I definitely RECOMMEND IT!!!
A very stylish and modern small hotel.
The rooms are quite large and comfortable. With air conditioning - which is very important for the Abkhazian climate) Near the sea. A great pebble beach. Sun beds with umbrellas are reserved for hotel guests on the beach)
One of the main advantages of the hotel is the presence of a restaurant. Very tasty European cuisine! Breakfast and lunch were included in the price. If desired, a delicious dinner could be ordered from the menu. The prices are quite affordable.
Special respect to the owners of the hotel, Alexander and Yulia, who managed to create a hospitable and cozy place to which you want to return.

It's a lovely hotel.The owners, Julia and Alexander, are interesting interlocutors and pleasant people. And in principle, all the hotel staff also deserve praise.
The hotel is small, but that doesn't make it any less cozy. The rooms are large and free. Our room had a balcony with partial sea and mountain views.The sea is just a couple of steps away.
I remember our trip to this hotel with great warmth. 💖

NEW YEAR'S TALE ALUAR BOUTIQUE
A miracle happens in every person's life, a New Year's miracle, to be more precise. In children more often, it is easier to surprise them, in adults - less often, with age it is already difficult to be surprised at something, it is pleasant to be surprised, I mean. Hand on heart, I didn't expect anything wonderful, much less magical, from celebrating the New Year in my 40s. And yet, it happened. It is a miracle to get acquainted with Alexander and Julia and their brainchild "ALUAR BOUTIQUE"...
The hotel, although not large, was very "comfortable", we were upgraded (for free) and our room was spacious, bright, equipped with everything necessary : safe, WiFi, bathrobes, slippers, large flat modern smart TV., wonderful cosmetics (we bought one for ourselves and friends, upon check-out) a large shower corner and modern plumbing. The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed as well every day. By the way, tangerines in the room and in the lobby and at the bar never ran out. Since I'm talking about food, special thanks to master chef Andrey, his dishes have always been delicious, exquisite and varied, and the portions are huge. I, a fairly large man, a big fan of eating, hardly ate a full meal, whether it was breakfast or lunch. A New Year's banquet is generally a belly feast and a gastronomic orgasm.
At the New Year's party, in addition to the delicious "table", there were pleasant interlocutors, interesting and fun entertainment, and after that - a gorgeous fireworks display and swimming in a warm pool with tangerines.
The sea is a 3-minute walk away, we did not have to swim, but we liked to take a walk after breakfast or before dinner. Julia kindly took us for a ride and conducted an informative tour of local attractions, Alexander told many interesting stories from his busy life, as well as anecdotes that he is a great master at telling. It was a wonderful New Year's holiday in all aspects, I am very glad that I met this year in this wonderful place and met such wonderful people.

The best place to relax the soul and restore the nervous system😁

And it was the best 10 days!
The hotel captivates with its modern, thoughtful design and refined style😍
The peaceful atmosphere makes you forget about everything... There comes complete relaxation for the soul.

We spent two weekends at the Aluar Hotel. The room is great, the place is quiet, the sea is 3 minutes away.
Everything in the hotel is relaxing. And all sorts of pleasant little things , up to a spray that improves falling asleep , are pleasing

My first acquaintance with Abkhazia happened in March 2023, and it was magical! Rest alone, eating at the hotel is just a dump of the head, breakfast is a separate topic of my photos))) Julia and Alexander - thank you very much for the time spent and the guide who made viewing the Ritsa a wonderful day. I wish you development and recommend you repeatedly. A delightful hotel for real hedonists! And by the way, there is a cool heated swimming pool that works all year round and around the clock - my separate point🫶

A wonderful chamber hotel with caring hosts and staff. Wonderful cuisine. Breakfasts are just space. A magical location. The rooms are gorgeous. 3 minutes to the beach with its own sun beds. We really want to return.
But.. only to the terrain. There is no promenade in the village if you want to walk in the evenings. For understanding. 😁

We had a vacation with my wife in August for a week. Half board, suite 43 square meters with balcony - super, second floor. The food is a restaurant. Everything is very tasty and varied. Respect to the chef. The owners of the hotel are responsive and friendly. We recommend it.

