The service is from the category of "Dumb and dumber". We were on our way to Sighnaghi and decided to stop by to see the hotel for future check-in. We were not allowed in, because some stupid lady said that they were not allowed to enter the hotel without a reservation. That's how a "pimply girl" destroys someone's business…
