It's a cool neighborhood. Good layouts. Large kitchens are laid out initially. You won't have to huddle like in Soviet Khrushchevks. The strength of the structure is admirable, very strong concrete and a lot of reinforcement in the load-bearing walls.It's nice to see how GOST standards change from Soviet to save for people and life.

a very good LCD, I really liked the interior of the entrance, and the courtyards are spacious, only gray fences spoil everything

Not so far from the center, a cozy neighborhood. A big plus is the public transport stop just a few steps away.
