The service is at zero. It is categorically not adapted for a large number of vacationers, there are not enough waiters, in case of bad weather, warm places for vacationers are not equipped (provided that the area is still mountainous, and the weather in these parts is very unpredictable), the price categorically does not correspond to the quality of service. The kitchen is not bad in principle, there are no complaints about the quality of cooking, but it's not worth it. To drive 1.5 hours from the city (one way) to eat fish, provided the staff is extremely poorly organized, it is easier to buy 5 kg of cupid and fry at home, it will be cheaper (based on two people). We went there with pleasure for 5 years, the last visit on May 1 left extremely unpleasant impressions. We will look for something more appropriate price-quality-time spent.

A good place for a family holiday.
Pretty good cuisine, but not shish kebab. The caught fish will be quickly and deliciously cooked on the grill. The prices are reasonable. Minus the big one is a small pond where they fish.

We visited this place for three years almost every month, in the last year we were perfectly allowed to go with a dog, and today 09.05.24 you can not go with a dog, a child on crutches does not interfere ! Why is it that whenever a place becomes popular, the service and staff suffer! Then indicate on the gate that disabled people, people with disabilities and animals are not allowed to enter!

Очень сильно стали поднимать цену.Форель за 1 кг - 4200тг, это при том что на базаре уже потрошеная 3500тг/кг
Стали брать деньги за беседки, чего до этого не было, оплата была за большие беседки и юрты.Обслуживание не очень хорошее, официанты не все конечно но видят себя не очень вежливо.По кухне как всегда все на высоте и форель(жареная и барбекю) и фирменные баурсаки.Правда готовится все очень не быстро от полу часа до 45минут.Руководству надо поговорить со своими официантами , чтобы они вели себя по вежлив ей все таки клиент всегда прав.Сейчас на территории идет строительство интересной конструкции, посмотрим что это будет в итоге.

Отличное место для отдыха, природа и горный воздух. Обалденно жарят форель и обалденные баурсаки! Есть детская площадка и можно взять с собой питомца!

Когда едем на Тургенские дачи, всегда заезжаем сюда за свежей рыбкой. Чистая территория, рыба ловится хорошо. Нам всем нравится тут.

Рыбалка была просто волшебная. За два часа наловили 5 кг форели. Тутте нам часть уловила приготовили, а остальное распотрошить и упаковали собой

Были в январе 2023. Купили две живых форели, которые поймали для нас сачком. Рыбы массой около 300 грамм. Цена 4800 тенге за килограмм.
Все понравилось.

Хорошее место, рыба ловиться хорошо, кухня вкусная. Из минусов - пластиковая посуда. Кесе была треснута и из неё протекал чай. Туалеты новые, но грязные. Похоже их совсем не убирают
