. Hurghada, like Egypt itself, is not very clean. There is no shortage of excursions, we traveled both independently (through a local tour operator) and with a hotel guide (somewhat more expensive, but more organized and comfortable).

I have been staying at this hotel since October 31, 2013 for nine days, and I still remember this holiday with warmth. The hotel left an exceptionally positive impression.
The pool was always crystal clear, it was carefully cleaned every day. The staff turned out to be not only professional, but also with a great sense of humor, which created a light and friendly atmosphere. The area was regularly treated with special smoke from insects.
It was especially pleasant to communicate with vacationers from Russia — everyone was open, friendly and easy to get in touch. The volleyball court was in good condition, and the cuisine at the hotel was varied and very tasty. One of the highlights of the holiday was a yacht trip to an island, the details have already been erased from memory, but the impressions remained unforgettable.

If you want to visit this place, think about it a few times. We have paid for the seaview. What was my surprise that seaview differs from seaside by the proximity of the room to the sea. Our fourth room on the fifth floor was no different from the room close to the ceiling, except that the view was better, you could see more of the sea. The rooms are not very big. If there is a couple, then there is enough space, but with a child, especially two, it will be cramped. The bathroom is large, there is a bathtub itself, a bidet, and a thoughtfulness chair, where can I go without it. There are no cups for toothbrushes, there is nowhere near the bathtub to attach washcloths to drain the water. There is shampoo and conditioner, liquid soap.
There is a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, disposable cups. You can watch RTR-Planeta, Channel 8, TV Rus, TNT on TV. The quality is not very good. And on RTR, the sound quality is disgusting, more precisely, pr-pr-pr. True, sometimes the sound breaks through, but not for long.
The Internet is only at the reception and is slow or charges $4 per day. We bought a SIM card from the guide for $8 for 20 GB. It is suitable for messengers and calls across the country. It's better not to watch the video. I watched the live stream on the platform for 1.5 hours. I didn't take any more chances, I just talked by telegram. And so is my husband.
When meat is fried on the fire in the evening, the smoke reaches the upper floors and spoils the air and mood for an hour and a half or two. Moreover, when kindling, they use ignition, the aroma is appropriate.

There are stewed vegetables, rice, potatoes, mashed potatoes. Lots of different pastries and pancakes in the morning, cakes for lunch and dinner. Fruits are only guava, oranges, bananas. Swimming pool.
It is cold in April, it is no longer heated, and the water is like in our spring lake in summer. The sun only shines on the pool until four o'clock, then the shadow. There are three pools: one for children, one with a gentle approach with steps and a depth with a head, and for adults a relaxation pool with sun beds just to lie down. And three slides.
Sea.
It is shallow for 700-750 steps along the catwalks to a depth of. You can walk on the water at high tide up to your waist, and at low tide above your knees. To swim, you need to walk along the catwalks almost to the end and go down into the water using ladders with normal steps. We had a rest from 1.04.25-8.04.25, the tour operator Biblio Globus. This was the first and last trip to Egypt, I suspect. We were assured that this is a top 5-star hotel, just a bomb. In fact, 3 stars is barely enough. It's scary to imagine what happens in hotels that originally claimed 3 stars. I really regret that we didn't read the reviews before booking, but we already read them when we were at the hotel.

1/ check-in to the circus room, first we checked into a room with a view of the walls of another building, separate beds, mold in the shower.
For an additional fee, we checked into a better room (I'm attaching a photo), there was less mold, the room was tired, the air conditioner was not working. For $ 2, we didn't really try to clean up. Clean water was brought regularly. Sockets are trash. I had to work on them to charge my phone.
2/ Wi-Fi works well only in the lobby on the 1st floor, for an additional fee ($25 per person!!) They gave me the WiFi password in the room, but it didn't really work. A local representative of the tour operator joined the issue, the money was returned creakily, and they used a local SIM card.
3/ Pain. Food. Sooo scarce. Photos are attached. The representative himself said that there was trouble with seasonal fruits in the hotel. Fruits include bananas, oranges, tangerines, and guava. There was also a melon, but it looked completely green, we didn't try it. There is no particular variety. Rice, stewed/fresh vegetables, omelet, chicken, beef, fish. Sometimes there were seafood, mostly shrimp heads)) They ate vegetables more often. 🫣 from soup is the name, balanda, not soup. We tried to go to another restaurant on site (there are 3 of them), but they don't differ in any way in terms of assortment, what's the fun?
4/Beach. Very shallow, water purity with varying success. Local touts regularly came up with excursions, went by the ears.
5/ the hotel is located on the outskirts, we were picked up earlier than everyone else, brought later than everyone else. There are few Russians in the hotel, several families have seen them.
Some of the staff speaks Russian, some don't, and they don't want to move at all without van Dolar.

