Great hotel. I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights in late July- early August. The hotel is very clean, the staff tries to keep it clean. There was a lot of choice for breakfast (porridge, eggs, butter, bread, cheese, sausage, scrambled eggs, omelet, cottage cheese, vegetables, jam, yogurt, dried fruits, fruits, coffee, tea, sweets for tea, milk), there is plenty to choose from. Breakfast is from 7 to 10, so there were always enough places. I arrived at the hotel at 23.30, checked in immediately. The room had air conditioning, a refrigerator, a TV, a table, an electric kettle, a bed, a large mirror, disposable slippers, 2 bottles of water 0.5 liters. There was no closet, but there was a place for the type of closet only open type with hangers and a shelf. The bathroom had 3 towels, a toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel and shampoo, and a terry bathrobe. The room is cleaned every day. On the day of arrival, I called the reception late in the evening, asked for water, and it was immediately brought to me.
The location of the hotel is not bad, 20 minutes from the right and left side of the attraction, near the park.
In general, the impressions about the hotel are only positive. I will be happy to stay in this place again

A very good hotel, quite comfortable, cleaning was done every day, new slippers, dental cleaning kits, soap, shampoos and gels, toilet paper were often brought. There was a free breakfast from 7 to 10 am (on weekends until 11). Buffet, the choice is quite good. The staff is friendly. We took a double room, which had a cool view from the balcony, a refrigerator, a hair dryer, a kettle, cups, plates, spoons. Bottles of water, coffee, tea, and sugar were also brought almost every day. Of the cons: they did not warn in advance that there was no hot water, which appeared only 2 days later. Also, everything in the bathroom was quite flimsy, they could not switch the faucet to the shower, the sink and toilet were a little shaky. We lived on the 13th floor, in general we liked everything!

I spent 7 days in this hotel. 5 days in the suite, 2 days in the standard.
1. Cleanliness: upon arrival in both the first and second rooms, everything was clean enough, complete with fresh sets of bed linen, disposable shampoos and brushes. Visually, everything was still decent and clean. Among the disadvantages: upon arrival, fruits left by previous guests were found in the refrigerator (pictured). I had to ask the staff to remove this misunderstanding twice, after the first request, the cleaner did not get there.
2. Staff: Polite, friendly, but very slow. As I wrote above, the cleaner had to be called twice. It was only upon arrival at the hotel that they found out that there was no hot water, no one bothered to warn in advance. Upon check-in, they were given only one key card, immediately asked to make a second one, but it never worked. Once again, I would like to note the friendliness and politeness of the people, no one was rude or rude, everyone looked very interested, but they still fulfilled requests with a delay / made mistakes.
3. Breakfasts: the breakfasts were varied, there was never such a thing that something was missing, although they always usually came at the end. The menu is simple but varied: omelette, fried eggs, vegetables, yoghurts, juice or tea, porridge, bread, butter, cheese. Everyone will be able to find something for themselves. The only thing is that the taste qualities of meat products (sausage, sausages) leave much to be desired - it is practically impossible to eat it.
4. Rooms: since during my stay at the hotel I managed to live both in a "suite" and in a double standard, the question arose: what exactly is a luxury room exactly? Its only advantage is a slightly larger size (but also the double standard is not much smaller) and panoramic windows, the view from which is quite boring (5th floor, exit to the side of the wasteland). Even the view from the standard double bed was more interesting, because the windows faced the other side + the room was on the 15th floor. Otherwise, the rooms are completely identical. Both rooms were equipped with: TV, kettle, telephone, table, refrigerator, air conditioning, Wi-Fi at the same speed. My opinion: you should not take lux from the word at all) (in the photo: lux)
5. Bottom line: solid 4. In general, everything is fine, there is a restaurant right in the hotel, you can order food delivered directly to the room, clean spacious rooms, air conditioning. Nothing special, but also nothing bad (except for the mistakes of the staff). Would you go there again? - Yes, the price/quality ratio is perfect in my opinion.
P.S. There are no washing machines in this hotel - only a paid laundress.

I stayed for 5 days. Excellent location , infrastructure . The rooms are clean, the food is mediocre for breakfast. But the new ones in the lobby are great taste and latte art.. Staff : I asked to be woken up at a certain hour and the request to provide an umbrella could not be done. The restaurant has a great panoramic view and is quite tasty.
Otherwise, the hotel is excellent, I will come again only here.

The hotel is not bad, at least for its money. In fact, this is the only price-quality competitor with King, and ECO wins from him with the quality of the rooms, and especially the quality of the bathroom and plumbing. You are near Mangelik, near Expo and other necessary places.
A huge disadvantage of the hotel is the weakest Internet connection. It is either impossible to cling to it, or there is no Internet on the network, or the speed is like in 97 on a modem, or there is no connection with Western services. In general, out of 2 evenings and nights, I couldn't work alone at all, and I freaked out.
Guys, don't be ashamed, change the equipment and the operator! This kind of Internet is not acceptable. You don't have a seaside resort, but a working capital city!
Well, there are also disadvantages. There is no shoe spoon in the suite. I asked for a meeting twice, and nothing happened. But at exactly 12:00 the bell rings, and they ask to leave. If you are so clear, then you need to have spoons in the room, and put more than 2 bags of sugar, especially since it is double. And slippers in size 39. Who is this for? For the Chinese?

