A great resort. The views are very beautiful when you drive from Ust-Kamenogorsk. We rented a house for 7 people, for a day, with lunch and breakfast-very tasty and satisfying. The only caveat is that you need to calculate how to get from the residential buildings to the chairlift, because you can walk a lot with equipment and uphill. The slopes are excellent, pleasant slopes for beginners. I wish you further development.

The hospital is located in a gorgeous place among the mountains and forests, it's a pleasure to walk! I liked the procedures, and the workers at the procedures are top! We are a company of 6 people from Novosibirsk. We stayed in the Altai Alps for several days, from April 8 to April 13, 2023. at the end of the ski season. Part of our company lived in a house near the cafe, and they also rented a room in the building opposite across the street from us... What is important on vacation? Including delicious food! So, the package included breakfast and lunch.. Well, in the evening - traditionally, kebabs, a feast in your room or outdoors, in the fresh air. Yes, I must say right away, they were fed like at home! It was delicious, satisfying, it was nice to come to the cafe and even chat with the staff. Thanks to everyone involved!
We talked, and even shared the recipe with them, we hope they will introduce it to the menu, because it is quite simple, but delicious salad :)
Wonderful people are administrators! From the very first moment we arrived, they said that everyone knows about us, settled in, offered a bathhouse, and advised us how best to settle in and where to see what. Despite the fact that the "skating" season from the mountain has already ended, we were lucky! It snowed the next day! It's warm! It's sunny! Fluffy snowball is the dream of "ski runners"... The beauty is indescribable! And we, having prepared in advance, bringing equipment with us, of course, took advantage of luck and even rode down the hill, working a little to solve the problem of climbing the hill. Thanks to the manager Sergey, a sympathetic person who is able to solve issues that sometimes arise and try to interfere with a pleasant rest :) The photo below is what we saw here..
And here's another thing... Someone is trying to write here, saying that positive reviews are being screwed up... But it's not! :))

Among the wishes to diversify leisure time, it is banal to put a table for tennis / billiards / bike rental. And eliminate minor flaws that really spoil the picture: install the toilet and toilet seat normally, a trifle, but the lid does not hold, it falls. Tulle does not keep in the curtain, it looks sloppy. There are flies in the chandelier. In general, these minor flaws really spoil the overall impression, and so we rested and walked perfectly.

We were in December 2023, the weather was minus 25-35, so the lifts did not work, they were not turned on, although they promised one day.
We moved into 2-storey buildings, we had heat on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor, people's water froze and they were moved to the 1st floor.
The room is modest but clean, the TV does not work, there is no refrigerator, there is only a kettle, in room 502 there is a terrible mattress with springs, the audibility from the neighbors is strong.
Later, the electricity went out and, at our request, we were moved to a NEW BUILDING for 1 day, where everything is fine and everything is new.
According to the all-inclusive package, instead of riding, they received a phyto-barrel and massage (or warming up)

The lake is not muddy and you can even see the fish. By the way, it turned out that after entering the water in a few seconds we noticed a huge fish, but do not think that you can easily catch it. It took us about an hour for the first catch, when people nearby repeatedly but not always successfully caught their catch. Having caught your first dream fish, you have the opportunity to give it to cooking. Be sure to try it! It is very tasty and cooked with soul.