We stayed at the hotel in October 2024.
The hotel is clean, the room is clean, the furniture is in good condition, the bed linen is clean, white, the room is cleaned every day. The staff is very polite.
The food is varied and delicious.
You can swim from the Pier or in the pool.
A lot of foreigners, that's a plus for me. In the evening, there is something to do: there is a children's room or you can listen to live music in the lobby of the hotel.

Now, on 10/20/2024, we have been staying at this hotel for the fourth day. The food is varied at dinner, even themed (Egyptian, Turkish cuisine). The food is all fresh and delicious. I rate the hotel at 5 stars, but because of the animators of the Russian girls, 2 stars. What are they even there for? They did gymnastics, yoga, etc., they don't know how to do it, it's not right at all, and they make everyone come to them, and every evening they make them write a review about the hotel. They don't even know English (they can't explain the rule of the game to the English)! I had a little chat with one, I went to tell my wife what the conversation was about. The food is delicious, we ran to the toilet after it, you can buy special pills at the pharmacy for $ 1-3. The pool is clean and treated. The sea is normal, without coral reefs, there are fish. They also record when you leave for an excursion (100% safety) The hotel is generally excellent, but because of the animators of the 2-star girls, they do not know anything and do not know how, useless workers and obsessive do not let them calmly give up and came to spend the winter cleanly, not knowing how to do anything. The food is not bad, but on the third day you realize that there is nothing to eat. Some stupid side dishes, rolls and pastries of different types, vegetables. Not cheese, not sausage.. There are no seafood, no fish. Fruits are at least of poor quality. Porridge is impossible to eat . Alcohol is clearly local. As for the beach, it's dirty!!! There is a bridge, you can swim from it, but the hotel is located in a wind zone and this should be taken into account when choosing. We didn't swim, the wind knocked us down. Locals go there to ride kites. There are very few Russians, mostly poor Europeans. It is located far from the center of Hurghada, in the evening you will not walk around the city, you need to take a taxi for 20 minutes- 5 dollars. The staff is quite friendly, there is animation every evening, saxophone and violin are played in the lobby , dancing and entertainment are local. I would not have chosen this hotel a second time for nothing.

The hotel has a compact, green, well-maintained territory. The windows of the room overlook both the pool with a spectacular view of the sea and nearby hotels. Upon check-in, dollars were put in the passport, the view from the window was on the pool with the sea. Someone writes that they were given a room with a view of the pool without dollars. But from our environment, everyone paid for the view! The guide from Anex Khalid, apart from the fact that you would buy a tour from him, you don't need anything else from you! We were with a small child and basically didn't plan any tours. Khalid told us that we were the only ones who did not buy excursions from him that day. In principle, we went for the sea and vitamin D. Which is what we got as a result!
The kitchen and bars had a modest choice, but they were not hungry. One big minus! There are a lot of local Arabs.... No matter what, but they brazenly climb without a queue, even if there are one or two people standing! There are a lot of sunbeds on the beach, which cannot be said about the pool (by the way, all the Arabs are mostly there). There is a very large pier, you can swim from the pier. For children, it is possible from the shore, but the waves wash up sharp shells to the shore (corals are still needed). We had a rest in August of the 24th year, the water was hot. The rooms were cleaned regularly, of course the quality leaves much to be desired, towels were changed on request. If you don't have big requests and you don't care that people are brazenly (younger than you) climbing in front of you, then the hotel is four stars.

Lovely, cozy hotel .... Lived in room 1024 with access to the pool in the period from 06/08/2023 to 06/16/2016 . The animation is excellent, even amazing... It's interesting to watch adult animation! The food is good and my advice is to eat in moderation, especially in the heat

There are no snacks, strictly breakfast, lunch, dinner! There are no burgers and the like for children! On the beach, the viewer constantly asks for Alyonka or a dollar, it becomes disgusting! Now about the good things, we took a trip to paradise island, the sea is super, reefs, fish! The rooms are cleaned every day, everything is clean and beautiful! The staff is friendly, the bars serve well, cocktails are made. The food is delicious and varied. The large water park across the street is free for this hotel, but the water there is also cold! There are no young people in hotels, there are very few Russians!

The beer is delicious, I haven't tried the wine, the cocktails are quite normal.
The rooms are quite cozy and clean, cleaned regularly, but not perfectly. The pool is very large and cool. The pier is big and long, we constantly spent time at the end of the pier, there were no people there and it was very atmospheric to watch the surfers.
The staff is friendly, but there were intrusive sellers of anything on site, which made my husband and me personally uncomfortable. A few words about the hotel guide, who divorced us on the very first day, changing euros for us at the dollar exchange rate and saying that there is a one-to-one exchange everywhere, as it turned out later, he simply deceived us, we did not want to spoil our mood and mentally wished him all the best for the money we won.
The hotel is located at the closest point to the pyramids. It is very convenient to go on excursions.

