Cooperation with this store was great before I came across the work of this branch. I gave the fitness bracelet under warranty and now I can't arrange a replacement device. This can only be done by the store's director (for some reason), whom, coming from another city, I can not find in any way (either he is at a meeting, or he has a day off).
