The first impression of the hotel left much to be desired. An old hotel, very tired rooms in need of repair. But everything actually turned out to be completely different, firstly, a gym with the most modern equipment is free for hotel guests, and secondly, tennis and padel courts, which is very cool. Thirdly, spa treatments are simply at the highest level, yes, even there everything needs repair, but the staff, in particular the massage therapists, work at such a high level that all the disadvantages associated with a hotel in need of repair are immediately forgotten. Fourth, and probably the most important thing a guest should think about is the service, it is at the highest level here, which is very surprising, the service here is simply magnificent, the best, thank you very much.

The dress code for Basain's party is not what you prepare for when you leave Moscow's business dress code. However, someone will probably like this part too. It is expensive, there is no need to look for a price-quality balance.

A good hotel, the staff is friendly and smiling. There are Russian speakers...Nice beach, 2 swimming pools (one indoor), sauna, Jacuzzi, fitness... Everything for a good rest. In restaurants, very large portions - sometimes they couldn't cope))).
I was very surprised that they put only 2 cotton pads in the room... I had to buy it..
Check the bills, especially after restaurants - three times you found an "addition".
