Everything was done for free and, it seems, with high quality. However, I had to wait 10 days. But, I saved my $))

One of the worst service centers in the city. At such prices, the process is dragged out for an indecently long time. Both the design process and the work itself. I expected the laptop (cleaning) for a whole week, although the work itself takes a maximum of half an hour. The staff is terribly rude and doesn't even seem to want to take on a job, even the simplest one.
I have applied to this service more than once - and every time there were some difficulties. But I will not apply here anymore.
A small addition: the laptop was given out in disassembled condition, with the words "here, take it away." When asked to assemble it, the "master" reluctantly snapped the lid shut. I had to tighten the bolts at home on my own.
Extremely unpleasant service. I handed over the MacBook M1 for cleaning the keyboard, made a "diagnosis" and was told that the board needed to be changed. However, before putting the laptop into this grief service, absolutely everything worked - the only reason I handed it over at all was the sticky keys. After I took it away from the diagnostics, I found a problem that I could not connect to WiFi and now the laptop is not blocked by pressing the Touch ID button once, while the touch ID itself and pressing it repeatedly works. While I'm figuring out what else these workers have "diagnosed" for me.

There are types of work that can only be entrusted to them, such as data recovery. But the service is very expensive, sometimes it turns out to be cheaper to buy new equipment than to repair the old one here. There have never been any complaints about the quality.
Very long service , registration. At the 1st and 3rd checkout, 5 where you pick up and hand over the equipment is the fastest. I came, there were 8 people in front of me. The queue was an hour and a half before me. I sat and listened to the problems of visitors, they could be served much faster.
Update from November 2, 2023, nothing has changed guys, I'm waiting for 50 minutes to pick up the purchased discs from the warehouse..everyone here doesn't care, 10 people came and left before me.
I am very satisfied with the service. Special thanks to Vladimir, an ALSI Service engineer, who recovered data from a hard drive that had significant physical damage. The disk was not detected by the system on the computer due to several thousand damaged areas. Very professional job!
I will not be afraid of this word "The only" official computer equipment service center in the country for almost all well-known brands! I personally have no complaints about the quality of the repair! But the service is very much delayed when making applications! The waiting time can be up to an hour and a half! I personally have not been able to get through to the service specialists once in a year and a half! But as I said before, in the case of a warranty case, we all simply have no choice!
Terrible service! There are girls with pouting lips who barely move them. They don't even think to help you with anything. It seems that their task is to make sure that you never have the desire to return here again. During the entire conversation, the most frequent phrase was "not responsible." It was more pleasant to communicate with the robot Ruslan in the Caspian Sea than with a girl at their reception. She left with a full feeling, You solve your problem! They are squeamish about customers, if you come with an old computer, then in order not to take it, they try to diagnose the device, not to mention the price, making the diagnosis incurable, had to wait a long time.
The best service and, if I'm not mistaken, the only one certified in Kazakhstan for Apple technology!

I do not understand how this company works at all, you need to call the call center for at least an hour, the online consultant responds every 3 days, I am generally silent about e-mail.
Prepare for the fact that if your device is accepted under warranty, you are being done a favor. Treating you like dirt from under your nails. And I'm not talking about the technicians now, but about the reception. The most disgusting service, the quality is stuck somewhere in the noughties
I don't know about the quality of the repair itself, but the fact that they are looking for any reason to withdraw from the warranty is a fact! The glass on the Apple Watch burst - and Apple itself recognized this problem, but the service was refused to me, because in their opinion there was a mechanical impact, although when I asked to provide an Act describing exactly how they determined it, what expert technique was used to identify on what equipment, etc., they told me that this is the opinion of their "specialist" - he decided so. But, I can pay them one and a half of the cost of a new watch and I will be given them in return

In the documents, Alsi is listed as the official service center for Apple products. But they refused to accept a factory defect for diagnosis.
We wrote a letter that the organization would provide an official refusal of service for the third month without a response or greetings. You call the standard answer, wait for them to answer you.
We call where we purchased the equipment, they say that the Alsi company is obliged to accept service.
I am engaged in user support and very often I have to send them to the Alsi service center with various breakdowns, the feedback from my users is always positive.
The disadvantage is that it is unrealistic to get through or receive an answer to a request by e-mail.
The specialists there are competent, but cunning. If you don't mind the money or you have a warranty case, then you can apply. But if you can find a good master not at an exorbitant price, then you definitely are not here. And I think they reset the phone on purpose when they call them for a long time.
The staff is rude, not friendly, and lanky. From the queue of 3 people, they make an imitation of violent activity. Getting through is the same problem, but after answering they try to get rid of you as soon as possible. I do not recommend contacting this service.
