We bought a washing machine, during transportation they lost a leg from it and refused to replace it with a similar one, they told us not to buy it ourselves. And they also paid for the installation of a typewriter, and the workers who arrived asked us to pay extra for the fact that the old one would be removed from the bath, it's terrible