Despite the disadvantages described below, I give 4 stars, because in general it was comfortable to sleep and spend a small amount of time in the room. The staff is polite, but there is a moment of tipping and it plays a big role in this politeness, when they left money, they even washed the floors, left a lot of soap products, and when they didn't, they even saw traces of the staff's sneakers when they came (we didn't go further than the entrance in shoes, we took disposable slippers). In principle, the room was clean, everything was already a little shabby, but you can live comfortably. A huge minus for us is the knee-deep sea, and if the depth (and then it's loudly said), then it's almost to the end of the pier you have to go, the tour operator somehow forgot to mention it, although when buying a ticket it was the main thing that was said right away (I wanted to swim a lot, even the tan was 10 business) and even paid extra to have a room with a sea view. All access to the sea and pier (pool as well) at 18:00! They were closed. At least they would have left access to the pier, they would have made lighting so that they could walk in the evening (there are 2 attendants sitting there anyway! who drive everyone away from the water, at least allow them to walk along the pier until 21:00, And my disappointment is complete - this is a hotel for locals. On the pier, the locals occupy the stairs to descend into the sea and when you go down it is very uncomfortable, because they will discuss you in another language from head to toe (thinking that you do not understand anything).And they are a priority in service, and they do not know how to behave (not only children, but also adults), they walk through you, for them there are no other people besides them. Many times I've come across the fact that you're standing in line, but they don't care, they stand in front of you, take away tongs or a spoon, sometimes even ready to put their hands on themselves. Mom saw the situation: the guy took the pepper, TOOK a BITE and put it back on the distribution, but someone can take it on his plate (inattentive), and in general it was in his hands and mouth. There was a situation with me: for dinner there was passion fruit, which was cleaned by the staff (who wants to do it themselves, there were dishes that could be taken and cleaned on their own), and so they just threw me on the board, what they had time to catch, and put the locals neatly in a plate (this is about politeness and attitude to guests). In the lobby, children walk on sofas in shoes, put their feet on a table (these are adults) or walk on it in shoes (these are children), crumbs or spilled drinks are on almost half of the sofas. In general, I am disappointed with the people (local), I always try to treat others politely and somehow I want the same in return, but here you are polite, and they don't care about you. The entertainment part: there were small shows with dancing, tricks, but basically the same thing, we went twice and did not watch it to the end. I will return to the food: delicious, there is a lot of food, we found a definition of dishes that we liked for ourselves; vegetables were also enough; fruits were monotonous: apples, oranges, dates, and a couple of times there was unsweetened melon; cakes were generally monotonous (the color of the biscuit and decoration changed more than a part, and the taste was the same, and in the end instead of cream with plums, they just began to grind margarine with sugar, which crunched on their teeth), souffles and jelly appeared, something similar to a potato cake, and individual cakes were delicious and different in taste. On excursions: we took everything through a tour operator (it was the first time and we were afraid to take it from an outside place), but I would like to say more that on excursions from our hotel we were picked up first and brought last, but just far from the city itself. Everyone decides for himself what to take, and there is something to see everywhere. We went to the spa, everything started well, but my mother was crushed well, I was patted cleanly, and I couldn't even relax until the end, but the main thing my mother liked was a free excursion "Express shopping": it was interesting and really express, but they took me to shops where the tour operator has a percentage of sales, so they handle it specifically and very aggressively (they took oil for joints to my mother at the Nefertiti store, she has been using it for a week and there is zero effect, although the instructions say to use it for 10-14 days, at least a little bit, but the effect would be, and they paint that their oils are the best, then I read that it is better to take this in pharmacies, but we were in the pharmacy too and they cram vitamins that are expensive, I do not dispute that they are good, but we asked the consultant for specific things that we need, and he kept leading us to these expensive vitamins). We also went to Luxor: 14 hours for everything about everything, and 10 of them are the road, 4 are an excursion, we were as tired as possible, but there was really something to see and pleasant impressions were also received. The boat trip is gorgeous, snorkeling is wonderful, the underwater world in all its glory, and we were very happy that we took it and it was the final (before departure) walk. In the ribbon to the hotel (where the young man is sailing) this is a beach on the island of Orange Bay, and not a hotel, too, the question is: why mislead and take on even more negativity when people come and see the truth? For a large family with children, the ideal budget option, for children aged 5-6, the ideal depth (although I have always swam at depth with my dad since childhood, this is also individual), but if you swim, then a boat trip is the solution, at least one day swim at a decent depth, surrounded by a variety of fish. And the garbage in the sea is really from the locals, I have seen more than once how children and adults throw various garbage into the sea and the pool ... and then they themselves swim there…

Very nice hotel! We had a rest with our son from September 8 to September 22, 2023. The staff is very friendly, almost everyone understands Russian. The rooms are large, the hotel is cleaned constantly, and cleanliness is monitored. To swim at a normal depth, you need to make some way along the pier and go down the stairs into the water. If you go swimming right at the pool, then it's shallow, knee-deep. The children are fine.
