Overall, the impression of the store is not bad, I got a good consultant. We ordered Indian tiles, they arrived quickly, the store warned us that we need to check well in the warehouse. When we arrived at the warehouse, we started checking, the storekeeper was freaking out and was outraged that we were just wasting time, as a result, we checked only half because of those psychos. At home, it already turned out that 4 tiles were chipped, and the tile itself was terribly curved and with waves, I had to put what I had. I advise you to hold your hand right in the warehouse and not pay attention to the psychos of the workers. I do not recommend Indian tiles. We took another installation in this store, we are satisfied. The warehouse worker leaves much to be desired.

I was in this store on January 14th, 2024. I was determined to buy tiles for bathrooms, not just to go and look. At the moment when I entered, there were 3 girls from the staff inside, who were talking animatedly about something and did not even pay attention to me. In total, I was there for about 15 minutes. The choice of tiles is really large, the prices are also not modest. But I was put into a stupor that during this time no one came up to me and asked neither my choice nor offered to make a design project. They didn't even notice when I left. It looked at least strange.

Отличный выбор плитки любых размеров!!! Мой заказ прибыл в оговорённые сроки, доставку заказал до порога.Было на плитке пару сколов, сделали скидку. Персонал вежливый, все рассчитали грамотно и без отходов. Всем рекомендую!

It was very funny to listen to everything when you buy a product of the same color and shade according to the project and no one warns about it.
Moreover, we also bought a black shower stall, which stands at their entrance.
After a year of operation, in a place where there is no contact with water, the black paint swelled and subsequently began to peel off (while the entire interior of the cabin, which is constantly exposed to water, was not damaged in any way). By the way, the warranty for the shower is 2 years, the warranty period has not expired. Having once again contacted the quality control department, of course, we were given a lot of arguments that they could not help us and this was not a warranty case, but our fault. Since the place where the paint peeled off is in plain sight, I have already asked for an additional fee to
We ordered this part, of course, after 2 weeks they called me back and said that the manufacturer does not ship individually and does not sell the items. It's just a circus.
Therefore, if you are hoping for some kind of adequate warranty service, then you definitely should not contact here.

Потрясающий салон. Удивило хорошее отношение сотрудников, которые грамотно и понятно объяснили что конкретно мне нужно. Заказывал смеситель и плитку. Доставили быстро и без проблем.

Ужасный салон , на экспозиции висит товар ( ценники есть все указанно, по всему салону штук 7) в наличии ничего нету ожидание 2-3 месяца , попросил снять то что висит (любую из 7 штук ) на что сказали нет . Не ариентированны на покупателя !

Отличный магазин. Отдельное спасибо дизайнеру - консультанту Наталии Кравчук. Всё рассказала, показала, составила дизайн, который нам очень понравился. Поралельно предложила все сопутствующие товары для ремонта ванной комнаты и туалета. Ещё раз спасибо.

Продавцам плевать на покупателей
Очень нужна была плитка на кухню. Решила заехать в этот магазин. Продавцы, человек 5-6 громко беседовали ,перекрыкивая друг друга. Спросила про нужную плитку. Одна ,чуть ли не бегом подбежала к нужным стендам,показала и бегом назад. Проконсультироваться было не с кем. Они даже не заметили,как я уходила. Больше в этот магазин ни ногой!

Выбор огромный, но всё однотипно, да ина фартух себе н чего не нашёл.Больше бы выбора, атак по плитке лутше геммы, омы и материка.
