But for 15 minutes we waited only for drinks, after 45 minutes our long-awaited tempura roll was brought and after another 10 we brought the one that should be ready in 15. But as it turned out, they did not bring what we ordered, but the waiters, who do not seem to work for very long, do not understand where they have what dish, we were offered to leave what they had prepared. We ordered desserts, which we promised to cook in 15-20 minutes, and waited for almost 30 of them. It is unclear who works in the kitchen and how it happens that the waiters do not understand at all what their actual waiting time is. Two stars for a pleasant hostess and a waiter who at least tried to apologize.

In a few days, we booked a table for a certain time, and three guest suites were added to it. When we came to the institution, we hovered at the entrance for a long time, because the staff did not notice us at close range. In the end, when we were finally taken to the table, we were informed that there were only two cooks working in the kitchen, they could not cope, and therefore the pre-ordered gastronets would have to wait at least an hour and a half, and maybe more. And in general, they suddenly ran out of food, so the waiters had to run to the store and buy the necessary ingredients. Given the fact that it was already 9 o'clock in the evening, there was no desire to stay and wait in the hope that the order would be brought by 11 o'clock at night (unless something else runs out). And it is unlikely that you will want to waste time on this institution again.

Крайне неприятный осадок после заведения,из плюсов интерьер и рептилии.А вот персонал однозначно некомпетентный в своей работе,клиентоориентированности нету от слова совсем. Кальян хотели средний в итоге первые 20минут не возможно было курить из-за излишней крепости,на что кальяннный мастер сказала ,что табак какой-то новый и случайно оказался крепче заявленного.Далее в заказе был кофе и по меню было заявлено 200мл,а по итогу принесли в 2 раза меньше.
2ой раз решила сходить в заведение уже с мужем и заранее забронировали стол,но опоздали ко времени, об этом предупредили по телефону,на что ответили,что это не проблема . Стол я просила в определенном зале,но моя просьба не была выполнена,я об этом сказала и нас все-таки туда усадили,но сказали подождать 10минут ,пока подготовят его. Стол был липким и мокрым,но мы остались.Далее -по меню-того ,что заказывали половины блюд не было,последней каплей стала 3яя позиция в меню ,которой так же не оказалось.
Вывод:хотите посмотреть на рептилий,то можно зайти с улицы и потрогать их,многие так и делают,создавая огромное скопление людей у террариума . Меню-половины блюд нету,обманывают ро заявленному выходу порции,нету клиентоориентированности.
Не стоит тратить время и нервы в данном заведении
