I didn't like the hotel. The room was given in a building with a restaurant, on the 4th floor with a view of the neighboring building, which is 3 meters from the building. The building is abandoned. It can be seen that they were doing repairs there. All attempts to resolve the issue at the reception turned out to be deplorable. They're smiling. They take the chocolate . But they don't solve anything. They offered a view of the courtyard with an additional fee of 600 bots per day. The breakfasts are typical. Normal ones. If you are not picky, you will not stay hungry. There are also omelets and yogurts. Fruits, juices, some pastries. The location of the hotel is good. Across the street 7/11. Shops. Benches. Massage therapy. Entertainments. Everything is nearby. Banglo Road is a 3-minute walk away. Nearby there are markets and large shops such as central and jayseylong. There is a place to poke around. During the eviction, they began to demand 675 bots for the laundry. We lost 30 minutes proving that we didn't use the laundry. Be vigilant.In general, of course, everyone has their own choice, but we will never go to this hotel again. The pool in the courtyard is small. There is practically no one there. There is no recreation area as such. The pool, which is on the roof, is more or less normal. Room cleaning is mediocre. Although they tipped and treated me to chocolates . They're smiling. They nod. And they do everything in their own way. I especially didn't like the attitude when I was asked to change the room. The feeling that there is not enough staff at breakfast. The distance to the sea is also decent. Walk for 15-20 minutes . It's not much fun in the heat. I do not recommend it.

We had a vacation with my wife in March 2024. A cozy hotel. It seems to be in the city center near Patong Beach, but it is not audible.
Opposite is a cozy rock bar, good music, almost until morning. There is an exchanger nearby, you do not need to go far. The breakfasts may be the same, but there is enough choice so that you don't get bored. Rooms are cleaned every day. At the end of the rest, the air conditioner died. They were moved to another room within an hour. Friendly staff. To the sea 5-7 minutes on foot through the hotel opposite.

We had a family vacation of 3 people. from April 2 to April 15, 2023. I liked the location of the hotel, 2nd line, 6-8 minutes on foot. from the famous Bangla Road and the Jang Ceylon shopping Center. I liked the room, spacious, with a balcony. A beautiful breakfast room, a variety of delicious breakfasts. The view from the hotel. We didn't swim in the pool, went to the sea, but in the mornings and evenings we saw vacationers splashing around. The room is cleaned daily. They didn't leave tips. The service is good.
To the sea, 5-6 minutes on foot through GOST.on the contrary, but swimming is better to go to the "northern" part of the beach, which is to the right of Bangla, where the sea is blue and quite clean.
At 5:30 a.m. on the day of departure, they presented a bill of 600 baht, for allegedly soiled mango "gray"-a dirty towel (maybe revenge for the lack of tips?) ... People on the bus grumbled about the delay of the bus, had not to contact and put out the money... The hotel is wonderful, we definitely would have come here again ..., but a sad aftertaste remained...

The staff is certainly smiling, but when it comes to solving cases, everyone is stupid. After reading the reviews, we arrived and properly fixed all the defects in the room, as a result, we changed it, but the new one had dirty laundry that other guys from the reviews were forced to compensate as not washable. Naturally, they were immediately replaced. But I don't know what would have happened at the eviction if they hadn't noticed.

Everything is within walking distance, Bangla Road, shopping malls, an exchange office around the corner, favorable rates, you do not need to look for anything. The staff is friendly, but they don't understand Russian at all, this is a minus. The breakfasts are monotonous, but there is a choice. They clean up every day, but I didn't notice that the floors were washed. Tea, coffee, water are served every day, there is a kettle. Well, first of all, the room is not small enough, I don't understand, in general, what you can do in a huge room, you spend a minimum of time in it. Yes, it's dusty in some places, but in general, the floors are clearly washed, the bed is clean, everything is clean in the bathroom too. The windows overlook the pool, the view is good. Air conditioning,hair dryer,wi-fi, everything works. We were at breakfast (buffet) now, well, very decent, you can find something to eat even for a child. I don't know if we'll make it in time. I've tried everything in a week. The only thing is that the fruits, for some reason, are not ripe. We beat at breakfast at 8:30, it will be late by 10 and nothing will be left, as many write that they are not satisfied with breakfast.
And from the cons, there is 1 towel in the room, although the room is for two, but we asked for the second, we are waiting) There were no problems when checking in, too, we checked in at exactly 14, although we arrived at 12:30, but we did not sit, did not wait, went while we exchanged money, right there at the hotel, on in the corner, we ate and just came up to 14. Cleaning, every day, but without addictions. There are no bathrobes, slippers, brushes. 2 towels per person. The third towel is not even given on bail. One key card per room. They'll walk around and open the door for you, but they won't give you a second one. Break a glass of 100 baht. The deposit upon check-in is 1000 baht. If the deposit receipt is lost, the deposit is not refunded. The restaurant has 4 kitchens. Russian starting from kvass, herring under a fur coat, etc. That's all the Russian soul wants. Italian pizza in two sizes, more than 12 varieties. European cuisine, meat, steaks on coals, kebabs. Well, it's local. Delicious cocktails. The rooms are different.
