Among the advantages: quiet and tidy, low prices
There are more disadvantages, because everything is already very old
The beds are gouged and bent mattresses, not the most regular service. There were problems with hot water, or rather, out of 4 days of stay, it was not available for 2 days, there is almost no Internet. Nowhere to eat
But there don't seem to be any better hotels in the center.

Double room with one blanket, one cup and one set of towels. There's only a small bar of soap in the shower. Other hotels always had two sets of everything, plus disposable toothbrushes, pastes, and even shaving machines. It's very cold in the room, so bring your own warm blankets. Music was playing in a nearby cafe until 2 a.m., it's not the fault of the hotel, but it causes great discomfort. In comparison, Almaty had everything you needed for almost the same amount of money.

I rented a two-room suite. The beds are clean, the room is clean. The water wasn't hot right away, so I had to drain it a little. In general, it is normal for such money. The apartment would certainly be cheaper or for the same money, but with a better repair.
