The main advantage of this hotel is its location in the heart of the city. The hotel is small, there are few guests. The staff is polite, even helpful.
While we were waiting to check in, we were offered tea and told how best to plan our stay in the city. They offered, of course, to order excursions or taxis through them. They speak only English.
The hotel is in need of renovation, and just at the time of our stay, a worker was covering up holes in the walls. There were smudges on the ceiling and walls in our room.
But the room itself is quite cozy. Bathroom with normal plumbing, shower. There is a hair dryer, gel, shampoo, etc.
Breakfast on the 6th floor with a wonderful view of Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, as well as a view of the Bosphorus and even a piece of the Marmara Sea.
The breakfasts are not very varied, but there is something to eat. There are always a few cupcakes, jam, rolls... My husband didn't have enough porridge.
It's a good hotel in general. We are very happy with our stay.

A wonderful boutique hotel in the historical center of Istanbul! Lovely and helpful staff, always greeted with a smile (they don't speak Russian). The rooms are small, comfortable, have everything for a comfortable stay (air conditioning, small refrigerator, Wi-Fi, dishes, etc.) were cleaned every day. Breakfasts with an incredible view are something, a variety of dishes, pastries, thanks a lot to the cook. The location is excellent, close to the ferry stations, from where you can sail to any part of Istanbul, walk to the main attractions and enjoy the atmosphere, in the evening you can walk to the promenade and enjoy the Bosphorus and the Marmara Sea. I recommend the hotel, it was comfortable and pleasant to stay.

A wonderful hotel in the heart of the old town, many attractions are within walking distance. Delicious breakfasts with pleasant music and a gorgeous view from the windows.The room on the 5th floor is spacious, stylish, with comfortable pillows and a mattress. It is a pity that at 7 a.m. all movements and preparations for breakfast on the 6th floor were heard ( poor sound insulation ) Next time we'll take a room on the 4th floor. There is an elevator ( convenient ) All towels were changed daily , the room has a hairdryer , kettle and dishes, the staff is friendly without intrusiveness, even despite the absence of Russian-speaking staff. The interior of the hotel is stylish, You definitely want to come back here for warmth and a warm welcome!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!! December 2023.

Приятный отель в самом центре старого города, многие достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Достаточно хороший ремонт в номере, очень чисто и опрятно, есть кондиционер, чайник, кружки и вода. Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал, помогли вызвать такси в аэропорт, и как оказалось могут сделать бутерброды с собой в дорогу, если улетаешь до завтрака, только нужно попросить.

I join all the positive reviews - the hotel is wonderful, I came to it on the recommendation of a friend, now I can safely recommend myself. Nice, cozy, very clean, the location is perfect, the staff - from the porter to the waiters in the restaurant (20% discount for hotel guests, if anything) - is welcoming and friendly without intrusiveness. The views from the top floor, where breakfast is served, are incredible. Muezzins can be heard, but even with the windows open (+25 degrees in October!) and early in the morning it does not make you nervous, but adds color. I will be happy to come again.

Hello.I do not recommend Alzer hotel for accommodation.We stayed there in the period 09/5/2024-09/10/2024.The room is shabby, the wall sconces are broken, the TV does not work.during the entire period of stay, no action was taken to eliminate the breakdown, although the receptionist answered every day when they would fix it - today.In general, there is a feeling of shabbiness everywhere in this hotel.The money paid for it is definitely not worth it.And four stars is not about him.

One person can discredit and devalue the work of a large team!
Today, when leaving the hotel, we packed up all our things in the morning , left them in the room and went to breakfast , before that I counted the money in my purse ... went to breakfast , returned for things , got into a taxi and left for the airport , and then I find THAT 600 lira WAS PULLED OUT OF THE BAG!! I'm sure it happened at the hotel, while we were at breakfast , there are no other options ! There is definitely a THIEF among the staff of the hotel!
The hotel itself is very pleasant, everything is so nice, clean, the location is great!
But this petty theft ruined the impression!
By the way, the safe in the room does not work, they said it was broken)))
And I also remembered that one day we went into the room after breakfast, and then a man from the staff abruptly enters it without knocking, saw us , sori sori and left quickly ! It seems like I came in by mistake !!! Draw conclusions

Отличное расположение в центре старого города в 100-150 м от от главной мечети, прекрасные завтраки «шведский стол»- вкусные, уборка каждый день, вид из окна чудесный на Босфор и Султанахмет , прекрасный отзывчивый персонал, мой номер для одного/ очень удобен, минус- отсутствие нормальных российских программ(были тнт и что то вроде этого), вайфай норм, в номере было очень чисто

Отличный отель на 5+! Расположение лучше не пожелать, приятный сервис. Ежедневная уборка. Кровать ммммм. Шикарный, разнообразный завтрак, на террасе с видом на голубую мечеть, айя софию и море 😍. Имеется лифт

Отличная гостиница в центре Стамбула. Завтраки достойные в ресторане на крыше с панорамными видами. Сервис хороший. Расположение удачное. Все рядом. Рекомендую.

Отличное расположение прямо в историческом центре. В трех минутах остановка скоростного трамвая. Может не очень разнообразный, но вкусный завтрак. Есть лифт. В номерах чисто, убирают каждый день.

Суперрасположение - прямо у колоннв Константина. Вид за завтраком на Голубую мечеть и Айя-Софию. Приятный персонал. Чистые номера, безупречное белье. Все работает, напор воды хороший. Завтрак довольно скромный. В номере нет халата, принадлеждностей для глажения и различных однораховых наборов. В ванной маленькие тюбики шампуня, кондиционера и геля для душа, мыльце. В цеобщем приличная евротройка (не четверка) в самом тур.центре города.

Очень удобное расположение. Уютная гостиница. Завтраки на терассе вообще сказочные. Надира , русскоговоря официантка, вообще молодец. Во всём помогала . При первой же возможности приедем ещё раз. Всём рекомендую.

Еда обычная, даже немного скудновата, в номере нет халатов , я на них рассчитывала 🥹, не брала свои , поэтому неудобно, на ресепшене не говорят по Русски для нас тоже было сложно объяснять , чисто , убирали каждый день

Замечательный отель. Вид из окон - фантастический. Ночью, глядя на Голубую мечеть, чайки, как ангелы кружат. Обслуживание отличное. Завтрак-- любимый, это омлет. Приехала домой, третий месяц не могу произвести ничего подобного. Хоть езжай за РЕЦЕПТОМ! Рядом масса достопримечательностей в пешей доступности. Кухня в отеле вне конкуренции! Если жив я только буду, чудный отель я навещу, у Алзера погощу😍 Очень рады, что повезло погостить у Вас!