An ordinary hotel, visited with my husband during a weekend trip to Kazakhstan. The room was on the 12th floor, the plumbing was working well, the furniture wasn't old, but there were two separate mattresses on the double bed that didn't fit, and one of us was constantly falling through the mattresses. Big enough, but: it's very cold. There is no heater and during strong winds it blows as if you are standing outside. The room was on the 12th floor, on the 17th floor there is a karaoke restaurant (breakfast is there in the morning) and you will not fall asleep before 3 a.m. because of the eternal "tic-tic-tic" and Anna Asti. If you managed to fall asleep, then it won't be for long. You will be woken up by neighbors who decide to slam the door (walls are cardboard, audibility is like over your ear) or come to you for a lemon (the real story during your stay).
Meal:
Breakfast is included in the accommodation.
Cold omelette, cold eggs and grilled cheese with sausage. After the complaint, candles were placed under the food, but we had already started having breakfast for money in the hotel lobby.
Maintenance and cleanliness:
Comfortable and clean, no questions asked. But the smell of sewage from the shower stall is your companion.
Location:
Since we arrived at the EXPO, the hotel was chosen just closer to it. There are also Mega, attractions and a delicious cafe nearby.
Result:
If the budget allows, then choose something else. If you sleep in earplugs and don't have breakfast, then you can stop.

I will tell you about my experience of staying at Altyn Eco Park – a hotel in Astana, which attracts with its modern look, but not without its nuances.
Positive:
- Modern building: Altyn Eco Park is a high–rise building with modern design and architecture.
- Convenient location: The hotel is located almost in the city center, which makes it an excellent base for exploring Astana. There are many cafes, restaurants and shops nearby.
Minuses:
- Poorly functioning Wi-Fi: If you plan to stay in touch with the outside world, then you will have to try here. Wi-Fi works as if the signal goes through underground tunnels. This is a great chance to experience life without the Internet!
- Modest rooms: The rooms at the hotel are modest and minimalistic. The furniture is functional, but without frills. If you are used to luxury, you may not have enough chic here.
- A very modest breakfast: The breakfast here is minimalistic, to put it mildly. A couple of slices of bread, some butter, sausage and tea. If you are used to a varied morning buffet, then you will have to settle for the most necessary things here.
One day I decided to drink tea and found that the kettle did not have a plate for a bag. As a result, the bag traveled all over the room in search of a decent place. This little quest has added an unexpected twist to the morning tea party.
Summary:
Altyn Eco Park is a hotel with a modern design and convenient location, but with some special features. If you are ready for minor inconveniences and an average level of service, then here you will find convenience and practicality. A high-rise building and views of the city compensate for minor shortcomings. If you are looking for a place with a higher level of service and comfort, it may be worth looking for something else.

With all the advantages, namely the view of the city, the excellent attitude of the guys in the bar, delicious breakfasts, lunches, their attitude to visitors and service, I put a 3-star, because:
1. Disgusting wifi! 65 mbps!!!!!!! Is there really no money to supply normal equipment?!
2. The toilet lid flies off, is not fixed, it just lies stupidly.
3. The water in the shower runs from two holes - from the attachment point of the hose and the sprayer.
3. The mattress has lost its elasticity, the feeling that you are sleeping on your grandfather's old sofa. I turned it over. It turned out that the bottom of the bed, ordinary plywood, was bent.
4. The lid of the trash can in the toilet is also broken.
In this regard, the question is: does the staff who cleans the rooms not see any breakdowns?
5. When booking a room, I asked a question about early booking- silence. After receiving the reminder, I asked the question again - silence! Amazing service!
6. When communicating with administrators, it seems that you are at their home, where it is not welcome to disturb them. The hotel is not their job.
7. The lower part of the tulle on the left lies on the floor, while the tulle on the right hangs as it should. Is it uneven ceilings or a new word in design?
It seems like a small thing, but it's a pity that carelessness is becoming the norm. I'm sorry that I have to make comments.

