We booked a phone early in the morning, and my reservation was confirmed, but a couple of minutes later they informed me that it had been sold out yesterday. At the same time, the day before, we talked with an employee about this phone, but no one mentioned that it was no longer available, and even if it was sold after I expressed a desire to purchase it the next day, it would be possible to simply notify about it, rather than mislead.
