A good restaurant. The service is good, young waiters work and work conscientiously. Everything was cleaned on time, they often came up and asked what to serve. We were here at the wedding, we were served 2 hot ones. The first was beshbarmak, we liked it, the dough was very tasty. The second hot dish was wings, chicken thighs, nuggets, potatoes and vegetables, it was a beautiful serve. The waiters brought out the hot dishes synchronously, it looked very nice. The atmosphere is also cozy and attractive.

We booked 2 rooms on 09/23/22, we were not offered to make an advance payment, check-in was agreed at about 13.30. Arriving on 09/25/22 at 14.00, it turned out that the hostess of this institution canceled our reservation, did not inform us about it and settled other people in these rooms. The motivation for canceling our reservation is being late. We had 2 rooms available, which they did not want to rent to us, because they were "reserved for other guests." Due to increased demand, prices and a minimum stay of 3 nights were overstated. As a result, in pursuit of money, the hostess behaved very un-humanly. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, if necessary, the management will sell you for an extra 10k tenge.