I spent 3 nights in this place. I definitely won't be staying on business trips anymore.
She lived from 20.01 to 23.01 in room 508. I was met at the reception by a very unfriendly girl who didn't really explain anything and said something negative to me, obviously reluctantly.
At first, the lights were constantly turned off in room 508 and it was impossible not to wash up and work on a laptop. The electrician was called 3-4 times and he assured me that it was because of my laptop and phone charges. I drive with the same charges everywhere and have never had similar problems. They cannot cause such a reaction. Although the male electrician is very polite and friendly, he tried to help. There are no complaints about him. The maids are also active and friendly.The shower was flooded very badly, there was a flood on the floor of the room and I had to clean everything up. The toilet is located against the wall, the legs are straight "flush", a feeling of wild discomfort. I'm not fussy or stuffy, but the aftertaste of visiting the hotel remained.
After it became clear a day later that "there would be no light," I was offered to move into suite 509, which was next door. Everything was fine there, but the shower situation happened again.
They clean normally, try not to disturb. There are no questions.
The breakfasts were of the same type and meager, there wasn't much to eat.Although many people praise the reviews, this is purely my impression of my stay, and I've been to quite a few places.
I won't visit this place again, I didn't like it. There are many other places in Astana where you won't be nervous like me.
I'm not happy with the visit, I read the reviews before my business trip and decided to try staying here.

Barely warm water flows in the shower. It's a very small breakfast room, and there are a lot of people, they just don't fit and get in the way of each other. It's like I've flown home to my family.I paid for the room online while still in Russia, took a taxi at the airport and came here (via Yandex taxi, the trip will cost you 1800 tenge, which is about 350-400 rubles). It is better to change money at home, rubles and dollars are not accepted here, but there is an exchanger 2 flights from the hotel.
They check in from 14.00, I arrived at 6 a.m., paid extra for the watch and went to sleep quietly.
The rooms are very clean and cozy, and it doesn't matter what the cost of your room is. For lovers of warmth, the floors in the hotel are heated, And what a gorgeous view opens from the panoramic windows, you need to see it at least once in your life.
I had to stay late and I paid for a room at the same hotel again, and returned here.

We spent several days at this hotel. The room is very spacious, clean, cleaned every day, the room has everything you need. A very beautiful waiting area on the ground floor. But what I didn't like: a very weak Wi-Fi signal, at least on the upper floors, practically does not catch. Very weak water pressure around the clock, maybe this also applies to the upper floors, but still. There are also very monotonous breakfasts on weekends, when there are a lot of guests, there is nowhere to sit, moreover, people leave the dishes after themselves and the waiters very slowly clean them up: twice I had to have breakfast among the leftover plates, which spoils the impression very much. Perhaps it would be more logical to use trays, but this is not the case here. The cafe has a wonderful panoramic view, but many things are not visible because of the dirty windows.

An unsafe hotel! I lived in this place from January 5 to January 10 of this year. A day before my departure, the shower door exploded in the bathroom, causing damage to my health. I had to spend the last day of my vacation in an Astana hospital, sewing up wounds. The hotel staff did not provide first aid, did not call an ambulance or provide a first aid kit. They tried to shift all the blame onto us and threatened us with fines for damage to property. As a result, they refunded the cost of 1 night's stay and didn't even apologize, didn't find out how I was feeling, dumped and ignored our calls. The hotel as a whole is not bad, good location, clean, BUT there is a huge disadvantage, in case of arrival of the group there is no breakfast. Rather, it seems to be there, but there are no tables, no mugs, no food, the coffee machine is turned off, like it broke down. The bar is absolutely not designed for a full hotel load. There are about 250 rooms in it. The capacity of the bar is a maximum of 40-45 people, if not less.
I arrived on April 27, there were not many people in the breakfast bar, there was not a large assortment. I managed to have breakfast on April 27 and 28, 2024.
On April 28, the group stopped by. On April 29 and 30, I couldn't have breakfast, from the word at all, no places, no food, no coffee, and no one was particularly worried or worried.
When they contacted the reception, they said you can buy coffee on the 1st floor, why should I buy if everything is paid for and the hotel should take care of the breakfasts, but they didn't care, no reaction, that the mess, I think it's constant.
As soon as the group left on April 30, on May 1, the coffee machine (allegedly broken) started working, places and food appeared.
I do not advise groups to go there, and you without breakfast and all the residents.
Plus, the elevators are overloaded right away and you can't wait, they drive slowly.
There was also a not very pleasant moment associated with this Constellation bar...It was my sister's birthday and we had agreed in advance that she would have a piece of cake with a candle for breakfast, of course at our expense. But when they approached the waiter at breakfast in the morning who promised it, he did not have enough time or culture to at least say, sorry, it's not working ...
But otherwise everything is not bad. The choice is yours, think about it.

We stayed for 5 days. 4 people had different claims. 15 it is impossible to sleep because of karaoke. The audibility is amazing. Moreover, karaoke is not heard in the restaurant and the room is a nightmare. No one has done anything for all 5 days, it is impossible to sleep. On the 7th floor, no one solved the problems with sewerage either. 14 these are issues with the bathroom, interruptions with cold water and cleaning. If it were solved, a good 2-3 star hotel would be no more.

I lived on 26.05.-01.06. The first impression is pleasant. The suite turned out to be spacious, but the bathroom was small. There were slippers, bathrobes and hygiene products in the room, but there were only three clothes hangers, there were no hooks in the bathtub, sockets were located only by the bed and one at the table.
