It's a pity to leave such a review, but unfortunately the cafe staff forced ((. Very tasty cakes, but the service... I have been living in Batumi for 5 years and during this time we took cakes in this cafe many times, and although sometimes I came across outright disregard in this cafe when they serve people who came in after me, but they just don't notice me ((very tasty desserts, each time they encouraged me to turn a blind eye to a dismissive attitude. Today we decided to invite friends to the cafe and treat them to a cake. They first announced one amount to us, when my husband asked what such an amount was taken from, they calculated the prices for cakes and tea, which cost 5 lari, after which another employee came out and said that tea was cheaper and they announced another price + service fee. We are not against the service fee, but it is not written about it anywhere, we were not provided with a menu where this information is indicated. The feeling that the price, except for the price for cakes, which is indicated on the products, was taken out of my head. When we left, I thanked them in Georgian, but no one even looked at us, although we were the only visitors. I will not return to this cafe anymore and I will not recommend it to any of the guests. Fortunately, there are many other excellent coffee shops and pastry shops in Batumi with equally delicious desserts and wonderful staff.

It's a disgusting place! The worst thing about Batumi. I fell for the blogger who advertised. There is nothing better than Vanilla love.
We went there, the price tags were microscopic, nothing was visible, we were not very well received, it was clear that we were not welcome there. I ordered a meringue (5.5 lari) and a basket for the child (3.5 lari) Americano with milk, for some reason they made a cappuccino (7 lari) and it turned out to be 18 lari!!! It's not a direct connection) I'll explain: 5.5+3,5+7 = 16) and the service fee is 10% (which is not legal in Georgia) and still it doesn't get 18😂😂😂 and the cashier decided to just round it up in her favor)))
It was necessary to make a scandal! But I was being modest, it's a shame when they take you for a fool!
So, the meringue was frozen. They didn't even defrost it properly, and there was ice inside) the coffee is full of shit, the cheapest) in general, I really DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! If you can call it that))) and I don't want to see their unhappy faces either)

A wonderful pastry shop! Cakes and pastries are works of art! A huge selection for different tastes. You can drink coffee, tea with cakes and have a good time, you can take it with you. The service is friendly, the atmosphere is pleasant.
