Hello, the Internet has been working terribly lately, it's barely loading. Only the tariffs are being raised. The speed is not at all what it is barely. I live in the very center, not to mention the others. What should I do??? The photo shows the speed.

I bought a package for a Wi-Fi router, very polite service, pleasant managers, they will tell you everything, tell you, advise. Very convenient location, near the bus stop, large Parking lot.
