I used to visit this cafe very often alone, with friends and family. I really liked the kitchen and the service. The staff was always at the highest level. This time we decided to visit this cafe. I sat on the flight deck for 20 minutes and without waiting for anyone, my husband went into a cafe. The waiters said that we make the order indoors, pay immediately and then our order will be taken out to us.
And if I want to order something else in the process, I will need to come up, pay, and pick it up again. And why pay 10% of the service? The staff talks through their lips, as if showing me a service by dropping into their establishment.
If it were possible to put minus stars, I would put minus 10 stars out of 5

Excellent cafe , very tasty dishes , fairly cheap prices, I recommend personally trying their signature beef lagman in this place, it was the best of all where I tried.

The food is delicious, it was one of the most favorite establishments, but the waiters' service is just terrible, rude and boorish. It is better not to go there after 9 pm, they try to get out faster, then there is no bread, then the kitchen is already closed, although they say on the phone that the kitchen closes at 10. It's a shame when the service in your favorite establishments becomes very, very terrible. I hope the management will make a decision to correct this situation, otherwise they will lose regular customers.

We were at this cafe for a memorial dinner. The interior is nice, the food is for 4 (out of 5), the service is long, there was one waiter for 15 tables and probably the hostess herself. Borscht was brought cold, pilaf and manti are warm.
