The kitchen is on site, there is an opportunity to cook on your own. There is also a cafe "home cooking" on the territory - everything is always fresh, a customized menu. Very tasty! The room has a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning. There is always water. The beach is 5-7 minutes away through a relict grove. In general, we liked everything. We recommend it for those who like quiet, family holidays.

We rested in this place in 2022, this year we decided to go back to Ampar. And they were very sorry! It was not possible to eat in the dining room: mashed potatoes were just suppressed with a fork (no milk or butter) to swallow! The pumps are like a rubber sole... everything is very spoiled! There is a self-service dining room to cook separately, but everything is done in this dining room so that everyone eats only in their dining room! There is one stove for 2 camphor burners for the entire guest house! In general, take a queue! There are few pots and they are all battered and without handles! No glasses, all the plates are broken, knives in general. If someone is seen in the kitchen at 23:00, A SCANDAL IS GUARANTEED! They say: they pay for the light, it's funny! Even the owners sent mats🙈 One of the housewives is constantly drunk in the evening and sends everyone! Saying: Respect those who are fighting for you! No respect for the guests! I didn't even hear an apology the next day! I was told: we will not stay without vacationers! It's not nice that EVERYTHING HAS CHANGED SO MUCH! Towels are not provided! In 2 weeks, NO ONE HAS CLEANED the room EVEN ONCE, if you want, take a mop and mine yourself. At a price of 6000 / day + extra bed. Extra seat (cot) with protruding springs , squeaky ! The only advantage of this guest house is its location! Close to the sea and a nice courtyard! Out of a bunch OF HOSTS AND HOUSEWIVES, THE ONLY ADEQUATE PERSON IS Slavik! Thanks a lot to him for everything! We won't go back there anymore and we won't advise anyone! And so all the guests who rested Here responded. I do not recommend it!

I like the guest house itself, it has a large territory, there is a place for children to walk, this was one of the reasons why we chose this house. Close to the beach, also a big plus. There is a cafe on site, which is also a plus. Each room has its own bathroom, refrigerator, TV Only in 4 years nothing has changed, it seems that they returned in the same year. Last time we stayed on the 2nd floor, where there is a private balcony with a table and chairs; it was very convenient, but with children, if the stairs are too steep... They may fall, parents need to keep an eye on this. This year they offered a room on the ground floor, it was agreed that it was a 4-bed room (booked in advance for 4,500 days, called up, the phone number remained from the last time). In fact, it's a shame that when we arrived, we presented a room with one double bed and a small sofa (there were five of us and everything was agreed..) They brought another bed, for which the price rose to 5,000 per day... The bed is uncomfortable, the double bed is very soft (but here for an amateur ...), there was very little space due to the extra bed...(, there is no table of its own, as on the second floor, in fact, for small things only the top of the refrigerator and a small bedside table (it was very inconvenient) Before checking in, it rained heavily somewhere during the day, probably because of this, the first 3 days in the room the entire floor was constantly wet, the walls were also soaked at the bottom. Ants are crawling, they even wanted to buy a gel against them, but they were not in the store. There's a fur blanket on the bed, scoops, you can't see it, it's better than an ordinary one. There is Wi-Fi, but it doesn't pull everywhere. In the cafe, the prices, in my opinion, are greatly inflated. Our children do not eat much, it would be convenient to take half a portion, but they did not do so when asked (although they could have met halfway). There is a pharmacy and a shop in the village itself. There is a kitchen on site where you can cook on your own (there are like 3 refrigerators, two 2-comfortable stoves, tables are enough, I don't remember about the presence of kettles) Tips for the owners, develop, if you increase the price, you have a very good location of the guest house, it is very captivating), maybe you need to buy a generator for the time of turning off the lights. And some individual pieces for rooms where to dry clothes (we've seen them in other houses And a little more responsibly approaches the resettlement of those who have already booked rooms in advance (since it happened to us that, in fact, the room was provided for 3 people, but something else was agreed, we saw a situation when people arrived at a certain room number, booked, but it seemed to them that another one and waved it off, which does not matter ...) The place itself is beautiful