We stayed at this hotel from July 17 to July 26, 2022. The ALUAR boutigue hotel is the perfect combination of modern functionality and sophisticated style. Perfect in every way! The pearl of Abkhazia! The hotel is very stylish, aesthetic and modern. The rooms are comfortable. Furniture, plumbing – everything is new, designer. Impeccable cleanliness! The exquisite cuisine will delight even the most discerning gourmets. Chef Andrey is a professional of the highest level! Magician, magician! Aluar boutique is a magical place!!!
Our vacation with my husband was planned very spontaneously and quickly, which means we had to hurry with the choice of a hotel. Initially, we chose a different hotel, in a different place, but we "flew" off the reservation because there were no seats, and in order not to miss the plane, we had to choose something else. Oh, a miracle! My eyes fell on Aluar boutique and we didn't hesitate to book a room there. The first thing I want to say is that this is an adult hotel, it really is a place where you immerse yourself in an atmosphere of peace and quiet. Children are great, but sometimes you want to take a break from your own and from others)

At the hotel, we were immediately greeted by the beautiful Julia and Alexander (the owners of the hotel). From the first minutes, you understand that the hotel is full of care and comfort, comfort is provided here, don't even worry) The hotel is located a couple of minutes from the sea, which is even more pleasing. The rooms are just a fairy tale! Space, cleanliness, and most importantly, service. The chic design of the rooms, the pastel linen is perfectly white and even crisp) All the accessories for the shower, for care, everything is there, and natural Abkhazian cosmetics, which also does not go unnoticed)
Breakfast was included in the price of our voucher, but the breakfasts here are very rich, they serve porridge, scrambled eggs and pancakes!Lunch and dinner could be ordered at their restaurant. And oh Gods, I'll say right away, a gastronomic orgasm, here you will get right away))! The service is restaurant-style, the food is incredibly delicious, they can cook whatever they want. Chef Andrey delighted with dishes every day. (Special respect to Andrey!)Portions are just what you need!You won't stay hungry here. My husband and I still don't know how we will live without such delicious, namely delicious cooked food. By the way, we did not return home on the due date, but extended the pleasure)
The hotel is not big outwardly, only 5 rooms, a warm pool, and the feeling in it is like in a large bathtub, at + 13 and the rain it was also very impressive and great.The territory is not large, it is in the process of transformation, there are fir trees and squirrels around, in general, nature is beautiful.
We are very grateful to Julia and Alexander for such a welcome, for comfort, for the fantastic cuisine! Thank you for your responsiveness in any questions!!! We wish you prosperity and further, good tourists and that more and more people fall in love with you and your hotel, and most importantly come back!!

Julia and Alexander! Thank you for your hospitality, warm attitude and pleasant communication with us, your guests! Opening the door of the hotel immediately gets into a comfortable space for yourself! We were always happy to return to our huge, clean, cool room after tourist activities. Suite 33 is on the third floor with a balcony. Comfortable room layout, everything is thought out for comfortable accommodation of things. A wonderful mattress, bed linen, pillows, snow-white bathrobes and towels! We have already written about the proximity to the sea in the reviews above - indeed, in a couple of minutes you will be on the beach! Delicious food! The pool is warm and clean! Thanks to chef Andrey, the fairy of cleanliness and order - Astrik! Thanks to Julia and Alexander for a few days spent in an oasis of hospitality and comfort!

The best modern hotel in Abkhazia. Thank you very much to the owners of the hotel for the warm welcome, they are always at the hotel, they fulfill your every wish: they brought us a car for rent to the door of the hotel, the best food for the most refined taste. They will provide an umbrella if it rains, and there are many sun beds on the beach. Wi-fi was not working well in our room, we were immediately connected to a separate one and everything worked fine. Thank you for such a kind attitude. I wish you only the best and prosperity. We were in October 2022, we were lucky with the weather, we swam in the sea. The hotel has modern spacious rooms, with a large balcony, air conditioning, 2 modern TVs, Internet, bathrobes, slippers, towels, including beach towels - everything is there. Food is a restaurant serving. It is very refined and delicious. We had breakfast included- 4 dishes (this is breakfast), wonderful hosts, the hotel has only 5 rooms, there are sun beds on the beaches from the hotel, a wonderful cook. We only had breakfast included, but we had lunch and dinner at the hotel too. The hotel's service is 5 stars. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great hotel! We had a rest from July 8 to 17 in a large company. It was very warm, cozy, and delicious. Wonderful hosts Julia and Alexander! The rooms are spacious and clean, and the aroma is... a hotel in a eucalyptus grove. I would like to thank chef Andrey separately. We recommend it and we will be happy to return.

The breakfasts and lunches are great. The portions are very large. You can also have dinner at the hotel. Hot and cold water without interruptions, Wi-Fi is impeccable. The beach nearby is municipal, pebbly. There are no toilets and changing cabins on the beach - but this does not depend on the owners of the hotel and, due to the proximity of the hotel, does not cause any problems. Sun beds and umbrellas are provided by the hotel. To summarize: Aluar is a high level of relaxation! Julia and Alexander, thank you and all your employees for their hard work! The food was delicious and varied.Although spoiled by the cuisine, Julia and Alexander were able to surprise and delight with the assortment and taste of breakfasts and lunches.
