It's a pretty good hotel. There are smoking areas, the rooms are always clean. An electric kettle and tea and coffee are a nice bonus in the rooms. It is possible to book in advance, the staff is polite.

Every time I come to Almaty, I stay at this hotel. The service is great, but the last time I was there it was cold in room 412.
