What criteria the travel agent was guided by is still a mystery, it would be fine if she wasn't there))) and at the same time, she dissuaded me from the hotel, which I liked because it was far away! However, during the trip, Nika decided that she could simply not answer, if she dryly answered the first question that everything was in the memo, then she decided not to answer the claim that we were brought to the wrong hotel! Nothing at all! But this is not the limit, I contacted the director and from him we were offered a local excursion to the temple at SUNSET)))) Do you know how many sunsets there were on the island in a month?) ONE )) we decided not to react violently right away, and I normally asked for this joint with a confused hotel, since the next one on the "recommendation" does not suit us, since there is no beach, to give us 1 night in an equivalent hotel on the island, especially since everything is cheaper there and there is a free transfer from the hotel! Well, everything is already being played for a fool and even the founder was involved, we lost another day in expectations, I don't understand why we did this, we ruined the rest, so at least don't get in the way! By the way, the attitude of the locals towards this company is the same, they just unload you at night at the hotel and leave without even waiting for you to be picked up! No one will write, no advice, nothing! The two agencies are useless! I've never had this before!!! As a result, the stay in St. Petersburg was brightened up by some confusion and the absence of any organization. On the last day of our stay, just 13 people forgot, we stood waiting for them to take us on a tour, but they forgot us. We called Maxim, but he didn't answer (the money ran out). As a conclusion: you can use the services of this company, but do not relax.
