We celebrated our birthday on March 9th, and everyone liked the place, the atmosphere, and especially the sauna complex with an outdoor font. Upon arrival, I was greeted by polite staff, everything was explained, everything was shown. By the appointed time, the baptismal font and the bathhouse were ready, there was no need to think about adding firewood, because everything is being done for you. No one bothered us, as mentioned in the reviews below, the camera is only on the street at the entrance to the house and that's it, for your own safety. Everything is clean and cozy. In particular, I would like to say thank you to the hostess of the house, a very positive and polite girl. Everyone enjoyed the rest, even the parents, and everyone was satisfied. A very cool place near the city for a good time, I advise you)

We had a rest with a company of 8 people on 03/06/25, celebrated the anniversary, we really liked everything, the fresh air, the house was clean and tidy, a spacious banquet hall, billiards, dishes, skewers, towels, slippers, everything for a comfortable stay, especially the guests appreciated the sauna and the pool - just a delight!

We had a rest quite recently. If it were possible to give 0 stars, then it would really be a well-deserved rating. It all started with the fact that the person servicing this complex treated us like pigs who came to the barn. They asked for an axe to split wood for lighting the barbecue, but he said no. There's a whole mountain of firewood nearby, but no one will give it to you. The barbecue itself was standing in the pouring rain, and a request for help to move it under the leaking roof of the so-called canopy was refused. The pool has green, smelly water, smells of mold, and the bathroom of the sauna complex stinks of fish pellets. The steam room also smells terrible. Karaoke is not working. One crooked and ringing cue, apparently, will soon break and someone will get on the money. There are 3-5 pieces of toilet paper in all toilets, and this is for a day stay of a company of 10 people. When there's a great company, you don't even have to pay all the attention to it, but the end of our vacation was just ruined at the root when they came to take over the house and charged for a broken chair (or rather, for a lintel) that had been broken long before us. The first thing the "caretaker" started checking was the chairs, of course, he was clearly looking for this chair, which constantly brings him profit. He charged us 50p. allegedly for the repair of a chair, without giving out any documents or checks in exchange. A simple divorce for money. Therefore, if suddenly someone decides to go to this "burp", save yourself from a 50p pop-up, and check all the chairs upon check-in. The whole festive mood was ruined. I would never advise anyone to go there. We constantly travel with this company to similar vacation spots, everything was everywhere for vacationers, and everything was done here so that no one would ever return there. Huge greetings to the management. And the verification of their commercial activities.

The recreation center is perfect for a holiday! The company of 12 people had a rest. There was enough room for everyone. On the basis of 2 mini kitchens with dishes and cutlery, barbecue under a canopy. A sauna with a swimming pool and a font on the porch, which are heated for 3 hours, deserve special attention. The font is cool! When it's +5 outside, and you're basking in warm water against the background of golden autumn!

An excellent manor house, a large spacious dining room, a billiard area, an aqua zone with a swimming pool, steam room, showers, toilet on the ground floor, as well as a kitchen and a stormy counter. The second floor also has a kitchen, microwave, refrigerator and two bedrooms with bathrooms and shower. The dormer windows in the bedroom were particularly pleased. You fall asleep with the view of the stars.

Of the advantages, only the house itself, the atmosphere, like in a concentration camp. Nothing is allowed here. You are constantly being watched, looking out the windows. We rested only as girls, I think that a man cannot come in during our vacation. No privacy whatsoever . There is no sign that there is a camera there. For some reason, the guard decided that he had the right to come in at 5.30 am to pick up the extension cord..why can't this be done at the time of departure? The conversation with the director on the phone was not informative and not aimed at solving the problem. He laughed arrogantly into the phone.
This is the first time we are in a similar situation, in other places where we rested ... this did not happen! Impressions are ruined.

An amazing place to relax. It was so clean, cozy and thoughtful, beautiful interior. The pool is large and most importantly the water was comfortable and not icy. The font is just super. The bathhouse is great. Thanks to the organizer. I will advise my friends. I will be happy to come there again to rest 🥰🥰🥰

Excellent recreation center, sauna, swimming pool, billiards, hurak. There are disadvantages, but I think this is solvable - the hurak is heated to 37 degrees, the temperature is like in a "kind of warm bath", it cools down very quickly in winter, if you want a really hot font, then specify the place; if you really need billiards, then he is dead, that the kiyam, that the table is very bad. But this does not prevent you from having fun at all.

The house for living is very decent. The room, living room, kitchen are all well renovated. Even for connoisseurs of foreign hotels. But the area around leaves much to be desired. There is a lot of unfinished construction, lack of pedestrian paths. Everything is under construction. Nature is nearby, the river birds are singing. A great quiet place to relax with a barbecue. I want to go back.

The place is great, beautiful nature , the house is very cozy and modern, minus the cold water in the pool, do not provide firewood! On the plus side, all the dishes are available for a large company , Underfloor heating, there is amateur karaoke, on the second floor there are 2 rooms with very beautiful windows on the roof , the view in the morning is beautiful)

I accidentally found this place on Yandex when I was looking for a place to stay for the night.
Great place: forest, nature, clean air, modern renovation, no feeling of wear or dust. The interior is without frills, which can be seen in apartments for rent in Gomel))), they probably think that monograms are expensive-rich!Everything is concise and functional here. Modern, fresh renovation. Refrigerator, microwave, fully equipped kitchen. I took one night, stayed for a few. I don't want to leave, I want to come back. I recommend.
PS: check-in at the gate is a little scary, but behind the old buildings there is a normal house with all amenities.

I stopped.... No, I went there a couple of years ago. I booked through Booking. The place is good, the hotel is clean, but there were no declared services, namely:
- payment by card
- the bar was closed
- there are no breakfasts
As they left for a nearby hotel, they did not want to overcome difficulties
